[SP-F4] Ice-elementals will fall in masses, again

Zandra had decided to go out on another farming day. She wanted to get even more Col to her wallet, she already had quite a bit. But you could always use more. She hoped there would be an active merchant that reach rank five soon. Then she could place a huge order of materials that she always are in need of. Bot tooday it was another currency that was in focus. Also she wanted to try out her new whip sword arts since she just recently had became an master at it. But before she headed out, she took one of her perfect quality potions to increase her damage by quite a bit.

Zandra left her house and headed out into the wilderness of floor four again. She didnt knew how many hours she had spent here by now. At least three digits amount. So it didnt took her long to find her first enemy. It wasnt something new, just an irritating ice-elemental. She shrugged her shoulders and prepared her new master sword art she had learned. And the creature infront of her exploded into pixels. Rewarding Zandra with one material and one snowflake.

Not long time after the last of the white shining pixels have faded out, there came anothet ice elemental running towards her. She looked into its tiny red eyes and smirked."Time for another one ey?" She said while charging up her new sword art. Then she rushed towards it and in the middle of the run she activated it. The red stripes that she dealt to the creature drained it health quickly down to zero and it exploded. Another bunch of rewards got down in her pocket and she smiled.

Zandra had decided to go back to the lake where she was last time. That time she had been up against fourty of them. Back then her AOE worked on them, but now she had to much health, the ice-elemental needed to be so strong to make it effective with her AOE, she wouldnt even get pass their mitigtion. Another one of the ice-elementals appeared infront of her. So she charged up her new aerial spin sword art. When it was ready, she made to backflips, striking the mob vertical after each, reducing it health to zero. It exploded and she got another material and another snowflake.

Zandra accepted the reward screen. Her material went doen in the supply bag, the snowflake down into her temporary inventory and the Col straigth to her wallet. She was pretty proud of herself, by now she had more then fifty thousands Col, half way to a hundred. Not that there was something special she saved to, she just would like to have a hundred Col. Then another ice-elemental appeared. She made another pair of backflips, her chainwhip reduced its health down to zero, this time she got some extra Col as well.

She felt kinda pathetic now. She had only energy emough to take down four enemies, then she had to take a rest to refill her health. But how about later, when her attacks gonna take twice as much energy from her then the ones she is doing now. Of course that attack gonna be much stronger as well, thats when it struck her, next rank would make her grandmaster at the whip. The first whip grandmaster inAincrad. So she would not only be the first first aid grandmaster, but whip grandmaster as well.

She maybe wasnt that good at farming these snowflakes, but she didnt gave up just becuse of that, even if she wouldnt contribute that much, she would still try her best. But now she had to recover her energy some more. During the time she better look for some useflu materials, since she dosent have anything better to do. She walked towards a crystal node that looked promising. She equiped her pickaxe to try her luck. She worked on it for a minute or two and got one crystal clear crystal to use in crafting.

She got encouraged by succeding to mine the node, so she tried to tst her luck on the next one she spotted as well. She looked around and saw a cave. Just at the entrance there was a pretty nice node that she thougth would be possible to get one nice piece of crystal from. She walked towards it with her pickaxe and started mining. Chop after chop fell down on the hard surface of the crystal node, but it seemed it was to hard for her pickaxe. After five minutes she havent even made a scratch so she gave up. But her energy was refilled so time to kill elementals.

She headed deepper into the cave, hopefully to encounter any enemies that would give her some mmore materials and snowflakes, she just wished she could engage larger groups with an AOE. But since her AOE was so weak there wasnt woth it. Just after a hundred meters she spotted the first elemental. She charged up her strongest sword art and rushed forward, ready to shatter it to pieces. Her whip succesfully did that, the huge red cross reduced it health from full to null in just one single sword art.

She accepted the guaranteed material piece as well as one more snowflake. Her real mission with this expedition was to get alot of snowflakes. She would never be able to catch up to Mac or that Brax dude. The Brax dude seemed crazy, but he was on the other team, and Mac on her team so she did everything she could to help him. Just when she thougth that another ice elemental appeared. Zandra looked at it once before charging in and slayed it with jet another big red religious cross.

The ice-elemental she just slayed was slowly ffading out into empty nothingness. So she continued deeper into the cave, ready to defeat anything that dared to stand in her way. She had her trusty whip in a tight grip. This wasnt a vaccation so it shouldnt be fun, she was working, working to make the nice team the winning in the snowflake competition. After another fifty meters or so, her next opponent was there, ready to be turned into material and asnowflake. She charged up her cross judgement and slayed her seventh elemental for the day,

So now she was up in a total of seven snoeflakes. For a single target expeditioner, that was pretty good. After all, the only ones better then her was Macradon and that Brax guy. She havent met him, but still she had some strange feeling, like she didnt liked him. Maybe that would change when they, or if they meet. The ice cave that have been on a very plain level, now started to go downwards. When she turned a croner she got interrupted by an ice-elemental. But now she was used to it, she charged up her sword art, and then charged in for a killing blow, and it came a few moments later.

Zandra followed the cave as itled deeper and deeper into the mountain. She was starting to get exited. This was almost like a dungeon. She was on, what do you call it? A killing spree, but then she remebred that she wouldnt be able to go on for an eternity, sooner or later she would run out of energy. And the ice-elemental that stood infront of her now was the last one before she was gonna need to rest some more. She charged up her sword art and rushed forth, releasing it in exactly the right time,making a red relgious cross on its chest, reducing the health to zero and get another precious snowflake.

There, now Zandra was completly exhausted and had to sit down for a quick rest before she would be able to move on. She saw a stone nearby and wlaked to it and sat down. She started to think thru the happenings of the day and the different elmentals she ahd been engaging. There was almost ten of them, but they was almost everyone built in the same way. There was just few minor details that made them different, like one having an extra ice-spkie at the back then the other, one had longer head and such things.

But there was other creatures on floor four then just ice-elemetnals. Those that she had engaged was several arctic wolfs. A long time ago she also fountg different kind of cat-animals, but arctic ones. But something that surprised her the most, was the arctic monkeys. That was very inlikely to be seen. But she guessed that specie could also survive here if humans, monkeys without fur, could live here. But this was just a game, so anything could live anywhere in the world she thougth to herslef,

Zandra saw her energy now starting to refill more quickly then before. It seemed like they recovered one energy per round in combat and a short while after any combat. But then it starts to increase in regeneration and strikes full in the same amount of time as it would regenerate one in normal cases. She shrugged her shoulders, well, otherwise the game would be pretty boring, that you need to wait for ages to let your energy refill, specially when you get to higher level and ahs a ton of energy that needs to be refilled.

Now her energy was back to full and she was ready to fight some ice-elementals again. When she looked around she saw she had exited the cave, she had to stop for awhile to let her eyes get used to the stronger light that was outside compared to inside the cave. Even if it was cloudy, the sun was there, behind the clouds. When she could see good again she saw another of those ice-elementals standing right infront of her. She charged up her sword art and reduced its health to sero with one single religious cross.

Zandra closed the reward screen that poped up after the last pixels had faded out into nothingness. She had been so used to it so she would probably be able to do it in her sleep. But there was no time for sleeping now, now she would kill ice-elementals. And she was lucky, a few moments later the one she had just killed respawned. A big smile spread on Zandras face and she slayed that elemntal as well, feeling pretty good to get yet another snowflake and another material. But her energy was dropping quickly.

So after killing only two ice-elementals, her health was down at almost half. She would be able to take down two more, but then she would call it a day and head home. she would have about a dozen snowflakes, and even if it wasnt much, it was always something. She would be on third place in the league. Then she saw it, one more ice-elemental that would fall infront of her rage. She daarted forward, and when she was right infront of it, she made the red cross on its chest that she had done so many times by now. Another reward screen was crossed down as well.

There, now she was almost out of energy, she would still be able to take down one more elemetal. But then she had to rest, and she decided to call it a day after that, so she started to walk back home, hopefully she would engage any on the way back home. First it seemed like she had already taken down all that existed. But when she just had a couple of hundred meters left to her shop, she saw one of the snowy creatures. She charged up her cross judgement and rushed towards it, activating the sword art and reducing the health of the mob to zero. She look at the reward screen, there was her last snowflake, for today at least. She walked the last bit to her home and entered the shop to sit infront of the fireplace and sip on a cup of hot choclate.
