Which Profession is most needed right now?

I am simply curious if nothing else. Like, is there a profession that is understaffed and provides a service that's in demand, or are we pretty nicely balanced? My intention is Merchant for a few reasons but I am curious to hear what other people have to say on this.

Oh, but don't say Fisherman, my understanding of basic math makes me say 'no'.

Well, the Blacksmiths are having their fun, Tailors are getting Ariel back and Alchemists have their fair share. Cooks are having their time as well. I'm not sure if there are that many merchants, but nor do I think we need many. Feel free to pick whatever you want!
