Ryku is a very careless teenager, he doesn't believe in death once the game is lost. But he continues to stay for the love of the game. Sometimes when sharing his opinions about the game and death not being real players start to hate him. When it comes to combat Ryku always stays happy even when in tough situations. He even once witnessed his friends getting killed by a mob and laughed about it. Ryku can come off as an evil person and can sometimes be caring but the lack of belief that the game will kill players has put him in a careless and free mindset. He will spare others before he lets himself die and his only fear is losing and not being able to renter the game world. Training hard and focusing on learning new skills Ryku wants to be one of the first to beat the game.

Back in the real world Ryku is the son of a rich business man, who loves to sword fight and also loves to play games. His personality is pretty much the same in real life as it is in the game. Everything in life has been given to him and for that reason he is the way he is. Even for his 17th birthday his father picked him up Sword art online and ever since Ryku has been stuck inside the game world.

Leadership. When Ryku is put into a party setting he tends to do fairly well at leading the herd to victory. Demanding nothing less then 100% from all his teammates.

Smart. Ryku studies the field before ever entering combat himself. Sometimes he will let his teamates enter first so he can further look the situation.

Tactical. Once he studies the field he puts his knowledge and theories to the test using his skills to overcome the battle.

» Flaws:

Careless. Ryku rarely has concern for other players life and he has even killed a couple for getting in the way of loot. He cares nothing about relationships at this moment making him a hard person to party with.

Blunt. Ryku will tell the flat out truth to anyone and will not hesitate to make it known.

Harsh. Ryku has no problem with sacrificing other players lives to achieve his goals and for anyone that stands in his way he cut down with his blade.
