  1. As the pink hair girl continued to walk around The Stone Valley, she was clearly looking for materials. Rebekah knew that she was looking for more items that she could save up for a future use. She wondered if she was ever going to get tired of material collection, but knew that it was a very important to continually have a supply of materials and col in this game. As she kept walking, she was wondering whether or not she will find another demonic shard today, or if the compass was only good for one shard. She was very excited that she was on fire today for material collection. She was ha
  2. After the first minotaur had been defeated, Rebekah decided to inspect the reward for killing Kantaras. It was a small trinket that she could equip but she already had a silver necklace on already. It will be useful giving her additional options depending on which trinket she wanted to equip. She followed the group out of the first area, making sure that she was the last person to walk in the party. This time, it may be better if she was in the rear walking instead of being in the middle. She turned to Star, "For the next one, do you want to attack first?" Rebekah felt bad for Star h
  3. It had taken them a while to arrive to the eastern side of the maze where Kantaras was waiting for them. When they arrived, she noticed the first thing she notice was how much bigger Kantaras was compared to Larbook, who was tall. She looked at Star wondering if he was going to make the first move. However, as he had asked her the question, she was thinking, did she have a clear plan. Rebekah said, "I will attack first so I can get its attention. Then you can attack while it is focusing on me." She knew that she was not saying much but she knew that with her level, it should not be t
  4. Now that she had collected materials from this tree, it was time for Rebekah to move on to another part of the The Stone Valley. She turned and looked at the compass once again. She knew that she needed to see if it would lead her to another location where more materials can be found. After all, this was her lucky charm today. She looked around, there was nobody else in the forest today. She would have seen another player passing by. Therefore, it should be easy for her to collect materials here. Without any players around, Rebekah should easily be able to find all the locations. As she c
  5. After being unable to find any apples near the apple tree, Rebekah knew she had to keep searching in the forest. There has to be a material around here somewhere. She knew that this was the perfect place for materials to spawn, below the giant apple tree. Perhaps, it was not fall. She did not want to give up hope, since the compass still pointed at the tree. She decided to expand her search from just the tree to about a 20 meter radius around the tree. She knew that if she expanded her search radius walking around this tree, then she should be able to easily find material. After all, it c
  6. "No worries. I am always open to helping out another player looking for assistance. It might be hard to believe, but even I was at a low level a long time ago." Rebekah replied. She knew that it even at her level, she could attempt to solo a lot of quests with the right consumables. However, there was something different when she joined a party to finish the quest with another player. Perhaps, it was the feeling at the end when she was celebrating the success with another player. She enjoyed that feeling a lot more than finishing quests by herself. They continued to walk in the maze.
  7. The compass was working, it had assisted her in gathering multiple materials today. Rebekah really wanted to keep it but she knew she will return it to Giovanna by the end of the day. There was nothing she could do, as she wanted this quest to end so she could free up space to tackle another quest. As she walked along the river, she still had not found a viable place for her to cross. She noticed the compass arrow changed directions and pointed in a completely different direction. Perhaps she no longer has to cross the river. That would be a relief as she did not want to get wet today. It
  8. There was nothing around the river. Rebekah wondered whether or not she could continue searching in this area, or return to the area where she was very successful earlier in the day. This was a temporary set back, as she knew the cursed compass was a very powerful object which could show her where more materials can be found. She decided to take out the compass and see which direction it was pointing in. It was pointing across the river. Rebekah decided to cross the river, but she needed to find a spot where the water was shallow and slow enough for her to safely maneuver across. After al
  9. As the group walked in complete silence, Rebekah knew that they did not want to draw the attention of any other monsters that may be hiding just around the corner. She kept glancing back every few minutes just to ensure that Star had not gotten lost behind her or there were nothing chasing them from behind. He was the first person to ask about how her missing brother. She tired to remember what he had looked like. It had been years since she last saw him. They had been stuck in the game for the last two years. "He was my best friend growing up. We were born a year apart, so we got along l
  10. As she approached the river, Rebekah continued to start searching for materials around the water's edge. She knew that the river would be a good place to look since a lot of wildlife can be found nearby where there is enough water. The river was not moving particularly fast, so she could wade easily wade into the water if she needed to search on the other side. There was a lot going on around here, she could see rabbits running around collecting carrots to stockpile, and squirrels hiding acorns. She wondered if she could wait for the squirrel to leave if she could walk over there and clai
  11. The stone valley has been kind to her so far. She knew that her luck would eventually run out but while she was still lucky, she should take advantage of this situation and continue to search for materials. Rebekah did not want to spend everyday out here in the wilderness searching, so she prefer to do one large collection per week. This would set her up for the rest of the week. It had took her a while to come up with a decent plan for the pink haired girl. As she was working on the collection, she continued to pay attention to what was around her. As she knew that the day was not yet ov
  12. After finding the material, Rebekah continued to search nearby, hopefully that more materials will spawn around the edge of the forest. As she kept walking around, she noticed a large tree with a giant trunk. She wondered, if any animals were living in the tree, and if she would be able to find any materials around it. The girl decided to search the tree because it was a good location to start. As she begin walking around the tree and surveying the surrounding, she wondered what when was the last time she spent a day peacefully in the forest. It had been a long time since she was at the f
  13. Rebekah began to head towards The Stone Valley. As this place makes up a vast majority of the floor, it was easily navigable for the girl who was seeking to find forage for materials. After all, that was the reason why she wanted to be a forager. Rebekah began to look around to ensure there was nothing in the vicinity. She did not want to walk into places where there were a lot of players as that implies the entire area has already been searched recently. As she got to the edge of the forest, Rebekah knew this was the perfect place to start searching, as the forest has an abundance of mon
  14. "I choose to play this game because I bought a second nerve gear to play this game with my older brother. I was suppose to play with him. However, he was studying for an exam when the game was released. So I believe he never logged in before we were trapped here." Rebekah said. She was thinking back to the memory of how she entered this game. At first she had hope that he was here somewhere, but as time went on, she gave up hope, and knew it was unlikely he had logged in already. "I used to search for him, hoping he took a break from studying to join me. After a while, I know if he was ar

  16. It had been a few days since her last success attempt at cooking. Yesterday, she challenged the god, Hestia, to earn a cauldron at her shop. This was a good idea as it had boosted her cooking skills going forward. Rebekah decided to try something new today, primarily, she is going to work with potatoes and crab meat. These were uncommon ingredients, but she began to work her magic again. She needed to peel the potatoes and fry them in a pan of olive oil. She wanted her cuisine to be health but hearty on this cold fourth floor of Aincrad. Date: 02-14-2022 Rank 5: 208/320 (171 + 37) EXP
  17. As Star responded to her question, Rebekah hoped he was not offended by her question about his longsword. She could not help but notice how different the sword is. Since she had only used rapiers and sabers the entire time in Aincrad, she has never paid attention to another weapon in detail. She knew if she had a longsword, it would have been too heavy for her to equip. Rebekah had personally chosen use a rapier since it allowed her to have one free hand and move quickly since it was not as heavy. As Star asked the question, Rebekah thought it was strange that he was looking at her for a
  18. Rebekah had heard about a quest which helped a player gather more materials. As an aspiring chef, she knew that she was always looking for more materials. To her, it was an essential currency as part of the game, since a stockpile of consumables can be the difference between death and survival. Therefore, she was seeking out a women in green near this campsite. Rebekah was told of the specific location to show up at. There, she found a lady who approach her. "Are you looking to learn how to efficiently gather more material?" Rebekah responded, "Yes." Immediately, she received a quest
  19. Rebekah accepted Star's handshake and responded, "Star, it is nice to meet you. Shall we get start heading out?" She turned and accepted the quest from Larbook for the party. She then spoke to the NPC, "If you do not mind, can you lead us the way to the Labyrinth?" The NPC accepted her request, and began to lead them out of the settlement of Aruyt towards the Forest of Wavering Mist. She knew that visibility was low on this floor especially with the mist, therefore, she knew it never hurts to bring a guide along such as a NPC. She knew this forest was not a safe place to be in for an
  20. The Satyr had finally came back to the stage and announced the decision. "The winner of the cookoff is the challenger with Beef Wellington, Rebekah. For your reward, you have won Hestia’s Cauldron." Hestia then added, "Take good care of my cauldron, Mortal, I will miss it. You can use the teleportation crystal to teleport back to Athenaia." Rebekah then received the notification pop-up on her screen in front of her notifying her of a successful quest and the rewards. She quickly said farewell to all the other gods as Olympus can only be visited during this quest. She took the telepor
  21. Rebekah was finally feeling a lot more relief, and she noticed a few of the gods are taking a closer look from their seats in the stadium at her dish. The Satyr was going to take a few minutes to think about the winner, and Hestia went up to her and asked, "Mortal, can I taste your dish?" Rebekah obliged since she did not want to anger the god, especially in the city of the Olympus where the entire population is made of gods and goddess, and all their servants. Rebekah cut a piece of the beef wellington and put some mash potatoes and gravy on to another plate for the god to try. The momen
  22. Hestia had gone first, and presented her dish to the Satyr. Rebekah had not noticed it until now due to the extreme tunnel vision, that she was cooking in a massive arena with a full audience packed with gods from Zeus to Athena. Hestia named her dish, a selection of dishes made for the Gods at the Olympus. The Satyr took one bite and immediately fell in love with the dish. Rebekah was starting to be worried, as she knew she needed to win this cook off. The Satyr comment on Hestia's dish as it was comfort food, the type of food he grew up eating all on a plate. It was now time for Rebekah
  23. Just as she was about to accept the quest, Rebekah turned around. She heard someone talking to her, and she could see the blond hair male with a green jacket heading towards her. The guy towered over her shorter 164 cm frame. "Yes, are you also here to search for the Hoyas? I was originally planning on doing this myself, but do you want to join my party? It is a lot safer to challenge the quest in a party." Rebekah said. She believed the quest was not difficult but she has always believed a quest is a lot easier in a group since the last thing she wanted to be was trapped all by hers
  24. Rebekah looked up at the other table, and saw Hestia was a platter of food from ancient greece. This included a grilled fish, Rebekah believes it was a swordfish with the classic combination of a homemade bread dipped in red wine. In addition, she could see a lot of vegetables, prawns glazed in a special sauce. Rebekah believes it was a honey given the colour, and finally a roasted piece of lamb on a plate. This looked like a plate from a buffet made of food for a god. Of course, there was also a glass of wine to go with everything for the Satyr. Rebekah began putting her plate together,
  25. The beef was finally ready after 15 minutes, so Rebekah decided to take it out for the beef to rest prior to serving it. She was looking for a perfect medium rare steak. This was the target. So she sat the beef on the cutting board. The golden brown baked puff pastry with the scoring made it look delicious. She was going to sprinkle some salt on top to give it the extra flavour. This meant it was finally time to go back to the potatoes. She needed to finish mashing the potatoes to go on her dish. She gave the mash a quick taste, and it was so buttery and creamy. That was the best mash potatoes
