Merchants have a new thing to replace voucher crafting! Make those not perfects relevant, maybe get lucky and get a unique enhancement! Vouchers that already exist are still valid.

Later today I'm going to be reintroducing a inexplicably removed mechanics where you could break down crafts for Col at a merchants, if that is of any aide.
Basically they have two roles. They can sell general items or equipment from the store, or they can discover hidden enhancements on equipment that isnt a perfect with appraisal.
