  2. "Hey hey hey~" Bistro walked in with a jingle. And NIGHT watched her, pupils shifting between narrowed eyes. The wooden crate in the alchemist's hands was nothing short of full with potions -- it almost looked like a milkman's haul, with the handle and the glass bottles stored in square segments around the partitioning in the center. "You can't be serious." "Only the best for a willing patron," the woman sung, sauntering up to the low table with a pep in her step. NIGHT leaned forward, setting down the novel in her hands. Bistro noted that it wasn't the woman's notebook, this ti
  3. There was something so agitatedly awful about not having her wares on display. Sure, most other players would've seen this time off as a break, but to Bistro it felt as though she had been locked away deep in Tartarus' depths. A fate worse than death, she had said in her communications to NIGHT -- something that the artisan couldn't agree on, even with much persuasion on the alchemist's part of their trade. So she decided to saddle the unwitting player with work of her own. Not out of malice, no. Five bottles of Dragon's Breath were laid across the counter in a spread, and the alchemist g

  6. She was wearing an acrid grin the moment she entered the store. Boxes upon boxes. She'd lose a portion of her earnings, the commission fee for junk-selling, but this retailer's was no different than the standard fare around the castle. What mattered more behind her patronage was the message behind it, a greeting. In the same way he'd paid her wares a visit (and then promptly stole them away from the commonfolk of Aincrad). Splendid. Had the merchant himself not been in the store, her beam was sent to the nearest assistant available, arms folded under her chest. Her fingers tightened
  7. "As a commission, yes." She'd heard the man from the backroom, unable to meet his sights. A few days taken off to wrangle other types of consumables, and already she'd been behind on a select few items of her stock. The resentment wasn't missed, however. Bistro might've chuckled if she'd caught sight of which patron it was. After all, Firm Anima boasted the most amount of resources out of any collective group at the moment. What was with the hostility? Unless they were behind on their developments in one way or another -- but from her aids' reports, nothing of the sort seemed to have
