According to the thread in the tutorial section, Accuracy caps at 2, just like evasion and a number of skills. I think this is just to keep them from becoming too OP.

There's also a skill where it can increase the Accuracy even without the equipment but it only goes up by 1. So when you add that +2 from equipment you'll get a +3 max since 9 & 10 are criticals

Accuracy on equipment caps at 2 plus you can get one with a skill with a total cap of 3

Maybe you should make an OP. Get to know some characters, their story and roleplay with them if you feel they're a good match. We're a community and sao wasn't ever in a shortage of player interactions. It's all about reaching out
