You cannot save dice rolls and use them at your convenience. So I've had to deny your familar. If you want to keep going on the quest and try on the 30th post please do so ^^;
Sadly the answer is still no, as it'd be unfair to other users. You can edit posts and redo it again. Or You can ask me to delete all posts after the 15th post, and do it again.
