Word from the Information Brokers speaks of a hidden respawning Field Boss on Floor 2. A small party reported having farmed the <<Wind Wasps>> found throughout the fields awakened a hidden Field Boss. This monster, identified as <<Wind Wasp Queen>>, proved to be a dangerous opponent for the relatively low levelled party, and dropped a powerful Alchemical Potion.

Requirements:

-At least two [2] Pages (21 or more posts)

-Maximum Party Size of 3

-The Wasp Queen must be defeated 

-Repeat completions will only yield <<The Matriarch's Stinger>>

Wasp Queen Information

<The Wasp Queen> is a respawning Field Boss and has the following statistics:

HP: 50
Damage per Attack: 12

Rewards:

1. <<The Matriarch's Stinger>> This incredibly potent venom can be applied to a weapon to provide an additional +1 damage for the duration of one battle.
2. 3 Skill Points

Parties or Groups of low level players are advised.
Recommended Level: 8

Anise was sitting in her cave, waiting for any customers to show up. After Macradons visit, there have been pretty calm. But on the other hand it had only been open for a day or two. She cant expect to have customers standing in que before getting a reputation. She also needed to make some commersial. But doing that as a level four wouldnt be very respect given. So she contacted Zandra so they could go on another quest together. This time some with a little more skill point reward to boost her level up, to get closer to twentyfive so she could join up in that event.

Zandra was done with her daily work and was ready for her new friend Anise to contact her. At the end of the last adventure, secret medicine of the forest, they decided to go on another quest in a near future. She havent done much more then sitting down in her armchair and taken a sip of the hot choclate she had drinked so many time, but still she havent got tired of it yet. Then she got interrupted by a notice that she got mail. She opened the mail and read it. It was from Anise and she was ready for the next quest. Zandra quickly took her stuffs and went to the warp plaza to teleport down to floor two.

Anise sat on a bench and inspected her beginner sword, that wasnt much more then a long flat metalstick that sharp on the edges and a uncomfortable wooden handle, when she herd the sound from the warp gate which meant someone have arrive. Anise looked up and saw it wad her blackhaired new friend."Oh hi Zandra!" She shouted to get her attention. She raised and waved her hand to make sute she didnt miss her. When her long haired froend get closer Anise met with a friendly smile on her lips.

When she exited the warp gate, it didnt took long until she herd a familiar voice shouting to her. She turned around and saw her new red-haired friend sitting on a bench. She saw she had got herself some new equipment.''Oh, that was quick Anise. I guess your more prepared to go for some questing now since last time. This time you wont have to stay back and look.'' she said with a kind smile on her lips. She remebered herself how she felt when she first started fighting in Aincrad. Thou the stats was different back then, but she had survived this far.

''Yepp, I got it from Macradon, just as you suggested. I also ordered two items for my shop, a microscope and some better quality tools. Im realy looking forward to try it out when he is done.'' then Zandra said that this time she would just be an watcher, today she would fight as well.''Of course, Im all set when you are ready to go.'' she took her new two handed straigth sword, held it with one hand on the handle and the blade on her shoulder.''Well, since you have already done the quest, I let you go first.'' she asid to Zandra with a smile.

"Yeaj, he is realy a great böacksmith. He is also a loyal companion. I have done several quests with him and we have grown a deep relationship between each other. Could class him as one of my best friends actually."she looked out in the air, thinking about the quests they have done together, the wind blowing in het long black hair. Anise wanted Zandra to rak the lead. She nooded at the red-head."Very well, Im ready now so lets move out." With Zandra first, the two girls walked towards the forest.

So the crimson eye woman infront of her now was ready too, time to move out. The two females headed towards the forest, not saying a word to each others during the whole trip to the border of the forest. The only sound they herd was winds friction on the grassstraws. Anise closed her eyes and take in the feel of the cold smooth breeze. She almost wanted to take a break and just breath in the wonderful air. She could never have imagined that something could be this wonderful in this death game they have been stuck in.

Zandra walked side by side with the shorter red-eyed girl. The breeze was wonderful. She looked down and saw that the shorter girl seemed to enjoy the wind just as much as sje did. She was gonna suggest for them to take a break just for the pair of them to enjoy th weather. But they had a mission to do and they better be done with it as soon as possible. Then when Anise was higher leveled they could stop and spend time on such trivial things. They reached the border of the forest. There they stopped for a few seconds before moving forward, to the deep in the forest where the queen was living.

Anise looked deep into the forest where the queen was lurking somewhere. It was getting more exiting the closet they get to the fight. She have only fought two fights by now  both was close to be her last. But with the new gear it shouldnt be as dangerous. She looked down at her weapon. It did increased her damage quite alot. She couldnt wait to try it out. They continued their walk. Anise wondered what the mob looked like. She only knew that it wad called the queen. Maybe it was some kind of insect. Well, she would probably not have to wait long to find out.

Finally the two girls came to the spawning area of the queen. They herd the boss before they saw it.''Do you hear that Anise? That is the sound of agiant wasp. And that wasp is the queen that we are here to take down. Are you ready?'' Zandra made sure her dark angel armour was in place, with it the wasp could hammer on her for a long long time before Zandra had to recover,and then she could just pop her field medic skill and stand there for twenty more strikes. Just prepare your weapon and we will engage it when your ready.''

After some time Anise could hear some buzzing sound up ahead. She thougth it came from the bos, probably there isnt many other thing nearby that can make such a sound and so loud unless it was some kind of big flying insect. A few seconds later she got it confirmed from Zandra. It was the boss they was here to engage that made that buzzing sound. Anise took a firmer grip on her two handed sword, with both hands this time. She took a deep breath.''Now Im as ready as I will ever be before fighting something I havent seen before.''

This shouldnt be any problem, so Zandra didnt stopped nor hesitated before rushing towards the boss. A smirk on her lips was a proof that she had no fear. She had killed groups of this hard, or even harder, mobs before. But that had been with worse gear and lower level. Thou she remebered she had to leave some left for Anise to take so she couldnt use her strongest sword art this time. Instead she went for cross punoshment. She made two diagonal swungs forming a red cross on the wasps body, reducing its health by quite alot. But she got to selfconfident, the wasp answered with a ferious attack, thou it didnt passed by her armours mitigation, except one single health point.

Anise saw the heavy armoured woman attack ahead of her, probably to get th mob consentrated on her to leave Anise out of danger. Anise was glad for that, one day she would pay back for all help Zandra have given her. When she saw the boss she almost got stunned by what she saw. There was a wasp as tall as a human. She looked at it with big eyes. A few moments later she got together and returned to reality. She had a task to do. Now that she had leveled up, she could do a stronger sword art and she wasnt to try it out. She bent her knees, focused on the insect before charging forward, closing the gap with one single thrust and slashed the bug. She saw the health drop down to zero and it exploded into crystals.

Zandra felt something darting pass her and all she saw was a blurr of red hair. The person, that she knew was attacked the wasp with her great two handed sword. It didnt had much helaht left, but after the attack that health was zero. She saw the crystals shatter all around the spawning area.''Good job there Anise. That looked pretty coll I'd admit. You probably gonna become a great ewarrior.'' she said and gave the short girl a thumb up. If they trained hard enough, maybe she would be able to join the win the war event she had announched.

When the last crystals have disapeared into nothingness, Zandra complimented her for beeing a great swordsman. Hopefully she would become strong enough to pay her back some day. She didnt play as a support. But what Anise could tell she had several skills invested in damage as well. And her amrour gve her enough damage mitigation to be able to work as a tank. She smiled at the red eyed female she had started to learn more and more. She was sure they would have many great adventures in the future together.

''So, now that that threat is gone, I guess we can get back to town. We have been doing a good days work. Well, we havent done anything, aalmost. But lets get back to town anyway.'' the two started to walk back towards Urbus to then warp up two seven where Anise had her shop, the black market. It would be pretty nicce to rest in a warm place for achange compared to her alchemist shop on the snowy floor four. But she had learned to live with the cold and could stand it much better then anyone that havent done the survival quest.

Anise followed the black haired younger woman while she headed back to Town. They had decided to go back to her, Anises shop instead of Zandras. It seemed like Zandras was on the fourth floor, where it Always was snowing and was Cold. Anise took a sigh of relief when she told her that. She had never been a big fan of Cold weather. The best thing with the Winter holdifays when going to the Mountains to do some skiing, was the after-ski. Thou she have rarely been on such a trip since it turned out she sucked at it and Always felled.

Together, the red haired and the black haired girl walked into the warp gate. Then after a few seconds, the pair walked out of it together five floors higher up. She was so glad she didnt was a player killer. Since the player killers cant enteres safe zones. The warp gates are all in safe zones so otherwise she would have to travel the long way by foot. She cant imagine how long time that would take. Would be an adventure to just get before a couple of floors. But she wasnt a pk:er so its fine.

The two Girls was Walking from the warp gate in the safe zone to the outer parts of the Town. When they was at the border, they only had to go a Little bit further to reach her shop. She wanted to be availanle to plaayer killers, but she still wanted to be as Close to the safe zone as possible, just in case. Her shop wasnt much more then a Cave. About two-three meters tall. At the entrance about two by two meter opening. Inside it opened up in one larhe room ten by ten meter. She had everrything in the same room. Only large sheets seperated it into something at least a Little similar to rooms.

Zandra followed the short girl into the cave. This was completly different to her shop. Zandras pharmacy had a cosy, family feeling. With a fire always burning at the fireplace, comfortable armchairs and awlways a pot of hot choclate ready. Here everything was made of either stone or hard wood. On one side hand large scheets of a black heavy fabric. It realy did gave the feeling of a black market. There was impossible to get what kind of activity or crafting was going on here.
