I actually crafted something Uncommon (whoa) and so decided to dive head first into the eval section! Here's my craft: 

Name: Quiche Slice
Profession: Cook

Enhancements: Fiber (Removes (9 * Tier Level) points of damage from every hit to you for every slot used for one thread. No matter how much damage mitigation you have, however, you will always take at least 1 point of damage.)
Description: A slice of quiche filled with eggs, bacon, spinach, and spices. It's a very hearty snack, with a delicious gently browned crust and yummy looking filling. After eating it, you would feel peculiarly tough.  

 I think that's all I need. Here's the comment with the craft if I need that as well.

Your item eval post is missing a "Tier:" row in which you put the tier level to be complete. Then in the 'enhancements:' row you need to replace the words 'tier level with the actual value, or just write: "Fiber (Removes 9 or 18 points of damage)" depending if its a tier 1 or tier 2 item. Please make the necessary edits and submit the item for evaluation in a new post here.

Description: Two slices of baguette sit snugly next to each other inside a brown paper box lined with white-spotted red tissue paper. They are both piled high with cooked tomato and garlic, mixed with a balsamic vinaigrette and garnished with basil leaves. There's a hint of pepper to them too, contrasting with the sweetness of the tomato and the bitterness of the vinaigrette.
