Lime

Ruby snorted. "I take it you must be really insecure or really high and mighty which suits you just fine cause idiots like places like that." Drawing her sword she slammed her hand down on the accept button and charged clashing her blade with his weapon in a a stalemate stance.

Still hidden in the bushes Lime drew her bow on the orange player. Her eyes focused but her grip shaky.

Ruby slowed in her quick movements as a message appeared. Rolling her eyes she thinks great this world has thought of a new way to get me. Opening it she read, re-read, and snorted. Lime no matter what you think I am.... Gonna have to face this. Sighing and grumbling under her breath she stalks back to the confrontation clearing and says loud and clear "I'm here jerks which of you is gonna kill yourselves to get at me cause I'm only dueling once!?"

Lime heard everything and watched sadly as her friend ran off into the dark. That's not good we have some helpful players among the PK's and she's running away again! She thinks opening her men=u she set down her bow and arrow and typed out a message...

Ruby snorted. This is getting riduclous she thinks. While they were all arguing Ruby took the chance to slip away and it worked. She was off into the shadows of the nighttime forest!

Ruby smirked at the melee about to beak out. People fighting over me that's a first. She thought. Then she watched as her would-be defender struck another player. She frowned. Red she may now be but that was uncalled for. Then she heard it the slightest creaking noise.

After firing off that random shot Lime had stuck to the shadows watching and looking for Ruby. Thanks to a tracking feature she had found her but it seems others had found her too. At least she isn't dead yet Lime thought that message means a Duel is a necessity that means she has a chance. Lime hesitated debating about how to help when a thought hit her: Could she really PK someone else? She bit her lip. Taking out her bow she pulled out an arrow and THEN made her mistake. She pulled the string and it made a creaking noise!

Ruby blinked at the new message. The she grinned. This quest had taken a turn which left things uncertain. This message made one thing clear. She had to be beaten in a duel and that meant getting her to ACTUALLY accept. She laughed.

Ruby spun as the attack grazed her teeth and faced the mob which had sprung from the blue. At this point running away was useless. That meant it was time to face the ruffians. Using some footwork she placed a tree at her back and drew her sword holding it before her she called to the group. "Do it if you dare, whoever's not afraid of death come up and get some!"

Ruby eyed the man. She knew just what to do. She smiled a sickeningly sweet smile. Then taking both hands she placed them on the branch... and shook it REALLY hard. The result? Anyone without firm support WOULD fall down. As soon as the results were clear Ruby dropped, rolled onto hitting the ground, and dashed off into the dark as night fell.

Ruby settled back against tree putting herself in a position where they'd HAVE to enter her line of sight to get at her.

Ruby snorted the girl had taken cover in the thick foliage of a tree. Those idiot players were being VERY loud she could heal their every word and if they thought she was gonna be PK'd by them they were DREAMING. Her eyes kept scanning the area as she waited to see what would happen next.

Lime was still tracking Ruby on the map. Suddenly a new message arrived. It's contents left her even more frazzled. I have to find her! She thinks. Dashing off she headed even deeper into the woods.

Ruby slunk through the shadows. As she did she heard the players words. Laughing ruefully and quietly she thinks not like I had any healing items any way. She continued on her way. (OOC: Lime posts next. That's not till tomorrow so hold off for now and 3 posts for paralysis wearing off peoples.)

Ruby tilted her head to the side "this world turned against me" was her answer. Stepping over their forms she walked on when a new system message hit all players luckily you didn't have to move to read it. The message was rather flowery but it's meaning was clear: no rewards at all from the fight or quest until ALL OF IT was done. Ruby blinked. Pulling up the hood of her scarlet coat she dashed into the shadows triggering her hiding skill. And like that she was gone.

Ruby finally came to her senses. She was some distance away when she heard the sounds of battle. Taking out her sword she turned to head back into the fray not knowing the battle had just ended. As she drew within range she heard the players talking about tracking down a "her". Taking a deep breath she knew what to do. She would not be bullied, not anymore. Stepping around the corner she came into view. As she met the players gaze with orange cursor visible she looked at the enemy which had spooked her so easily and then she noticed it. The things final health bar was blinking. She took a step

Ruby blinked as the thing roared and its eyes flashed. She did a natural reaction. "KYAHHHHH!" She screamed and ran for it. The thing gave chase.

Ruby took a step back and rubbed her nose which was stinging from the impact against the rock she just ran into. Suddenly a rustling noise from the bushes caught her attention and a hissing noise filled the air. She turned to face it.

Meanwhile Ruby ran through the dark forest. The girl had yet to find a good hiding spot yet. But there was something unnerving her and she couldn't place a finger on why. She dashed around a tree and SMACK!

Lime scanned the forest clearing around her. She had bow in hand and an arrow knocked. She was ready to aim and fire, and had her UI open as she tracked Ruby on her map. It looks like she's in this area let's hope the boss hasn't gotten to her first. A rustling in the trees above caught her attention and panicking she aimed upwards and fired.

Lime looked towards the woods thanks to the Friend List she could track Ruby and after the announcement helping her became a priority now more than ever! The green hooded girl ran on.

Ruby ran along the fields at sunset. I cannot believe this! She thinks. The game has basically turned on me! As she headed for the forest she thought OK so players are coming after me I can handle this I was expecting that when I left Lime and Siren but the monster makes things tricky. So my goal is clear hide from the others let the monster find me and I end its life then I run even more! Ruby nods.

Lime smiled and waved her hand opening up the menu and passed the player a invite. "Now that we have a party I have an idea! I've heard an event is going on why don't we check it out? Even if it's a boss maybe we can a raid, a collaborative group going!?"

Ruby nodded slowly thinking. Then she shrugged. "Why not?" She turned to Lime and ordered "do the invite thingie."

Lime giggled at the back and forth of the confrontation.
