Spitting into the hot burning coals in his forge, Ronin cracked his neck and looked into the orange glow.  "Man... this crafting business is really tough sometimes," he decided, knowing how hard he had been working lately.  Sometimes he would craft some decent items, but it was still a lot of work to run around and gather all the materials, then come back here and put in the work.  Still, he couldn't give up.  He had to keep on going and improving.  Sooner or later, they would have what it takes to reach the front lines and clear this damn game...

Hydra had been wandering around the first floor in need of a new weapon. Whilst Macradon was his go to for armor the spearman realized that it would be more beneficial to browse other stores and keep the economy of SAO circulating. "I think this is the place?" A shop stood before him. "Seventh Heaven, this is the place." The brunette wiped his boots before entering, he was unsure what kind of character he would meet this time. Walking forward he entered the shop with a request in hand. The player didn't notice any price tags so he simply smiled "How much would it cost to have this made?" He placed the request on the counter. "I don't have any materials, but I have quite a bit of col."

"Hrm?" grumbled the swordsman, looking up from something he had been fiddling with.  He had already finished all his crafting for the day and was jus' kickin' back inside his little [censored] hole of a shop, tinkering with random items he had found and trying to learn more about this virtual world and all it had to offer.  He knew the better informed he was, the better chance he'd have to survive, and so... fiddle and tinker he did, whenever he had the chance.  A stranger had entered into his shop and as Ronin's gaze fell upon him, he sniffed the air.

Smells like money... he thought to himself, before standing up and moving over to the dusty counter to look at the order.  "Well then, looks like I can take cara' 'dis fer ya'  but you'll hafta' pay up front... ohhh let's say... a thousand Col?"  The chain smoking blacksmith continued to look over the finer details of this potential customer's order while he waited for a reply, already making mental notes and figuring how he'd go about crafting such a weapon and making sure to include everything that was wanted.

Hydra nodded "That's a fair price", he didn't often see a smoker in SAO but it's not like it was going to cause any problems for his health. The spearman withdrew the col from his inventory. "Thanks, if you could message me once it's done that'd be great." Having said what he needed to, Hydra gave the blacksmith one last friendly smile and walked out. "I wonder where he gets them from..." He said stroking his chin and looking up to the sky. The brunette wasn't a smoker himself so eventually just shrugged to himself and wandered off.

Ronin's latest customer had requested a one handed spear and had laid out some rather detailed descriptions about how he wanted it to look and what types of enhancements he wanted it to have as well.  The swordsman was glad to have a customer such as this, who knew exactly what he wanted.  This made his job easier, since now all he had to do was focus on crafting the most excellent version of this weapon he could.  "Alright... let's do this..."

After a day or so, Hydra decided it'd be best to check up on Ronin's store to see if his weapon was done. The brunette strolled into the shop and instantly recognized the item he had requested, "Nice job!" He twirled it around in his hand feeling the size and weight. Once the brunette was satisfied he nodded to the blacksmith. "I think this calls for some ale." He mumbled to himself happily as he turned around. Throwing a quick glance over his shoulder he quickly said "If I ever need a weapon I will come back here." With that Hydra left the store.

Ronin was glad that his latest customer appeared to be quite pleased with his new weapon.  He was even more excited to hear that the guy would be returning in the future for his other gear needs.  He nodded his head in acceptance and turned his attention back to his work, feeling a renewed sense of vigor.  He wasn't always thrilled about his profession or crafting at all for that matter, but when something he created, made someone else happy, that made it all worth while.

After having made a customer happy and gotten back to work, Ronin had been pleased to craft not one, but two new perfect items.  He had also made a couple of rare items as well, but once you had started making and wearing perfect gear, the appeal toward rare stuff was much much less than before.  He strove to make perfect items each and every time now, though he knew this was somewhat unrealistic.  He could only do his best and put some effort into it and hope that it turned out to be a decent piece in the end.

Allania wandered into a small shanty store, it was clearly a blacksmith from a quick inspection of the interior. Inside there seemed to be a variety of items out on display. "Hello?" she called out into the store. It was a cozy place in the store, at least she felt it was such. Allania satisfied that she had announced her presence she began to peruse the items on display, looking for anything that caught her eye. While she was searching she came across one item that did in fact catch her eye, it was a chest piece with roses carved upon it. Thorns? I need something like that for my set, Allania thought, picking it up and calling out, "is 1000 col enough for this?" before setting down a pouch of money upon the counter.

"STOP Thief!  Unhand that merchandise!!!" barked Ronin as he came racing out from the back room.  He waved his arms frantically, his eyes wide and his lips smacking in disapproval.  "Aha!  I've caught you red handed!  Thought you could just walk up in here and take my things!?  Now you're busted!!" he spat, before suddenly spotting the pouch of Col on the counter top.  "Erm... I mean... mmm..." he grumbled, suddenly straightening out his posture and running a gloved hand through his hair.  He stepped to the pouch and picked it up, jingling it in his palm and testing the weight.  "Yes... this'll do just fine... enjoy your new armor!" he said at last, before disappearing with the pouch into the back room again.

Izzrikl looked at his interface map and furrowed his brow in consternation. Closing the window with a weary exhilation he looked over the shops adorned widow and the goods on display peeked his interest. Slowly he opened the shop door and listened for a moment and let his eyes adjust to the indoor lighting. Blue grey eyes scanned the room as he stepped over the threshold and stood casually admiring the red sheen of a two handed blade and its bonuses. Absently fingering the two handed shaft he compared the idea of focusing on sword skills then branch out into assault spears later. 

"Is the smith in?" He was sure to project his voice rather than roar it like some spoiled gamer demanding the attention of a parent. Turning from the sword he walked to the counter and rested a glove on the counter and patiently waited occasionally glancing at the wares displayed about. These were well crafted implements to be sure and perhaps if none of these were in his range he'd see about settling a personal order with this particular black smith.
