And just like that, the sound of shattering glass filled the air.  Ronin's eyelids fluttered at the sight of the digital shards spilling out from where the clone of himself had stood just a second before.  His shank had found its mark and the stranger who had challenged him and lied, had been vanquished.  Whether or not that guy had known just who he was going up against, would never be known for sure.  From the looks of it, he had thought Ronin to be much weaker and had gotten too cocky in his stealthy abilities.  For now, Ronin was just thankful to be alive, knowing that it could've easily gone the other way in this exchange.  "What a freak..." he breathed, before looking down at the loot menu that suddenly popped up in front of his eyes. 

"Huh?  What's this? he wondered, noticing it said something about a quest.  As he clicked on it, the massive emblazoned text appeared overhead, congratulating him on his victory and successful completion of the quest.  "Holy [censored]... this game is insane!" he cried out, before looking through his spoils.  "Alright!"  he cheered, seeing that not only had he gotten a new rare item, but also a new skill.  "Whoever you were... thanks," he said with a tinge of sorrow in his voice.  With that, Ronin turned and headed up the staircase to the top of the windmill.  He needed a smoke, and what better view than at the top of a massive windmill tower...
