Bleed, statistically, isn't worth it. Straight +DMG will deal more.

Thorns is good for protracted fights, or whittling away something with high MIT (such as boss fights) but not really for trash, since the number of mobs we can spawn is limited for 4 per player.

In 99% of the encounters, a straight +3 DMG/+3 ACC/+3 MIT is going to be your most effective item set regardless of character type or build. Once you have some +ACC from other sources, you can start to fill in other enhancements for flavor.

my max damage is 22 without buffs baldur, trust me bleed will deal more damage

My max damage right now without buffs is 104. ._. but I need hella MIT.
