[F5-PP]Searching with Zandra (Zandra)

They had been here searching for a while, but nothing was found, either because it was too hidden or because they hadn't been looking for long enough. Macradon wouldn't mind, he would keep on looking. Though the desert was silent and calm, mobs could spawn any time, destroying this harmony of the desert. And that happened. 4 sand barracudas erupted from the sand, swimming around Macradon like they were preying on him. He had encountered sand barracudas before, the first time he was going for the Sand Shark he was assaulted by 2 packs of barracudas, trying to get him down on his way towards the shark, though this time he was prepared. The 4 barracudas came streaming towards him, Macradon would use his <Charge> to go forth and use his <Fight Blade> sword art to make a quick job at the barracudas. "That was easy" he said disappointed. They were stronger the last time he fought them, but that was aprox 6-8 levels ago, so much had happened.

Zandra daw Macradon take care of another group of mobs. He even said it was easy."Yeah, these lower floors are pretty good to farm for materials, Col and snowflakes." She felt the damage potion she drank before started to gade out. What? Did I do something wrong with this one? She shrugged her shoulders and picked up another one and consumed it by letting the liquid flow down thru her throat."Hey Mac, Im pretty tired of the desert, what about head up to floor six and search for a dungeon there?" She suggestted, should be nice to kill other stuffs then beetles or arctic creatures for awhile.

Macradon thought about it, 6th was better than 5th, stronger mobs, a bit more of a challenge. "Sure, 6th floor sounds nice" he said and turned towards the central town of the 5th floor. He would walk towards the town and go to the warp plaza to get up to the 6th floor. From the hot and sandy 5th floor to the moist and dense jungle of the 6th floor. More mobs were to be dangerous here, he remembered once nearly dying on this floor. "Here we are, 6th floor's jungle" he said as he stood out there in the jungle. "Wait, it wasn't here I nearly died ... no revenge today ..." he thought.

Zandta felt a relief when Mac agreed that they would head up to six. She have been on five for she didnt knew how many times by now. Good with some varaiety. Aboult half an hour they exited the warp gate at six. They just stood on the border to the safe zone, both quiet. Then they headed into the djungel.

A few minutes walk and she herd a sound to her left. Could it a mob. She headed to the source and saw a huge snake."Snake? Havent met that before." She charged up her cross judgement and rushed towards the reptile. She activayed the attack and made a red cross on the snake. Moment later she saw something just a few centimeters from her eye, it was the snake. But luckily it missed and only bite air.

[Macradon 0]

It was a jungle after all and in the are some wild primates ... Wild apes appeared and they charged right towards Macradon. The pack came running with fierce power and went as berserk as they could. "Wild apes appeard, Macradon used Fight Blade!" he roared out for fun. He would use his <Charge> skill to get towards them, a <Fight Blade> would come afterwards and cleave down the apes. "It was super effective!" he said with a smile on his lips. He would kill the apes with his ferocious attacks, getting the snowflakes and mats as he wanted. Macradon would look around, there wasn't any mobs in sight, apart from the one Zandra was battling. They were probably too intimidated by what Macradon was capable off, what he just showcased on their pals. Macradon was lucky, though, he did a powerful crit at the apes, and his energy gauge was at 0, so if any mobs were to engage, Macradon wouldn't have enough energy to fight on that well.

Zandra took a few steps back and stared into the snakes small red eyes. Mac had already kill four mobs on five. And because of the sound she guessed he now had doubled it to eight. But she couldnt focus on that right now, after all she was facing an enemy herself. But like Mac, she couldnt one hit them. But neither the less she charged up her crosd judgment and rushed at the snake. She activated her the art and two red swungs at the snake. The red cross on its chest reduced its health to zero and she got a single material and a single snowflake. She wasnt disapointed she didnt got Col or bonus materials, it wasnt because of that she was here in the first place. A few seconds later she saw Mac joining her again.

Macradon walked towards Zandra, approaching her once again. "This jungle is full of ... normal mobs? It seems like they aren't as creative with like the lower floors with ice elementals and sand sharks, this is just what a jungle actually would have" he said. This jungle really was different. 6th floor, above the floor with the minotaur, the ice golem and the sand shark. If Macradon didn't know he was on the hunting grounds of a floor, he would believe that this was just a normal jungle.

Macradon mentioned that all mobs here this far seemed to be normal animals, like those existing back in the real world.''Well, maybe they wanted to make one floor that made you relax by seeing only normal animals and then BANG!'' she said the last word louder, almost shouted.''A fantasy creature appears and attacks and kills you.'' that was very, very unlikely. But sometimes she thougth it was fun to made unlikely senarios. Just when she was gonna continue deeper in the jungle ahe looked into a pair of small red eyes. The eyes seemed to belong to a boar. Like Pumba from the disney movie 'the lion king'. Anyway Zandra charged up her cross judgmeent, movie star or not, she had a snowflake to gether. She rushed towards the pig and released her sword art, it made a red reliogious cross on its body and dealt more then half its health. Before it could counter attack, Zandra had jumped out of the way.

Macradon would think about it, it wasn't like games weren't trying to confuse the players with a false kind of safety. The game could easily just be hiding some big fantasy-ish monsters somewhere in the midst of the normal ones, who knew. Macradon would sit down and lean himself up against one of the big trees in the jungle. He would just sit there and relax for the moment, somewhat blending in with the scenery with his black and green robes. He would still look out for any hostile actions in his vicinity so he could get away before anything was to happen.

Zandra looked itnto the brownish boar. Even when they was the same species, they didnt looked like their cousins on floor one. But enough of those thougths, time to some pork. She charged up a slightly lower sword art thos time, to save her energy. When she felt it was ready, she rushed at the enemy. Half way to the boar, she activated her consentration skill to be sure of a succesful hit. And when she had swung her whip disgonal five times it reached zero health. She got rewarded with some Col and an extra material."There, one more snowflake. Its kinda funny. We are putting the same amount of work but you already have fourtimes number of snowflales compared to me right?" She said and looked at Mac.

Macradon chuckled. It was quite funny how someone like Zandra got some snowflakes and then there's people like Macradon who are capable of power farming multiple enemies in one go. "Well, it's more because of my big sword and its sheer length. Something like this has a lot of AOE capabilities here in the game" Macradon said and pointed at his big greatsword that was strapped on his back. "But when you say it in that way it actually is a bit funny" he said. He would stand up again and just do a quick shake through his body to get him ready for another fight. He would take his sword and tuck it down into the soil of the jungle. He stared into the dense jungle and roared out like a monkey. He banged his chest with his fists, showing his dominance off in the jungle as the true silverback, like a bun towards his hair. True to his beliefs a group of males, all with silverbacks, approached him with angry faces and hostility.

Zandra couldnt stop it. When Mac first shaked his body, for beeing prepared for another fight, then he acted like he was a gorilla. Zandra putted both of her hands infront of her mouth."Pfftf..." then she couldnt hold it back, she laughed so she even got tears in her eyes and she felt her abs almost hurt."Sorry Mac. Its just that it looked so funny. Im sorry." But she quickly had to get herself together since Macs action had called a horde of silverbacks appeared. This time they must cooperate. Since she could only go for single targers, she choosed one that was a little bigger then the rest."I go for that one to the right with a scar across his eye." She said to Mac while charginging up cross judgement. She looked into the small red eyes and activated the sword art. Her whip made a religious cross that reduced his health, but herself she was out of range of the monkeys counterattack.

Macradon smirked, it was funny and stupid, but it worked. All he did were the gorilla's way of asserting dominance and Macradon taunted them so they had to approach. Zandra would grab what seemed like the Alpha male to the side and would leave 4 other big male silverbacks at him. Macradon would rush forward, noticing that their HP was just like the wild apes. They weren't wild apes, thought, they were silverbacks, trying to get back their territory and get all competition away from the alpha. Macradon would ignore the fact of their instinctive behavior and would just charge in. His critical attack in addition to his charge made the attack much easier. He cleaved through the silverbacks like they were hot butter. The primates would shatter into crystals, leaving only their loot. Macradon would cheer when he saw that the apes had left more mats than usual. He would then go towards the one Zandra was fighting.

Zandra and the biggest of the apes was circling around each other, waiting for the other to make the first move so they could counter it. Zandra steadily charged up her cross judgement staring into those irritating tiny red eyes of his. Then she hlanced over at Mac. It seemed he handled the rest of the pack with ease. The gorilla took a step forward. Zandra took the opportunity and jumped forth, activating the sword art and killing the enemy. The reward screen gave her some Col, a material and a snowflake.

Zandra didn't need help at all, she could handle the big one without any help, that was great. Zandra was strong, no doubt, though her role of the game just doesn't go for the optimal damage, but has so much more going on that just that. Damage is a little thing in the game. If you have all damage and no defense, you're gonna go down quite fast. If you have all tank but no damage, everything is going to take a while if the enemy hasn't used anything to wither one's health. Going all healing only results in one being quite useless for oneself, not having damage nor anything that would keep damage away would just be plain stupid, not because healing is bad, but because you can't heal yourself. "Great job, Zandra!" he would say.

Zandra breathed heavily while seeing the pixels of her defeated enemy slowly fade away. Now she was totaly exhausted. She looked at her energy and there was only one single point left. She fell down on her knees, tried to brush out some hair that was almost glued to her face from the sweat that dripped down. She looked at Mac while her chest followed the rythm of her deep breaths. If she had used her old armour she would probably die, because of the heat. Then Macradon complimented her for taking down one of the mobs."Thanks, you didnt do that bad either."she said with a friendly smile.

He sat down again, leaning up a tree again. He would take a deep breathe and then breathe out again. He would relax his body and get the tension off his body. "Even though it's just a slight grind, I'm still pushing myself to the limit with the amount of mobs I take down all the time" he said with an exhausted voice. He would smile. His body was flowing with adrenaline, even though it was all virtual, it was still like the real deal. He would slowly begin to relax, taking deep breathes calming his body back to a resting state instead of the pumped battle state.

Zandra looked at Macradon that seemed to be in need of a rest as well. The two player was panting, almost in rythm. Thou slowly it went back to your normal breathing. It didnt took long until they both had rested and was prepared for fight again. Thou not just yet. Zandra looked around, at the moment beeing on her guard si they wouldnt be attacked offguard.''Yeah, and I only taking them one at a time, but by some reason it makes me exhausted as well. You have taken like four more then me. And everything because of that whip has such a crazy weak AOE compared greatsword.'' she said and was preparing herself for combat.

Macradon agreed. The Two-Handed sword did have superior AOE and some decent single target, the whip wasn't bad at all. The whip had more single target variety and the great sword had a few AOE strikes that were strong and a few single target that were strong. Macradon kept staying down and relax, slowly regenerating his Energy. If there were anything that would buff his energy, over it or something else than that that would increase ones energy regeneration, that would be best. It was getting uncomfortable with this metal cuirass on his waist so he would unequip it and use just rely on his robes.

Zandra felt her energy now was back to full and she would be ready to continue the fighting to get more Col, materials and most important snowflakes. But on second thougth, they was there to find a dungeon as well. She have already found one dungeon so she maybe would give Macradon the opportunity this time.''Hey Mac, I have already found a dungeon before, but that was on five so Im a little sand-blind. Maybe you could test your luck here?'' she said, hoped that it would went good and they could enter a dungeon.
