Question: I understand you cant get the benefits of mitigation from both heavy and light armor from skills, BUT you can still equip 1 light armor and 1 heavy armor for non mitigation purposes?

I know that the only major downside to wearing heavy armor is that you cannot have any EVA. But since Opal isn't trying to use EVA, that's why I'm interpreting the rules as I am. But I can see the problem in the way of having both types of momentum considered benefiting from two different armor types when not normally possible.
Not to mention, they could be considered the "same buff" which has widely been changed across the system to mean that it doesn't stack in other places, so it could mean the same thing there. the Momentum enhancements don't stack with themselves, so I could see them also not stacking with each other.

OOC: Thank you, Commander. :) Opal had gained permission from her Guild Leader to participate. She had yet to see Azide or if he would even show up for the event, but none the less, as a representative of the Blood Oaths, she would write her name down elegantly and therefore would do the best damn job she could in the event for herself as well as her Commander and Vice Commander.

Opal was motioned by the quaint hands of the seamstress that had worked on her intricate armor. Moving to take a closer look at the items that were folded neatly along with some lithe looking armoring equipment, the woman searched over each little detail with a careful eye before looking back up at the beautiful blonde, "Thank you so much, Ariel. You're work is most astonishing and I cant believe the level of detail that you were able to maintain throughout the entire design. I applaud you for that." Apparently there was something happening as that decorative bell rang several more times from people she had never met before entering the store. Taken back slightly though was one familiar face she did recognize and that was Kalesh of the three that happened to come in. Give a soft smile to the man their orders were in queue along with her own. Opal had been away for a long just recently coming back from her own training hiatus. The air around her was different and she gave off an aura that seemed to be different than the one she had possessed before. In need of a tailor for her new guild colors, the woman walked with heavy steps through the cold depths of floor four. It seemed there were many popular shops in this area and it was only a moment longer before she found a quaint shop up ahead and only to be passing by a red steak of hair. Can <<Riposte>> be stacked with a non stunning Sword Art? Or does <<Riposte>> only do base damage and can not be stacked with Sword Arts?

Strictly speaking riposte does zero damage. It just triggers if you 'hit' and does not trigger if you 'miss'. You are basically using parry as your sword art.
Plus you need to actually be attacked. If a player goes 'nah' and meditates or drinks a potion, then the riposte goes away unless you use parry again.

Opal nodded her head, but she kept the mats on the counter, "Think of it as down payment on my next order then. And I had almost forgot about this!" Opal once more scurried through her menu and inventory and odd shaped looking potion was placed next to the materials. She leaned down slightly over the edge and tapped it with her finger, "I made this not too long ago, perhaps you can use it? Its called the Crafter's Respite Potion.
