[OP-F1] Dealing with Killers

Things were becoming more and more dangerous on the lower floors. More so as people started to become desperate in these last few weeks. Players with skill had advanced, leaving behind a large population of players that had no interest in completing the game themselves. These were the types of people to avoid. Many of them were thieves and killers, who rather than make a living or contribute properly, would kill and steal to get by.

Nikki had been well enough to out muscle them so far. Usually 2 or 3 would approach her, and after she delivered them a right throttling, they would flee. Today however they had not found her, instead they had found a young man at the city gates. As she approached she could see the blade pressed against the young mans chest. Clearly they were intending to cause him harm. Nikki had to do something about this, If she didn't then she was no better than they were.

She approached the group, cautiously at first."Excuse me... You might want to leave that guy alone." She called out to the would be thieves as she equipped her spear and shield.

Atlus heard a ruckus in floor 1 and quickly found the source. Atlus saw three red players assaulting a younger boy, a women had also showed up, and was telling the muggers to back off. Atlus turned the corner, and stod next to the women. Atlus held up one finger "Mistake number one! You assaulted a younger player." Atlus raised a second finger "Mistake number 2! When this lady told you to stop you diddnt." Atlus shouted. He pointed at the largest one. "People like you are my problem, and now? Im your problem!" Atlus shouted grinning.

The bluenette was walking around the safe zones of Aincrad. She smiled contently as she spinned around childishly every now and then.

When she was walking by, she noticed three really mean players trying to hurt a boy. Then she saw two other good people. They were all angry..

She walked over to the red players and fumed. "YOU KNOW YOU SHOULDN'T ATTACK ON THE SAFE ZONE YOU BULLIES!!!" Haine screamed as she began to mumble a fast line of words nobody but herself could make out.

Nikki had not moved to fight the men yet, she had waited for them to come to her. Or at least she would have but she was quickly joined by another player. He stood firmly beside her, threatening the other 3. It was closer to a fair fight now, the odds just kept getting better. That's when Nikki noticed a younger looking player approach from the side and begin to scold the thieves. That had been a dangerous thing to do, these weren't people interested in listening to a kid, and they weren't interested in playing. She took a quick second to visually confirm that the boy was fine before making her move.

One of the men had raised his weapon either to attempt to kill the younger girl, or just to knock her away. Either way it wasn't going to happen like that as Nikki charged foreword. She had been lucky this time, incredibly so as she managed to get between Haine and the attacking thief. She raised her shield hard deflecting the attack and clipping the man in the chin knocking him down.

Haine wanted to attack those bullies so badly! But she knew that she had to follow safe zone rules and be good. She didn't really like breaking rules.. If she was the one getting attacked, that would be the only reason for her to raise her sword.

Atlus drew his blade, and pointed it at the player with the axe "You look pretty tough!" Atlus pounded his chest with his other hand causing his cape to fly wildly "How about you fight me instead! Trust me itll be alot more fun!" Atlus shouted. ((Ill just let Odonata control the PKers))

Nikki watched the boy fight back against the leader of the bandits. "Good boy..." she thought with a smile as she stood up again this time standing close to Haine to keep the men from going near her again. "I am a ranked member of the Ebon Vanguard... And we will not hesitate to kill PK'ers who act with Malice and disregard human life..." She announced loudly to the men. Nikki was not sure if her guild name meant anything to them, and if it didn't now, it might later. At the very least word would get out that the Vanguard was no one to mess with. "Ill give you one more chance to stand down, and leave..." She threatened as she raised her spear pointing it at the nearest bandit.

The men retreated, leaving the boy intact, mostly. Nikki continued to stare after them, clutching her spear tightly. She hated those kind of players, the ones who would rather prey on the weak than actually develop any kind of skill. They were scum. A few moments later she looked down at the boy who had introduced himself. "I'm Nikki" She said with a smile as she passed her spear to her shield hand, extending the now free hand to the boy. "are you here alone?"
