That service is currently discontinued until further notice.  When it does come back, you would have a staff member add the amount into your account after they lock your thread.

Until then, please mark all balances/transactions/spending within your journal, and/or a separate Doc./Spreadsheet.  It'll be easier to record and helps out the staff in the long run.

It was a beta system and feedback was great so it will be released for full use with the new 3.0 update.
If you wish to put the amount in your account right now, message me with your totals for Tier 1 and 2 mats as well as your current Col amount.
