So, just wondering if the messages sent to to the Scout Broker are only acknowledged if he/she is online, then what if you're always asleep around those hours? Am I just out of luck then?
I think the Scout tends to be on twice, at least to my knowledge. But yeah it's really up to chance. I don't believe there's currently any active rumors, so we'll all have to wait until the next time the topic gets updated.
