"Haha. That was a miss" Lambic starts laughing. He realises hisfriend needs help and runs trough  the boar. His sword starts glowing a he tries to beat the boar.

As Lambic runs towards the boar, he stumble and he falling down to the ground. Followed by his stentorian laughing. 

Fight-stats:

Barryt: HP 5/8; Energy 2/2; Damage 2;
Boar: HP 4/4; Damage 3; Mitigation 1;
Lambic: HP 8/8; Energy 0/2; Damage 2;

Barryt hears Lambic laughing, just to see him running towards the boar but stumbling before he reached it, releasing his sword art thru thin air.
I think we have to train a lot before we can go to some higher floors.

What are you doing? you should look where you step.

Barryt quickly draws his sword and in an arc from his hip he tries to attack the boar, but his target isn't much better in walking than Lambic and falls to the ground, evading Barryts attack.

MOB: 1 (Critical Miss)

Boar: HP 4/4; Damage 3; Mitigation 1;

First of all as Lambics stands up is he screw up his face an spit out some gras. 

"Öähhh. Thats ooky. Hey Barryt the grass tastes like real one." As he see the boar is awkward "Now i'll get you" and jumps to boar so he stands in front of it, he raise his sword an tries an other sword art.

His sword slides down and hit the boar at the chest. Red pixels are surrounding his blade, but the boar isnt afraid of that.

As soon as Lambic hits the boar Barryt tries to support him with a <slant> aimed for the boars head. But the Boar itself attacking Lambic without hitting him evades the sword.
F**k how will I ever be a good smith and maybe helpful to others if I can't even gather my own material.

Please kill it for me. I'll just try to protect you if it wont die

After Lambic misses the boar Barryt jumps up to it, slashing with his sword, but this damn boar is quick. It steps aside and runs a little away, just to charge Lambic. Attention, get out of the way Barryt calls out, but he is to late. Lambic who just ending his sword art is not quite quick enough to get out of the way.
The Boar rams its tusks into Lambics stomach, red pixels splatter from his tusks.

that is not good, I'm not a good friend, endangering Lambic like this

"Sh*t happen" Lambic cought and tries to use this situation to his advantage. The head of the boar is directly in front of him. <vertical>

Battle: 9 (Crit: +1 DMG -> 3*2 (snake bite) -1 = 5 DMG)

Loot: 6 (nothing special)

MOB: 10 (+2 DMG -> 5 DMG)

Barryt sees Lambics sword sinking into the boars shoulder he hopes this blow must be enough, but he was wrong.
The boar turning his head and hitting Lambic with his Tusk reduces Lambics health to 0.

Seeing his friend scattering into pixels, fading away Barryt gets enraged, and releases two heavy stabs, which completely scatter the boar.

Fight-stats:

Barryt: HP 5/8; Energy 2/2; Damage 2; (Hate:0)
Boar: HP 0/4; Damage 3; Mitigation 1;
Lambic: HP 0/8; Energy 0/2; Damage 2 (Hate:2)

Barryt falls to the ground, tears rolling down his face. why...why had he to die? *sad sniff* It-it's all my fault, I should never have asked him to help me.

the sign for the loot pops up.

Barryt lying on the ground, weeping for Lambic, the only one he really know in this game looks up.

I...I should at least, for Lambics sake show that I'm worth being the one who survived.
I will make a difference, I...I will become stronger!!! Th-this *snivel* wont ever happen again *snivel*

Still weeping Barryt accepts the tusks, stands up and tries to brush away his tears, but not being very successful with it.

Barryt falls into despair over his one and only friend inside SAO dying returns to town, still crying, and hides in his little room for some days, thinking about how he should live burdened with this guilt and grieving for Lambic.

It was the first thought he had right after Lambics death, that brought him back.
I shall get stronger for something like this not happening ever again.

Barryt looked for a way of helping others not to die, because no one should ever have to feel what he felt. So knowing that he was not a great fighter at the moment the best way would be to finish the quest he took and creating gear to support others.

Another 3-4 Days later:

Barryt returned to the female smith. As he sees her he gets nervous, she overall is female. Ugh... I...I found what you needed. I have to be strong he thought again, she is a NPC and how should I ever help if I can't even talk to all the females? These question wandered thru his head while he was going into the smiths shop.

Nice to see you again, my young student. You brought the Tusks, then I will show you how to create weapons. *she hands a Barryt a smiths hammer* This is your basic tool, with the anvil and the forge of course. First you have to put the material into the forge and wait till it begins to glow red to white. Then you put it on the anvil and hit it with your hammer till it has the form you want it to have, last is cooling it in water. You should try it on your own.

Craft: 12 (perfect -> 3 slots)

Barryt starts forging the Tusks to a glowing piece of Material, he then begins hitting it with his new hammer. I need a better sword, something with wich I can fight for everyone who can't fight for themselves
With just a few hits the Materialpiece changes its looks, just to be a sword, slightly resembling the tusks it was created from.
