PP-F5: Strike Team Assemble

Ethereal nods as Mack briefs them all on the situation and battle plan. Swiping his hand down quickly, he taps several points on his interface and on each press a new piece of armor would appear on his person. His wrists would be covered by spiked vambraces of red and gold, on his back would appear the red and white cloak of the Crimson Blades and finally in his right hand forms a huge slab of a greatsword crafted from a dragon's tail. Stepping back a few times from the fighting, he awaits the order to jump upon the enemy in glorious combat.

Alike the the ones who already engaged onto the big Wurm King, Macradon would so as well. With his big greatsword, Crusader MKII, Macradon would charge into the battle with his strongest single target sword art, Calamitous Tragedy. 4 extremely fast and strong swipes would cleave through the big wurm like knife through butter. With little hesitation, Macradon would remain on the frontline, as it seemed like he had encouraged more hate than the others, it would most likely be him that would be targeted by the next attack, though he would not mind, as his armor was more than enough to take on the wurm.

The hunter followed them into the desert which felt different than times before.  Something was disturbing the sands, which was already a key indicator for something in the sands.  With a sudden surge, the sands burst to show the unsightly creature.  As the party took their actions as told by Mack, the hunter awaited his turn into the fray.  After Macradon was done, the hunter's sword art seemed to be on key, but he was only holding it the entire time.  Shooting forward, he thrusted the sword into the Wurm King five times before making three quick slashes to the first, third, and fifth stab wound.  Afterwards, he would kick back several times to stay far from the creature's range.

Watching as his comrades lunged in and assaulted the giant worm, Lawfer smiled. It was his chance to strike and hopefully bring the battle to an end.As the spearman gripped the pommel of his Lawbreaker, he slung it over his shoulder. The Wurm king was stunned and would likely be susceptible to any kind of damage the spearman could dish out. Sprinting towards it, his halberd began to glow crimson. With three sweeping slashes, he lunged the tip of his spear forward into the belly of the beast. Watching its HP sink, the spearman shook his head, realizing that he didn't finish the monster. As he leapt backwards to open the monster up to a switch from Ethereal. "Eth! Finish it!"

Mack watched as the fight continued. On the whole, his team didn't seem to be having too many problems with addressing the threat offered by the Wurm King. Suddenly, most inexplicably, Ethereal froze in the midst of combat. Mack chalked it up to the other warrior simply being unable to see the Wurm King through the swirling grains of sand, rather than attributing it to something like cowardice. Moving quickly and bringing Invictus into a position to launch an attach, Mack stepped in front of Ethereal and delivered a punishing series of axe blows to the enormous monster at the end of which, the creature dissolved in a shower of pixels.
