About: History/personality

Michiko was born into a middle class family, a caring mother and a brilliant father to help her grow into the world. Her father worked as an accountant and her mother worked at a nursery home. Each day would start with going to preschool, riding in the carpool her parent's formed to save gas.

However...

At the age of four their car encountered another in a head-on collision, Michiko survived unharmed.

"I have... some... unfortunate news, her heart's failing."

Her mother died three days after, something her mind couldn't comprehend, something that caused her father to descend into a state of unhinged commonsensical state of mind. Her father seemed fine at first, but roughly a week after the incident he struck after being asked to hand her a pen.
It was clear from his actions after that event that he was more disturbed than she had originally noticed, he sometimes had moments where he'd stare and if distubed would lash out, other times he would act as if his wife was still there.

"It's all that idiotic drunk's fault."

Michiko would shake her head at the thought, it wouldn't be of any use to be a vengeful idiot.

Regardless, she had thoughts, thoughts about harming him in unspeakable ways.

At the age of seven she started noticing that she blacked out repeatedly, generally finding herself in different places. It didn't particuraly bother her as the event generally happened every two to three months.

Fast forward to thirteen and the announcement of SAO taking the attention of everyone including Michiko. Her father, who faired much better than he had recently bought a copy as a late birthday present. However, while eating, another blackout occured.

When she came to her senses again she was in a different world staring at a robed man in the sky.

Virtues:
(Michiko) Polite- Whether she's as polite would of course be up to whoever she's speaking to, but she does her best to recreate her mother's manners and way of speaking. She often accidently calls someone a "ma'am" or "sir"  if they are even slightly older. She has trouble accepting resources and certain help from strangers due to her dedication to pay others back for their kindness.

Fortitude- While Michoko isn't entirely strong minded, she's not weak either. With the help of Kismet she can brave most trials without even remembering it. Kismet herself can usually find a way to get out of or shorten the time it takes to do something, if not she just shrugs it off and does it anyway.

(Kismet) Guardian- If given a seperate body then maybe Kismet wouldn't be as worried over Michiko. The problem is that here she is in her body, the same brain, the same blood, so Michoko gets a personal mental bodyguard without knowing it. It would be highly probable for her to become attached to someone else, but she'd prefer it if someone else watched over Michiko, that way she could get more time to sleep.

(Michiko) Loner- Michiko has little social ability, while not technically shy. She fails to communicate what she wants, usually because of fear of what she asks is impolite. It doesn't help that whenever someone starts to get aggressive she forgets what happened.

(Kismet) Mischevious- If there's one thing she somehow manages to put effort into its putting those few ice pieces down your clothes. She loves to see the reaction of other people, even pranking Michiko on rare occasions. She of course tries to avoid blame pointed in her direction, but refuses to let Michiko take it for her.

(Kismet) Lazy- While Kismet can remain active at all times while Michiko is in control, she prefers to "sleep," however she can be easily woken up. Even while in control her eyes will be relaxed or completely closed. She generally won't start fights as they, "take too much effort."

Quirks of Alt. Personality

The name of the alt. Is Kismet.

Kismet sees herself as a 19 year old female.

Kismet will usually takes control when Michiko gets tired/emotionally unstable/unfair treatment.

To put it simply, Kismet is the culmination of Michiko's more vile thoughts, a simple barrier to protect others from herself and herself from others.
