Miaki kept up with the group but was a bit distracted. His thoughts were in far off places on people and other things. He suddenly snapped to and came to realize where he was. He saw Luke and Rims fighting the giant bat. He quickly drew his blade from its hilt on his side and readied himself for combat. "Need a hand with this?" He kept his distance and wouldn't engage unless they needed it. Right now they seemed fine so Miaki kept to observation.

Miaki relaxed his grip on the handle of his blade and eased the tension built up from preparing to battle. He watched as Rima and Luke brought the bat to it's last chunk of health. "You got it guys! One more hit!" He said, cheering them on.

((OOC: That link was to how to handle a field boss. Weak enemies don't need to have a counterattack dice roll so you can imagine getting injured to make it more dramatic.))
