[Clash Of Blades Season 1] Week 1: Telrenya vs Pollux
Kindling replied to Kindling's topic in Player Vs Player
A grin, an open palm, and a slight turning away of his gaze from the two contestants was the response given to Yue Hua and her correction regarding bait. He'd need to get better about his fact checking, though hoped it was all in good fun. Letting both wish the other good fortune, as well as say their greetings. Though what Telrenya offered was less of a greeting and more of an echo. Start! The announcer hardly had time to think about just how pleasant that opening set of words were traded between the two. The latter of the two blinked forward incredibly quickly. "It seems those wol -
[Clash Of Blades Season 1] Week 1: Vigilon vs Hirru
Kindling replied to Kindling's topic in Player Vs Player
Their weapons drawn, their words spoken. A grin tugged at the corners of his mouth, watching as Hirru encouraged his opponent. That was a tower of sportsmanship right there, that was a good contestant for a competitive environment. Exactly what he was hoping to see when this all started as an idea in his head. Sword and shield against an seemingly accursed blade. Not an unheard of, first of it's kind. Still, an interesting set piece for a player to have. Vigilon's mad dash forward started the fight in earnest, which only seemed to draw the kind words from his opponent. A support both physicall -

Above the pit on Floor 1, where several fights were taking place all at once, were the stands. The seating, the Balconies; whatever you wanted to call it. Energetic Minako or more muted Kindling having introduced eight pairs of challengers throughout the day, lifting their hands to start each. A long day for each, though perhaps not as long for all of those who would choose to come and spectate. Lucky for them, following the sign ups, each match up was posted, or attempted to be messaged to each competitor, as well as where it would be. The Audience is reminded regularly to keep their weapons

Nearby the starting City of Beginners are a list of endless ruins. Most having had their loot picked clean by the thousands of players who followed the settlement's namesake, starting their adventures here, and forging forward. One such ruin, was the Amphitheatre. A small, dilapidated circle of dirt and stone that definitely did not live up to the grandeur that it's name might imply. The mud down in the pit was rough and overgrown from years of abandonment, the audience seats were dirt covered stone where some of the wildlife used as temporary beds here and there, the backrests of which were c

Good Morning Challengers! Your weekly matches have been drawn up, and then separated between Hosts @Minako and I, @Kindling. Your host will be the one who posts the thread to introduce your fight, and give some flavor casting throughout the combat. With the drawn up matches, your Weekly Clash Shop has been rolled and assigned. Use this opportunity to understand who your opponent is, and plan accordingly either through your own build, and through consumables purchasable in the Weekly Shop. Remember! No outside consumables are allowed in these fights. Only those purchased at the Weekly Shop.

One by one, the names came in. People finding their way to the designated spots. Many here knew each other; you had fought side by side in many battles. If their names were not familiar to you, their faces most certainly were. Still, there were those who had long lurked behind, their days in the golden light of the sun having past them by in the ages, while another might just find his first hint of daylight. Some still standing in it's brilliance. Many who didn't care to be any of those three things. Rising Stars and burning meteors; all set for a collision course! The red haired man spoke, a

Whether you're wandering the streets of the Town of Beginnings, scaling the Mountains to the villages of Floor 7, avoiding the horrors of Floor 29, or having a picture-esque day of leisure by the lakes near Coral, you'd be able to find it. Fliers spread far and wide, pinned up to posts and walls in nearly ever major settlement across the floors that have been battled for. This piece of parchment, more weathered on some floors than others, details on it the coming of a competition. Beckoning for a champion, promising you glory, and the rush of a crowd chanting your name. Think of the adrenaline
