[F23-PP-PT] Delivery Day <<Aid the Masses>>
Raidou replied to Griswold's topic in Intermediate Floors
Standard Recovery +4 EN, Concentration CD [2/5] While the man right under his feet would still be catching his breath, Raidou would readjust his blade in his hands. Pulling it straight up with the hilt pointing to the sky, he would plunge the man with his weapon right where the heart would be. Pulling his sleeve up to his face as to not get blinded by the explosion of shards that would burst up toward him. With an index finger he lightly pushes his frames back up the bridge of his nose and looks to Celeste. Pulling something out of his inner coat pocket saying “Find the last group.” Pulli -
[F23-PP-PT] Delivery Day <<Aid the Masses>>
Raidou replied to Griswold's topic in Intermediate Floors
Standard Recovery +4 EN The softest of footfalls, not ones of haste but of tact and planning. The streets of Aradennia where some of the nigh endless roads to which he knew like the back of his hand. The reflection of a pair of lenses on his face as he'd come into view, on the opposed flank of the rest of his group. It appeared to the man that the rest of his guild members had already done quite a fair number of dispatching these ass clowns long before his arrival, but what trap he had set was about to be sprung. Roice as he was named, a focus of the eyes and a targeting that produced a c -
[F23-PP-PT] Delivery Day <<Aid the Masses>>
Raidou replied to Griswold's topic in Intermediate Floors
*new round, new turn order, -10 EN due to carrying Gathering up a few extra containers from the guild vault, Raidou was readying for the journey ahead. A couple extra standard materials like linens or twine, cables or thread. Simple stuff, to add with his own. To the meeting room table, he scans the ledger and puts marks near Griswolds, Gaius's delivery and passes some extra supplies to Kasumi, Celeste and Simmone for transit. With that, he maps a route through the city points using the plaza warp gates and runs against the clock to glean how long the journey would take using the 3d map. -
[F23-PP-PT] Delivery Day <<Aid the Masses>>
Raidou replied to Griswold's topic in Intermediate Floors
The collection of vials rattled in the leather container they were slotted in, as a tied parcel of salves tapped against its side. A care package to aid in defense efforts that were already flimsy at best. Locking eyes with Griswold as he breaches the threshold of the guild hall in the forest of memories. "Good morning." spoken in a whimsical and simple greeting, taking a fix on the box in the smiths hands. Part of the pair that would be making transit to his own offer of aid, it would appear that today the deliveries aligned. Naturally that meant they would be traveling together, over the nex -
Then there was nothing, the fields had been washed of all that would oppose. Alarms blared on to no aggressor, as fleeting attempts at aid had been crushed under a cast iron fist. There would be more names on the wall, in the dozens to join others. But such was the price to pay for insurrection, for an utter lack of human decency. For betrayal of all the joy and futures that were stolen. Husbands, Sons, Daughters and wives, yet in here they had donned the masks of monsters and had forgotten how to feel. In that way, they were nothing more then the monsters of the game they feared. A hollow ras

Tucking the music box under his left arm, the linen bag slung over his right shoulder. Despite the static in the air, Raidou couldn't really peg what exactly had him so on edge. As if there was an air of mystery or intrigue, like a gut feeling that he couldn't shake. Another scan left and right as he exits the store, and a glance to his clock shows that time was starting to fade as it pushed 10pm. Without any evidence that something was amiss, the wanderer taps the necklace around his throat to activate it. A flash of blue light sends him firing floors above, toward his abode given his daily a

The blurt of a horn sends out an alert for more then just their allies. A blade rips clean, the transformation complete and his marker a stark red. The systems gift when he wore a cardinal creature like a second skin was it was nearly impossible to target him. A faint red outline around a darker blackish gray osmium blade, an ungainly weapon that dwarfed even the heaviest armor in weight held taught in one set of serrated and pointed ichor covered fingers. Those stones begin to ping, one after another in small tones, and with it the wanderer begins to pop <<Detection>> sending ring

A sharp twist of his body and a lift of his face to his glasses sees them removed, the arms of the lenses folded in a slow and deliberate steeling of his resolve. Like a headsman sharpening an axe, casting judgement and offering a guilty verdict in one subtle motion. "Vincent, before you go." The wanderer spoke, but his voice seemed distorted as lines of black began to trail up his neck his eyes inhuman and monstrous with hatred. "Its likely they hit her with some of her own concoctions or some garbage they cooked up. Catch." The man remarks tossing two items one after another. "The vial first

There was an distinguishable static in the air, as if the night was charged by some unseen force. Raidou was on edge, finding the shift in atmosphere a bit alien. He couldn't quite place the reason behind the shift, but it was a light bit quieter that was easy to overlook. The nomad was keeping his eyes and ears open as he'd continue his rounds. The settlement itself seemed about as normal as usual, but he couldn't help but shake the odd feeling boiling in his stomach. Glancing up at some of the windows that had since become dim as the twilight closed in despite the lack of a sky. Instinctuall

A tap of his fingers in a stagnant pool, kneeled at one of the many horrid looking puddles in that glow. The burning boil of his own skin as it enters and comes out, confirming his suspicions. The skin begins to regrow at rapid pace. "Vincent!" Raidou barked at the man to get his attention with a twist of irritation on his tone, paying little mind to his broiling temper and desperation at what to aim it at. "The crystal." A flick between the men sees the stone tossed to Raidou, from the tyrant. Tapping it the man begins the playback, which causes Lancaster to swell and catch ablaze. Slowing it

"Chips?" Raidou offers quizzically with tilt to make eye contact, his hand raised to inspect some of the many herbs that hung from the ceiling on long strings from rafter to rafter. The concept had him nursing the possibility, and a possible environment to yield such a thing. Given this floor all manner landscape would prove to be made of such a thing. "If you could enlighten me." The man remarks pulling down a couple sections of plants that had been dried, interested in what they could offer. To the small slant, he pays for the plants while continuing his thoughts to glean more information. "

The city was just as active as ever, Tomoika was a city that virtually never slept. All manner of hours, miners would frequent its caverns to gather themselves some of the many minerals and ore from the shafts that dotted its outskirts. Even central to the town were some exits and burrows, causing the place to reflect vegas in its endless watchful eye. The NPC that frequented its walks and paths were rough to say the least, covered in dirt and dust. Scrapes across their callused hands and cuts across toughened skin. The dwarves had long since been watered down by all number of races, yet still

Wow that was short ey? Given this wasn't related to the patch earlier, it makes sense for it to have its own hotfix page. Not quite as in depth, this one aims to give ST a bit more mileage in comparison to its brothers. For a long while, ST didn't really fulfill its niche well enough to warrant using it. So the following is being adjusted: [Rank 5 Shift] ST Specialist Cost: 10 SP Passive Effect: For the following Sword Arts, +3 to multipliers and +2 to EN cost; ST-I, ST-II, ST-B. No other Shifts for the same Weapon Type may be possessed. Becomes: [Rank 5 Shi

This one is going to be one hell of a whammy, so instead of getting into too deep this will elaborate on the surface. This patch includes an additional profession (Engineer) as well as a lot of consumables to existing Professions. While also adjusting the elephant in the room with Appraisers needing to make more then 100 rolls per day to craft. Without further ado, lets break it down. <<Engineer>> Specializes in consumables much in the vein of Cook/Alchemist/Performer, but these items are more offensive then buffing/defensive. They have three item types: Spark Stones [

A release of her hand, the man swelled with pride to the fact she had already made strides to supersede such a trapped outlook. Its odd that in most cases where such warnings and discussions would be met with unconcerned dismissals that would end up leading to far more turmoil, to have it so readily received and understood was a breathe of fresh air. Raidou would reciprocate such a lucid show of honesty with a continuation of his own. "Quite the name, eager to see what you grow to be Vanta." The man's eyes locked to the mountain side, recounting battle upon battle as his eyes traced the contou

A turn of his hand would gently place the lid filled with tea into her hands, as if to renew her leap of faith. A glance with a pair of potent amber eyes to observe in his shadow now that it was made visible, collecting a face to his silent travel companion up until now. "It has done what it would, it has given me the opportunity to speak to more then just the trees." The man takes another sip from the thermos, causing the lenses on his face to become slightly white. "Beautiful isn't it?" Raidou remarks returning his attentions to the horizon, overlooking nearly the entirety of the floor in a

The breaks of foliage underfoot in a low crunch, one of caution and practice. Toward the base of the columns of stone that cut their way toward the heavens, casting a large slice of shade across the thicker grove that lined its bottom. The last time he had been here, a player had scaled its birth seeking out an unorthodox familiar within its confines. Not many braved its peak, and what rested up so high offered little in artificial value. No high rarity material, no exclusive yield. Nothing to such calibers, and yet what was not readily apparent is what it did offer. A different perspective. F

As his footfalls carried him, a sideward glance to his HUD showed the green circle move and trail behind him. <<Detection>> at its finest, leaving nearly none that could actually pass by the wanderer unnoticed. The lenses on his face gleamed with every streak of light that broke through the canopy overhead, as his focus remained ever forward. The man noticed no hesitation however, his gift left unclaimed but it was paltry in comparison to the meaning behind it. Down deeper into the thicker masses of the forest that line the larger mountains, where most players feared to tread. Wher

The rustle in the wood, the small green dot that perched itself on his minimap having been discovered by detection like all the others. It mirrored its companions in color, but the one distinguishing mark upon it was its distance. Far removed from the others, found solace within its solitude surrounded by cardinal creations in a stark blue. Raidou would reach for his brow and remove a pair of lenses, wiping them with a clump of fabric from his robe to give them a polish. A gesture to allow his thoughts to gather and the ones that mattered to bubble to the surface. There was always those that d

The emerald fields of stone valley were just as fresh as the nomad remembered. Spanning about as far and wide as a players vision. Dotting the left a smattering of trees in a dim blueish and green hue, topped upon spires of darker wood and riddled with moss. Just beyond, a range of mountains that peaked slightly over that wood casting a silhouette of shade across that under its umbrella. The fields were ripe with activity, as players in formed parties rushed off and flashed blades to the promise of easy to acquire loot. Given the lack of difficulty these fields were flush with faces, chatterin

[F12-PP-PT] Where Nightmares Tread [Slimin 2, the talkening]
Raidou replied to Jibae's topic in Intermediate Floors
The rough and murky marshlands offered little in the way of comfort. Wet bogs and stagnant pools really had a habit of licking his heels, and it took much more effort to lift his feet. The fingerless gloves on his hands are pulled tight, before his attention shifts to the cloak on his shoulders. A grab of the fabric slides a buckle and gets it more adhered to his shoulders. "Its time to see what this is all about." Raidou comments an open word to no participant, a statement made to the whole of the floor and the message he had received 3 hours, 2 minutes and 46 seconds ago. The clock of his mi -
