Hmm, its hard to say. I personally feel there is a lot more emotion in the Japanese Dub versions, but we can all agree its easier to watch an anime in Japanese dub; but lets be honest, I bet all of us are fairly used to reading subtitles and watching an anime, and wouldn't be bothered by either or. So in the end, I'm going to have to say Japanese Dub for emotion, but there is certainly nothing wrong with English Dub.
