  1. It didn’t take long for the inertia to be overcome, people stopped swinging, and those that didn’t, suddenly felt the abandonment of their task by the contingent in general. This cognition caused them to feel pressured, forcing them to lay down their weapons. To everyone’s surprise, the wolves didn’t press the advantage that was given to them. They circled around the caravan. Randal looked into the one with the baby wolves, while Belverine led him further back with a few footsteps. Another adventurer stepped forward. “Short…” Randal hadn’t noticed her before, she barely came u
  2. Before any of the adventurer’s were able to get to the wolves by the doors of the caravan, they managed to break open the steel locks which disintegrated in a blue flash, allowing the doors to the cargo hold of the carriages to open. They entered as Belverine and I approached as a vanguard to some of the slower adventurers’. Those that came before were either occupied with the other wolves who were leaping around avoiding their attacks skillfully. According to Randal’s observations, it seemed like unlike before, they were uninterested in attacking or killing, they were focused on dodging
  3. Day 43 (68 exp total) Today, Randal felt like going back to the basics, there was way too much going on in his life and he wanted to keep it a little simple. There were many dishes that he used to make when he was younger, but he felt like the palette of those dishes were far too juvenile. So a bit older he went, the taste of his dishes then was quite exotic, he was all about pursuing the little threads of flavor which he found interesting, but none stuck with him. Not a single flavor was worth the upkeep, some were hard to maintain in terms of requirements, some where difficult to prepar
  4. “Rargh!” One of the wolves leapt at Randal, no longer attempting to sidestep him. Instead taking Randal momentary confusion to its advantage and trying to bite him. Fortunately, Randal was just barely able to move out of the way in time. The wolf tried to pivot and push Randal towards its ally but a few backsteps was enough to give Randal enough space. Two things came from his retreat, the first is that the two wolves that were not plotting their revenge against Randal were no longer interested in pursuing the caravan or the merchants, the second was that Randal was not being navigated away fr
  5. Just as Randal had thought, it seemed like a party of Roaring wolves were quickly heading in their direction. It seems important to point out at this junction that Ranal wasn’t the only adventurer that was onboard these caravans, besides the armed guards that the Merchant had hired, there were also other adventurers who had come along in hopes of a safer journey in numbers. We all got out of the caravans and started to position ourselves in ways that made sense. Generally, adventurers that were sporting shabbier looking equipment would stand further towards the back to directly protect the car
  6. Once again morning had come for Randal. The light pierced through the canopy of the trees in streaks of gold against the harsh and dark backdrop of the Forest's more shadowy depths. Looking out the window after a restful night, Randal noticed that he had received a notification dated a little before he had come to the Town of Flora. The invitation was tagged by Poseidon - The Greek God of the Sea. It seemed that by reaching Foraging Rank 2, Randal had become eligible for a test amongst the gods. A challenge to test his mettle and to prove that he was worthy to receive their blessing. Hon
  7. Day 42 (64 exp total) With each new day that dawned, Randal found himself at the crossroads of contemplation, a chance to take inventory of the intricate threads that composed the tapestry of his life. It was a moment to bear witness to the dichotomy between abundance and lack, a delicate interplay of existence that stretched beyond the confines of his culinary haven. In the realm of his kitchen, Randal held the power to weave flavors together in ways that were as unique as the dawn itself. The canvas of his creations was vast and boundless, awaiting his touch to transform it into a

  9. The passage through the forest was accompanied by the gradual dispersal of trees, revealing a sun-dappled clearing that offered an unobstructed view of Flora Town. Unlike the bustling town Randal had departed earlier, its streets now presented a contrasting scene, displaying a quieter ambiance as he and Kagamine made their way into its heart. Negotiating the winding roads, hemmed in by the tightly clustered houses, they navigated the labyrinthine paths that guided them towards the town center. With Kagamine leading the way, their journey culminated in a heartfelt reunion. Upon their
  10. In the realm of SAO, the passage of time could not be skipped nor accelerated; it remained an unwavering constant. Randal faced the choice of yielding to the embrace of sleep amidst the forest's embrace or resigning himself to a state of semi-consciousness, a vigilant watchfulness that strained his senses. Amidst the nocturnal symphony of the forest, his ears struggled to distinguish between the myriad sounds that echoed through the darkness. The rustle of leaves, the distant calls of creatures, and the hushed murmurs of nature woven together into an auditory tapestry that challenged his attem
  11. "Kagamine!" Randal's voice carried through the forest once more, though this time a touch softer, laced with an undercurrent of caution. He was mindful of any potential eavesdroppers who might have been drawn by the previous exchange. Emerging from his concealed position, Kagamine stepped into view, his presence a welcome reassurance amidst the aftermath of the encounter. With a hesitant query, Kagamine sought confirmation that the struggle had reached its conclusion, that the threat of the Faultwarren Bandits was finally vanquished. Randal's response came in measured words, recounting th
  12. As events unfolded around him, Randal could have attributed his current advantageous position to luck, yet he recognized that true danger was a distant shadow, unlikely to darken his doorstep. Amidst the turmoil of the day's events, an undercurrent of unease coursed through his emotions. While he held dominion over this particular engagement, his thoughts lingered on the tales of peril and betrayal that seemed to cast their ominous cloud over higher floors. With a watchful eye, Randal navigated the challenge before him. The disparity in levels between himself and the roving mobs afforded
  13. Amidst the rustling foliage and the symphony of nature's sounds, Randal and the Faultwarren Leader found themselves entangled in a struggle that transcended the boundaries of the virtual realm. The forest floor, cool and grassy, bore witness to their clash of wills. The leader's attempts to break free from Randal's grip were futile, each exertion met with the unyielding resistance of his strength. Locked in a vice-like stranglehold, the Faultwarren Leader's body was rendered immobile, her attempts to retaliate met with the impenetrable barrier that Randal's fortitude presented. He held th
  14. As the clash between Randal and the formidable Faultwarren Leader ignited, the forest bore witness to a dance of combat steeped in darkness and urgency. Randal's apprehension proved well-founded; the leader exhibited a mastery over the forest terrain that surpassed his own. Despite his agility and prowess, Randal found himself grappling with the nuances of combat in the shrouded obscurity. Unlike the majority of adventurers who wielded long-range weapons, Randal's reliance on close combat was a challenge in the dim-lit forest. Each punch he aimed came fraught with the risk of encountering obst

  16. Their journey continued, the moments stretching into an enigmatic tapestry woven by the intertwining of shadows and purpose. Yet, the tranquility was abruptly shattered by the sound of pursuit – the rhythmic cadence of rapid footsteps closing in. Randal's skill at searching and navigation offered little solace in the face of this sudden threat. The pursuer exhibited an uncanny prowess, matching their pace with an eerie precision that hinted at a profound familiarity with the terrain. Realization dawned like a chilling gust – their pursuer was not merely swift, but driven by an inexorable
  17. As the veil of night draped over the forest, obscuring Randal's vision, the weight of responsibility rested heavily on his shoulders. He understood the need for caution, for even his battle-hardened expertise couldn't guarantee immunity from unseen threats. With Kagamine by his side, his primary focus was safeguarding the boy's well-being, ensuring that nothing hindered their progress toward reuniting him with his sister. Sensing the encroaching darkness, Randal suggested a pause for the night. Resting amidst the shadows would shield them from potential ambushes and allow them to regroup.
  18. The strain of battle and the harried escape had taken their toll on Randal. Fatigue tugged at his muscles, and weariness crept into his bones. Yet, the vibrant embrace of the forest beckoned to him, urging him to linger in the open expanse. A sense of yearning filled him; he desired to soak in the tranquility that nature offered, a stark contrast to the relentless urgency of their recent trials. Despite the pressing need to reunite Kagamine with his sister, Randal allowed himself a momentary respite. The forest's gentle embrace provided a sanctuary of calm, a refuge from the tumultuous ev
  19. With a well-oiled pulley system, the drawbridge lowered smoothly, a testament to Randal's prior observation. As it descended, Kagamine's eagerness could be felt through his actions, his restless energy a stark contrast to the newfound calm that enveloped them both. Randal couldn't help but chuckle at Kagamine's evident excitement. "It seems you're ready to get back to your sister, huh?" Kagamine's response was tinged with a hint of anxiety. His voice trembled slightly as he shared his concerns, recounting the formidable leader of the Faultwarren Bandits. The imposing figure had yet t
  20. Randal wanted to execute the Bandit right there and then, however luck fell on the side of the Bandit as he had just enough sense to roll out of the way as quickly as possible, imagine a ball rolling away from a the swiping and precise paw of a cat. There was no way for the Bandit to escape in the end but he had no choice but to try. He scrambled for safety away from the coordinated strikes of Kagamine and Randal. “What the heck!” He thought to himself, his sense of camaraderie faltering with each step he took. Now he was all alone. Each and everyone of his friends/crewmates now eliminate
  21. With an uncanny sense of timing, Randal pounced on the Faultwarren Bandit as he struggled to rise, delivering a relentless flurry of blows. Each strike landed with precision, a symphony of calculated force that left no room for escape. The bandit's health dwindled, teetering on the precipice of oblivion. Randal's unyielding determination paid off, and the bandit succumbed, dissolving into a cascade of radiant fragments akin to stardust. Amidst the luminous aftermath, a palpable sense of relief washed over both Randal and Kagamine. Their arduous struggle had finally culminated in success,
  22. As Randal dashed around the corner, a palpable sense of relief washed over him upon spotting Kagamine nestled where he had instructed. Kagamine’s trust in Randal had endured as a result of the time they had spent together, thankfully he was still in position and had not gotten himself into any other trouble. Positioned with his back to Kagamine, Randal poised himself for the impending clash, his instincts razor-sharp. The Faultwarren Bandit pursued with relentless determination, swinging a weapon with malicious intent. Randal's agility saved him as he deftly evaded the attack, seizing an
  23. Randal's determination surged as he unleashed yet another of his formidable attacking skills, a torrent of fists raining down upon the Faultwarren Bandit nearest to him. The dwindling numbers of adversaries fueled his growing confidence; with only two remaining, their swift defeat seemed imminent. However, a niggling realization persisted: despite his heightened morale, the pace at which his energy regenerated remained a source of concern. The final bandit would likely prove to be a formidable challenge, given Randal's current damage output and the opponent's tenacious mitigation. Within
  24. As Randal ascended the stairs with purpose, his keen eyes scanned the surroundings, searching for that crucial opening amidst the Faultwarren Bandits' ranks. Opportunity presented itself as one bandit lagged behind, isolated from the group. Randal's instincts kicked in, and in a swift reversal, he pivoted, unleashing a fierce strike directed right at the bandit's eyes. The brutality of the maneuver resulted in a gruesome spectacle. Though the attack induced some measure of blindness and impaired accuracy, it was a calculated risk that eliminated the bandit from the fight. Despite his tact
  25. Reacting to the slash across his chest, Randal leapt towards the Faultwarren Bandit, hands open reaching to grab the Bandit’s head. His fingers seemed to tighten with superhuman strength, crashing the Bandits skull and forcing the character to disintegrate into pieces. As the fading blue light started to disappear, the other Bandits seemed to roar slightly more ferociously and aggressively approached Randal. Two of them were sporting injuries from Randal’s last attack, and the other was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, they started to approach with my strategy this time, they tried to surr
