As Nathan began backing off the Queen rushed forward, the speed even more surprising up close compared to the size of the insect. Nathan watched helplessly as the stinger ran him through once more. It was such a strange sensation, watching a large needle run him through that is. The Queen Wasp twisted its body violently and threw Nathan off of its stinger. Nathan flew through the air and crashed into the ground once more losing his grip on Bloodletter as he rolled across the ground for a few metres.

Nathan picked himself off the ground slowly and looked over at the Queen Wasp. It was already flying towards him and Nathan was weaponless. Quickly Nathan scanned the surrounding grass for his rapier and, upon seeing a small glitter of light, ran over to it. Already the sound of the Queen's wings filled his ear, the large insect bearing down on him. Finally! Nathan found his sword and picked it off the ground. He turned around and saw a huge yellow mass before him. The spear of a stinger was almost upon him and time was quickly running out. Nathan jumped up in the air, his sword glowing with a sword art, and he slashed his sword out with the system. His blade connected twice in rapid succession, making his all too familiar V, and then he fell to the ground and rolled out of the fall.

Nathan stood up from the roll and looked over at the Queen Wasp. Its health bar was slowly decreasing from Bloodletter's bleed effect wore away at the insect's health. The queen turned around nimbly and began yet another charge towards Nathan. In turn, Nathan ran towards the queen, blade at the ready. Nathan dodged at the last second but did not quite clear the queen's stinger, it catching his side just barely. Nathan slashed out with Bloodletter, looking up as he saw the blade connect and cut through the wasp. The health bar of the Queen Wasp dropped quickly towards zero and the mighty beast froze in mid air. After a momentary pause the giant wasp exploded into the air and a <<Field Boss Depleted>> message popped up in the air with some celebratory pixels. Along with that a small window appeared before Nathan, which he promptly read. It informed him of the "Matriarch's Stinger" item that he had received and the completion of <<Long Live the Queen>> quest. Nathan smiled and hit the accept button, turning away and heading back to Urbus to head back home.
