It had been some time since Alec had put in any time in his mentor Macradon’s shop the Blazing Typhoon and the heavily muscled man was feeling very guilty about that so finding himself with nothing to do for the day the large man found himself on the First Floor in the Town of Beginnings and quietly let himself into the blacksmiths shop hoping to draw as little attention as possible, though it was had for a person of his size and stature to avoid notice. As Alec let himself into the shop he saw a leaflet lying on the bench about an event happening in Aincrad and noticed that a part had been highlighted, most likely by his mentor Macradon. Something about needing Rail Tracks so Alec pulled out a batch of Materials and set to work. Was Aincrad building a railroad the large man thought to himself as he began working the Materials into functional sections of tracking. That would be pretty handy and really help out transportation, but what floor would the railroad be built? The First most likely to help out the newer and low level Players. After a hard day spent pounding metal in sections of track Alec looked at his finished products he had managed to craft 6 sections of track long steel beams, he had managed to not waste a single Material on a failed attempt and overall the large man was very pleased with his progress. He remembered a time not long ago when he had wasted far more Materials than he had managed to create items with. With a satisfied smile and a nod Alec let himself out of the shop as quietly as he had arrived. Maybe he’d be able to set some more time aside tomorrow and try crafting some more. He liked to feel useful and a hard days work was much more rewarding than one spent lounging around all day he told himself as he departed the shop and made his way through the First Floor.

She’d snoozed her alarm clock for five minutes… then ten minutes… then fifteen… and now she was late!

Tying her hair back into the usual ponytail, the not-quite-awake player scrambled past afternoon crowds en route to Floor 1’s most prominent forge. She was too fixated on the clock in her HUD – half an hour past her supposed meeting with Mishiro, then a minute past half an hour… – to fret over the blacksmith’s status; the words came spilling out of her mouth as soon as she saw the frontline. “Hi, ‘afternoon! My order!”

He was a grandmaster at his craft. An didn’t bother to check her new shield’s attributes. She nearly slammed a pouch of col down on his counter. “Running late to a dungeon,” she finally had the presence of mind to explain as she wrapped an arm around the new item, “Thanks so much!”

And the girl dressed in the Santa cloak was gone as quickly as she came.

Claiming [Blood Fort].

2,400 col -- sent to [Macradon].

"I really need to work on my energy. Shopping has always been a pain but I guess in game it is not as tedious." Valentine spoke to his charming little cobra familiar. As it wrapped around his neck like a cute little scarf. This was the last shop that he came to for the day. It was another recommendation so Valentine did not feel bad about shopping around. He just wanted to finish shopping as he had a quest he was running late for. He would have already been on his way if the place was easier to find.

Valentine perused the various items in the shop. One caught his attention but was not exactly what he was looking for. A forged weapon would work better for him anyway. Being weaponless in the game for so lone was a pain. He scribbled out the request form. He made a note to have the item shipped to him. It was a precaution incase he could not come back anytime soon.

The boss raid was soon to come, the raid meeting concluded not too long ago, and they really had to get it going, they couldn’t waste time, but they shouldn’t rush things either, it could be dangerous, deadly. The knight sighed after doing a general cleaning in his forge, and as he came up into his shop again, he noticed the form and note placed on his desk “Alrighty then,” he mumbled and went back down to his forge and began working on the craft request he had been placed. As he began working, it didn’t take long before the khopesh was finished, he had been using one for a while himself, so it wasn’t that unfamiliar to try and make. As instructed, Macradon would have the weapon sent out for delivery.

A jingle of a bell as she breaches the threshold, the smell of sulfur, and the rhythmic beating of metal on metal assail her senses. Weapons, the good shit. Looking to the displays nothing suited her skillset in quite the way she had hoped, her gaze happens upon the stack of request forums. "Guess it would have been too easy." She quips biting her lip as she murdered her own dream of just grabbing something off the wall. Scratching to the sheet with her left, a black ink littering it with her desire. "This better not take forever." Celeste mutters beneath her breath, leaving the shop and making a mental note to return back in a day or two.

Coming back to the ring of the very same bell, the timing could not be better. Before her rounds were complete a master smith had cobbled together the piece. She left only modifiers but what she returns to is a damn guillotine. "At least someone is capable, time to get this show on the road." She exclaims dropping the required second half of the payment upon the counter, leaving Macradon to his devices. She was a bit eager to start using it, spinning it in her hands and watching the heads twirl. A lift stores it in her digital box and with it a smile.

Walking into the familiar shop that he normally get’s his weapons done. This time though he decided to come in and get some armor made from the man himself.

“Hey Mac. I have an order for you today.”

Placing the form on the table as well as the materials for the payment. “I hope this isn’t asking for to much from you.”

He understands that Mac is pretty popular and seems to be busy all the time making other’s orders but with the new update messing up his last armor he’s having to get another created and this time he decided to try something new.
