  1. "I'm crazy for just showing up," Wulfrin sighed in response to The Whisper's comment. "To say I'm stressed is an under statement. I've been going through every monster drop I've collected in my short time climbing the levels in Aincrad and I still have no clue if it would be enough. I almost feel like I've overprepared at this point." Wulfrin's attention turned to the only other player to arrive. Morningstar seemed particularly dower today. Wulfrin knew exactly what was eating away at him though. It was likely the thought of leaving behind that other player Wulfrin had only met briefly at
  2. "Cool," Wulfrin said as he finished taking a drink form his glass and gestured to one of the empty chairs. "Have a seat. Name's Wulfrin and I'll be your tour guide this fine afternoon." With a few simple hand gestures he summoned his menu and began to thumb through his inventory. A few seconds later a beautifully preserved board of assorted meats and cheeses was spread out between the two players. "I'll start off the proper introductions. I'm a frontliner desperately looking for some downtime at the moment since the raid to take on the floor boss of 28 is quite literally around the c
  3. <<Quest Details>> Wulfrin found himself on Floor 1 of Aincrad for yet another small fishing trip. His attire was his standard charcoal black leather armor and frayed coat with it's hood pulled back reveling his short unkept brown hair. At his side, a finely crafted one-handed longsword that shimmered in the mid day sun. His crimson eyes cautiously observed the lower leveled players as they went about their daily tasks. It was a nice departure from his current routine of prepping for the Floor 28 raid and a welcome distraction. "More drink sir?" An NPC attendant asked him.
  4. The smell hit Wulfrin like a truck. The putrid stench that filled his virtual nostrils made his skin crawl. If this was the real world, he was certain he would be nothing but a useless set dressing covered in his own bile. Apparently he was one of the first of his team to arrive. Not just that but he beat most of the other frontliners here. He had been spending most of the early morning checking his gear. Then checking it again. And again. Each time he found something else he was missing, something that he couldn't live without. All of which went against the restrictions placed upon the partie
  5. "I'll probably head up to a few floors to be honest," Wulfrin replied as the duo began to part ways. "I've got a few lingering leads to follow higher up. That and my own shopping to do, but yeah I agree getting a trial run before the raid is probably smart. I'll put a rush on my other tasks. Just say the word and I'll meet back up with you. Come prepared to traverse a forest. The bear is somewhere on Floor 8." Wulfrin gave a gentle wave as he began to walk into the streets of the Town of Beginnings toward its teleport plaza. As walked his shadow seemed to drift away from him taking physic
  6. "Alright Riardon," Wulfrin said as he entered Sleeping Moon. "I've been sending players your way and now I've got some items to drop off myself. They're all yours so do with them as you will. I've also got a little pet project for you if you have the time, but that can only come once you have a decent stock of mythic essence. We'll cross that bridge a bit later down the line. In the mean time, I've got a raid to prep for. See ya 'round" Wulfrin left a pile of items on the table. All far too low tier to be of any use to him, but they would make for great exp farming for Riardon. * *
  7. Wulfrin dashed towards The Phoenix immediately after the order to press the attack was given. A cerulean light engulfed his blade as he charged the flaming chicken. The light effect burst on impact near the bird's eyes disorienting it and making it harder to land its attacks. As Wulfrin landed back on the superheated ground of the arena, he let out a singular sharp whistle. Solaris swooped in and began attacking his much larger cousin's face, adding to the additional effects Wulfrin was so keen on stacking. Sadly though, he couldn't finish the job. Calmly he stepped back and readied for his ne
  8. "As far as I'm aware," Wulfrin said with a chuckle, his appearance having shifting to that of a simple desert nomad. "My choice of lodging is beyond even his reach. You're the appraiser, so I'm going to leave my earnings with you for now. When you're sure they're clean, we can properly divvy everything up." Wulfrin's appearance wasn't nearly as well put together as Freyd's. Aside from the changing of wardrobe to a simple white turban and lightly colored lightweight silks designed to keep a person as cool as possible, the few facial features were nearly identical to his own, save a few min
  9. "Yeah," Wulfrin sighed as they began to approach the Town of Beginnings. "I'm running low on combat consumables. Which is both a problem for now and a problem for the raid. I know I cant use my standard kit for the raid, but I also like to be prepared. Good news is Zandra hooked me up with a raid kit at the meeting, so raid kit is covered. That just leaves the ones for personal use." Kumatetsu wasn't necessarily a hard fight when he had gone through it with Nari. As far as Wulfrin was able to recall he hadn't even taken any consumables for that fight. It was more the dungeon that they tri

  11. "Heard of mancala," Wulfrin affirmed. "Never played it though. This seems simple enough though. Very well two on two it is." Wulfrin felt a wry grin crawl across his face. He moved behind Kali and observed two moves, one from his partner one from his leader's. The game seemed simple enough. In a bold move he selected the cup closest to his and Kali's collection. With one smooth effortless motion each gem in the kuli plinked into it's new home. Their new total was three. Best part is the free crystal that their opponents would have collected was added to, essentially giving Wulfrin's anoth
  12. Their point was made blatantly clear. This was an open challenge from the two Shadows to their Aristocratic patron. It was a feat that as far as Wulfrin was aware, hadn't been done before. That didn't mean it didn't feel absolutely justified. Abdullah seemed to be one of the few NPCs that was capable of some semblance of memory, their little experiment today basically proved that. Abdullah was fuming from up in his precious box seat. Freyd's blade pointed directly at their target. A simple twist and Pandora's Box was unleashed. As the dust settled, so too did Misttalon. That poor griffon had n

  14. Wulfrin had never heard of Diwali before the announcement of the event. With the inability to access external search engines to research, he was left with no choice but wait and figure it out on his own. Supposedly crafters could earn a handful of rewards if they expended their daily crafts, so that's what Wulfrin decided to focus on first. That was until the Trackers Alliance group chat started to pop off. He would respond in quite possibly the most oddly prioritized way possible. Wul: Food? Count me in. Wul: Heard there is an opportunity to show off some crafts too. Wulfrin gathe
