I would think yes about the dream part. 'Never in my wildest dreams...!

But no on the bleed part. 'Im bleedin oouut! Its the last thing that ill doo! Im bleedin oouut, ill bleed out for yoouu. For you.' Although some weapons do bleed damage, the game is not programmed to bleed players. If im wrong, and i hope i am on this one, then Im wrong.

If you're affected by the 'bleed' status effect however it's more likely to be red crystals dropping and dispersing, than actual blood.
