Rebekah

Rebekah was asleep on one of the branches on the big tree trunk of Florenthia Village, but she was woken up by a group of people gathering at the base of the tree. There was usually nobody around on this floor, as it was one of the best places to nap outside. She rolled onto her side and took a look down, thankfully it was only 3 players so far that gathered, and was pondering the question, should she continue her nap, or find out what they are up to.

Rebekah had walked in to this tiny small shop where they were selling food. Even though she, herself was a chef, did not feel like cooking today. She just wanted a break from it. It was fun for her, but she was running out of ingredients to cook with, and would have to forge for them. Regardless, she sat there, and could not help but notice a new player eating the goat leg. She thought to herself, she has never cooked goat before.

Rebekah had finished up most of her shopping today on this busy floor, however, she could not but notice a young girl with red hair. That was something that she had never seen in this game before, but there were a lot of unfamiliar faces around here. Just as she was about to head back to floor 4 at the teleportation portal, she realized that she had forgotten something and ran towards the store where she had forgotten to buy that last item. Interestingly enough, she was standing right in front of that store.

Rebekah once again looked for the last hit to end this lengthy battle, and she took a breath, and this time tried to stab the bee lying on the ground. However, somehow, she had completely missed on her attack, as she had missed twice from such a short distance. Perhaps this was her mental block on combat where she was not able to do anything.

Rebekah was walking around the Town of Beginning today, trying to finish a few errands before relaxing off in the afternoon. She had came all this way to floor one today to visit a few shops before heading back to higher level floors where she had spent most of her time. It was just as she had remembered it, the same, as nothing has changed much since she had last visited it, perhaps except for the players who are now spending the majority of their time here, as most of the people she knew, were now on the upper level floors.

In reality, the girl did not miss her attack by much, it was just because the bee was able to use every ounce of strength to dodge the attack instead. However, since it was in mobile, and the girl was standing just far enough away from it, there was no opportunity for the bee to attack her, as she did not stand close enough to do anything about it.

Rebekah was looking at the bee lying on bathe ground, and quickly tried to stab it to kill it, a bit lazily, as she was not using all her energy. That was a mistake as she had missed from a super close range, in non attempt to kill the monster that is lying right in front of her.

The bee had fallen right to the ground after it had lost its wings. It had tried to crawl forward, but something did not feel right. Without the wings, it could not fly nor keep its balance on the ground, and was now in serious trouble. It was trying to move, but something about it, it was not going anywhere.

There was nothing that she needed to talk to her for, as she had probably been planning on sleeping on such a nice day before Rebekah had ran into her. She was on this tree in the first place, since it contained a beautiful view. She walked back to where she had climbed up, and entered inside the shop inside the trunk. Maybe she would be still there after she was done shopping, but if not, she was not planning on bothering her.

Rebekah decided to try it again for the third time in a row, attempting to cut off its wings, and this time she swung and managed to swipe it off. As she hit the wings, the bee could no longer fly, and fell directly to the ground, and she watched its hit-points drop. She knew that she had not killed it yet, because the bee did not die right away, but was hoping that this battle would be over shortly.

The Giant Bee was still furious at the girl, for trying to take out its wings, and charged right at her, trying to land hit her with the sharpness of her needle. However, there was nothing much it could do as her rapier was easily able to block the attack from doing anything. Even the bee started to feel a bit exhausted after all the work trying to attack.

"It is a very nice place." she replied. and then she had realized that she had not introduced herself to the girl yet, "hello, my name is Rebekah." Unfortunately for her, the wind began to die down a tone bit, as she liked having her hair be blown by the wind just enough, but not enough to make a mess. Regardless, she was able to relax a lot more on the branch.

The question was would she want to stay here on this branch, or move, since it was such a comfortable position that she was lying in.

Since its under construction (the skills) and I thought it said something, but I can't find it anymore.

Again, the same thing had happened, she had specifically targeted the wings, and yet she had missed. She looked over at the bee, she was starting to get exhausted, but she knew that she must finish this battle before moving on. There was nothing else she could do at the moment, other than continue trying to kill off this pesty monster.

The bee realized that it had to get serious, after a near attempt at taking out its wings, which would lose its huge advantage that it would have on the girl, the advantage of flying around, which would allow it to become immobile on the ground. It tried to sting the girl again with its needle, however her leather battle coat was able to mitigate a lot of the damage.

Rebekah had received a message, it was that super annoying arrogant player once again. He was asking for a big party roleplay event, and looked for people to join. Although, she had no interest in partying up with him for another bit, she was interested in showing up, and being able to refine her combat skills with one of the stronger players around.

She decided to attend, hopefully there will be a few more people who show up, as she made her way towards floor 1. On her, she equipped both her weapon, heartstriker, and her leather battle coat, and nothing else.

Rebekah saw Kazuya attack and realized that nobody was going to follow up on it. Then it had hit her, it was her turn to attack, and she made her way to attack, albeit slightly late. It was not something that she had wanted to do on this battlefield, and that slight hesitation made all the difference in the world.

She narrowly missed her attack with her shiny rapier by millimetres.

This was no ideal for her, as this battle had slowly become another stalemate. Neither of them were being really accurate with their attacks lately, as this would be a problem. However, as the bee kept flying around, she had noticed that its wings are quite vulnerable, and decided to swing for its wings instead. Unfortunately, she had missed her attack instead, thus failing yet again to kill this bee.

The bee had decided to repeat the last attack since the bee sting was quite effective against the girl. However, this time, she had realized that it was flying right at her, and thus was able to use her rapier to keep the bee from getting close enough to do attack her.

"Well, you do not have to be that worried, players disappear and reappear from time to time. Hopefully, you can find him one of these days," replied Rebekah. Then she replied to her question, "Well, I heard this tree has one of the best views that have discovered so far, and I was looking for a place to relax out in the sun."

She should not be that surprised that she was not the only person who was up on this tree, quite frankly, ever place that had a beautiful view in Aincrad was never completely quiet, there was always somebody else there as well.

Well, at least that was over, it was a nice day for her to clear out multiple monsters. She looked up at the time, and forgot that she had to leave, she had things to do in her shop. She thank Claim for the day, before heading off towards the teleportation gate back in the town.

Rebekah looked at Claim after the fight, "how many more materials do you need to collect?" Both of them were still at relatively high HP left, and could continue fighting for a lot longer, but she did not know if he would like to continue. She drew her rapier back in the scarab for now, until she needed to use it again later.

Rebekah had found the both of them rush up to land critical hits, and was determined not to be left out. She charged up after Celes to attack, and struck it in one of its weakest spots, in the head of the avalanche. The attack had disintegrated the monster into many pixels. Afterwards, she looked over to Kazuya and handed him the drop that she had gotten for the last hit. "Here you go" she said.

She had thought that she had been fine after that stung by the bee, but she was not. She was still feeling the effects of that one, as she tried to lift up her sword, her hands just completely froze. It is if she completely stopped moving for a few minutes. That was a problem for her, and now she needed to attack, but she just could not do anything.

After her last move, the girl was no longer worried about defending as much anymore. As the deadlock had broken, the bee managed to sting the girl once again with its sharp needle. She had felt the ping sting a bit, but it did not do that much damage as it was trying to sting her in her armour.
