It's one of those Mondaze where I feel like my eyes are rattling around in my head. Hopefully I can dive back in and start doing some more RP again soon. I didn't get any bites though, is no one waiting for me for a reply?
@Zandra Did we not continue with the dungeoneering thread? Maybe we could do a scouting thread and hit up a dungeon ^_^

Sorry guys, I know I haven't been around much lately, but the reason is... I'm getting married on Saturday! :D
Also, at work, I'm finishing up a MAJOR project and have been working 7 days a week.
So life has been busy, but I will return! Until then, I leave you in the capable hands of Tak and Mack!

To those taking the First Lesson is Free beginner quest. Based on feedback, I have adjusted the number you need in order to find the material. Feel free to incorporate it into your threads.
Please note, this only works for quest materials. If you find more than you needed this way, you do not get to keep them because this amount is reduced for the quest only. All other non-combat gathering needs to conform to the standard rules. You CANNOT selectively choose whether it's a quest material or not. Unfortunately, this is the balance to making it easier for the quest itself.

This is not important but could you change the title to say [F01] instead of [F1] It messes up the the sorting of the threads and places them right before floor 10 quest but right after floor 9 quest -

Question for everyone: What would make you want to join a guild? What would make you want to form a guild?
I want to make guilds more important to the site and to characters. They're shown to be very important in the anime and the novel, and in MMO's in general.
I realize housing/guild halls are currently a bit lackluster, and we'll be working on that, but what would you like to see from the Guilds themselves specifically?

Unique Skill Update!
I've been asked about this a lot, and I don't really have information to give you other than this:
Unique skills will be reviewed after the 3.0 update. Once 3.0 is live and settled, staff will begin a complete reworking of Unique Skills. The scout broker, as a means of distribution is more then likely gonna be completely removed. Unique skills themselves will be completely changed and made to balance among themselves.
We're basically going back to the drawing board because how they were distributed, and the abuse of them by people who could was detrimental to the site.
To that end, Takao and myself have agreed that while we are GMs, we will not take a unique skill.

I will be traveling for work again, which means most of my days will be spent on the road or on the jobsite. I should be able to post a little tonight assuming I'm not exhausted from travel, but my parents are flying in for the holidays tomorrow so I will likely not be able to post again until Wednesday.

The December update is live!

We will be getting a December update. It will not be 3.0. The loss of Oikawa unfortunately meant we lost the spearhead of 3.0, but we're still moving forward with it, just taking some extra time to make sure we have everything fleshed out and ready when we make such a large change to the game. I hope you guys will enjoy the December update changes, as they will give you a small peak at what to expect with 3.0
