Flints 0 Posted March 12, 2016 #1 Share Posted March 12, 2016 Flints paced uneasily back and forth in the town that was nestled neatly in a blanket of snow and pines; hidden away from the hustle and bustle of floor clearing. Not to be fooled by the beautiful sight, it had a looming shadow of the floor above it to bring players back to reality. Flins and woke up early just for this. The guild she was a part of had become distant; the players in it had vanished or had bigger issues to deal with so to help out Kita suggested that Emerath forwarded all of the work to her, which included dealing with new recruits. Flints' brow furrowed. Was she supposed to be full of pep? Trying to convince someone to join in something that her herself had been too caught up in life to progress in. Regardless of the approach her eyes scanned the message repeatedly, checking to see if it changed or disappeared into thin air. "This is going to be hard to deal with..." She gulped as she read a player named "Loreley"'s, message. it seemed playful yet Ernest enough. She wanted to know more about the guild and their standings. Maybe more about Emerath? Flints gave a sigh and crinkled her nose. "Let's hope I don't screw this up. Let's just pretend Emerath is busy, yeah. Let's pretend I didn't enrage the guild leader into remission. You've got this Kita! Just talk her ear off and smile widely then head home in time for dinner with the husband. No biggie!" Dispite not really having to eat, it was flints favorite thing to do, so opting out of meals wasn't something she was willing to make a habit of. She waited in the center of town. The time Emerath had given the woman to arrive at was dawning on her and Flints was far from ready.she thought briefly about how If anything went wrong she could always drag the new recruit to where meetings were held at; Endilix's Bar. She considered crashing Into it and setting up a big meeting without even warning him but quickly shook the thought from her head. "Too soon. That would be my last resort." She huffed and gently nudged her sleeping familiar from under the bench she occupied and braced herself for the encounter.
