      Well with Starter City, usually its just an introduction really.. just as to how things started with you in SAO. It has not really worked out like an RP as far as I know. So my suggestion to you would be to join an OP or start one so you can meet some new people.

      Its an introduction section, that's it - cehck out the tutorial section - the part taht tells you how to RP and where, and it will tell you just that.
