Taking another drag at his smoke, his eyelids fluttered and slowly he worked himself back up to his feet.  He drug his back up along the rock wall, using it to support him as his thigh muscles engaged and he pushed himself up to a stand.  Once he had risen, he took a moment, letting the cigarette dangle from his lips and the smoke to swirl and rise up to the roof of the cave.  His head was swimming for a moment, but the feeling subsided and soon he opened his eyes again to clarity.  He eyed the pickaxe on the ground, wondering if he had one more swing in him before he headed back to his shanty and tried out some more crafting.  "Hell, why not..." he mouthed, picking it up and giving it another good swing at the mineral vein.
