Beatha watched the NPC scurry over and kind of took a step back. She looked at Yon before looking back at the man. “U-Uh…†She nodded and bit her lip. “Yeah.. We did… I… got the knot out without breaking the rope.â€

She felt him pull away, kind of withdrawing herself slightly to look at him. Beatha shook her head with a soft chuckle and a smile on her face. “Don’t worry about it.†She sighed softly and stepped closer to him. “I don’t mind.â€

Beatha blushed when he pulled her against him for a kiss; not expecting the sudden action from Yon at all. She hesitated for a brief moment before returning the kiss to him, gently squeezing his hands in hers. It was great that she could trust him, especially with something so delicate like this.

She withdrew her hands and stretched her arms lightly, before realizing he was staring at ther. “Uh…†She blinked and raised her brow. “What’s wrong?â€

Beatha chuckledsoftly under her breath and looked up to meet Garou’s eyes, “This is harder than it looks.†After a few minutes she managed to get the rope loose enough to get her hands out. She smiled brightly, her eyes now focused on the rope. “I got it.â€

Beatha looked down at the rope that was tied around both their wrists and began to attempt to undo it without breaking it. She bit her lip and tried to move her hands around the rope but failed. Hopefully she wouldn’t break it by the time they were done.

She looked at the man who was fiddling with the rope and smiled, giving him a slight nod. “That’s what we were planning to do.†She spoke with a soft chuckle and ran her fingers through her hair. “Ready when you are.†She said with a smirk and turned to Garou.

Beatha followed up next to him as they walked along the path towards the Lover’s Knot game. “Thanks again for inviting me to this.†She spoke with with a gentle smile. Everything that Garou had provided was great for her. Ice skating, Lucky Draw, and eating out. It was all something that she appreciated.

Beatha stumbled slightly when he let her go, “Y-Yeah.†She stuttered as she collected herself again, standing up straight. “You didn’t have to stop.†She murmured almost silently. “Wanna go down there?â€

“W-We could try.†She spoke with a small smile, her body was a bit weak now that he had been stroking her hair. It was a major weakness of hers. “Where do we go?â€

Beatha jumped when she was pulled into his arms; she didn’t expect it at all to be held. “A-Ah… What’s Lover’s Knot?†She asked with a slight blush on her face, kind of relaxing in his arms when he began to stroke her hair.

She shook her head with a soft grunted, “No. I’ll be finished in a moment.†She fell silent and began to finish her food, eating a bit quick but not fast enough to choke herself. She didn’t want to be alone anymore, even though she preferred it to many other things. After a few minutes she finished eating her steak and milkshake. “What do you want to do now?â€

“No… You’re not a burden to me.†She drug over her milkshake across the table to her, holding it between her hands and took another sip of it. “You’d probably help me in this… game.†If she could call it a game. “And… thanks… It’s been a while since I’ve heard somebody say that to me.â€

“What do you mean?†She asked with a small frown on her face. She wondered if it was her… Hopefully it wasn’t. “Did I do something wrong?†She asked with slight nervousness in her voice.

She blinked and watched him, biting her lip and looked down at her plate. She felt a bit awkward about all of this… it’d hadn’t been long since her last relationship. Part of her still wasn’t over it. “You okay?â€

Beatha took a sip of her vanilla milkshake before setting it back down on the table, kind of freezing briefly at his question. She looked up at him and took a moment to think about it. “Uh…†She blushed lightly and looked down. “Sure.†She muttered quietly, looking back up to meet his eyes.

“I’m sorry about your parents and cousin. “ She murmured quietly, running her fingers through her hair a bit nervously with a soft sigh. “I guess… I understand a bit.†She spoke with a sad tone and a light frown. She remember what had happened to her own parents back over seas.

Beatha paused and nodded, taking another bite of the steak that was on the plate in front of her. “Ah..†She looked down and folded her hands in her lap, looking at him. “Who do you live with?†She asked with slight curiosity.

Beatha watched as she brought back the food, soon after beginning to eat. She didn’t eat as fast as Yon did. Taking her time to eat was something she always did. Every now and then she’d take a sip of the milkshake she had ordered. She wanted to find out more about Yon, “So ah… Back at…home. How do you guys… function?†She sounded stupid, but she couldn’t find the right word. She was still new to America and didn’t know what American families did. Jake didn’t count. “Ah.. that iddn’t sound right.†She murmured quietly to herself.

Beatha listened to what he was ordering and began to think for herself, kind of spacing off as she thought when she heard the waitress speak up again. “Um.†She scratched lightly at her head before answering. “Steak… Vanilla milkshake.â€

Beatha sat back with a soft smile on her face, soon looking up at the waitress and raised her brow. “Uh…†She looked to Garou, completely unsure of what the place had. “Why don’t you go first?†She asked with an unsure smile.

She nodded and slid inside the booth’s seat easily, facing away from the couples across the diner. “Yeah, it is.†She returned the smile with a smaller one of her’s. “I’m enjoying today.†She spoke up quietly. “It’s.. one I’ve the best that I’ve had since this game started.â€

“That’s fine with me.†Beatha smiled politely, still feeling a bit awkward while she was around everyone else in the place. She watched the couple leave, motioning for Yon to pick out the booth. “Lead me to it.â€

She followed closer behind him as they approached the building that was named Millerwing Diner. “Thanks.†She muttered quietly as she entered, stepping past Garou. The atmosphere of the place was okay to her, the couples at the tables made her feel a bit awkward. “So where do you want to sit?â€

Beatha gave a slight nod and bit her lip, looking back at Yon even though her face was still a bit red. “Ah… Y-Yeah.†She suttered and ran her fingers through her hair lightly, glancing down at her feet.
