Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 7, 2017 1:23am - Aryuna's Personal Alchemy Station They say that small steps lead to success. Nothing gets done in one day. Success come only after small steps that eventually leads to the final success. That is how life works and that is how this game works. Aryuna simply cannot expect to go on assassination heists without getting the equipment that she requires. She needs first to get a perfect dagger, perfect lucky charm, and a perfect cloak. She would obtain the dagger and lucky charm from this floor but the cloak would have to wait for when she reaches the fourth floor. Right now, she would scout the floor for the precise location of these shops so it would be more easy for her when she returns with enough materials or Col to purchase these items. A smile was brought to her face as she opened the door into the darkness of night time. First, the weapon shop. She decides.
Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #2 Share Posted January 7, 2017 1:50am - Outside the <<Blazing Typhoon>> The Blazing Typhoon. Aryuna had made it here quickly in approximately half an hour. To be fair, it took her a long time, way longer than she would've taken if she had a cloak. When she gets her cloak, she'll be able to walk in the open without revealing her face to anyone. It will take her a while for her to be able to get her equipment though, since the players in this game, as far as she can tell, is very lazy in terms of crafting. She didn't blame them though... Well, actually she did, because it makes it slower for her to get her started with the equipment she requires. Aryuna stayed in the shadows, studying the shop from the outside, noting down the location of the shop. <<Blazing Typhoon>> Location Discovered
Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted January 7, 2017 Aryuna looked on, studying the features of the shop. She peeked through the windows and the places where she can see the inside of the door to see in the darkness that the shop was not very clean but it was filled with high-leveled weapons and equipments/Heavy armor. The place was definitely owned by a high-leveled player... Perhaps even a front liner. It would be interesting, really, to see the owner of the shop. She'll come back here later during the day and choose a time when the shop is deserted to come in and place an order. She'll also think of a way to pick up the item without anyone seeing her presence there. That was enough. She needs to go now, for she has things to do and skills to grind for. Up next is the artisan shop.
Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) 2:40am - Outside the <<Bluebird Workshop>> Aryuna was extremely annoyed by the struggles that she experienced while attempting to walk here. It had taken her quite the time to arrive here because some drunk people were in the middle of the Starting City and refused to move until after thirty minutes of mindless talking. It really irritated Aryuna while she was watching in the shadows but now, she had finally arrived. She has captured to faces of those players... Or they might be NPCs for she did not pay those insignificant players any attention. If she has the ability to do so in the future, she shall strike them all down and cut their throats and end their lives when she is bored or something. <<Bluebird Workshop>> Location Discovered Edited January 7, 2017 by Aryuna
Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #5 Share Posted January 7, 2017 4:02am - Horunka Village Aryuna was out here. Last time, she was out in the forests but this time, she was within the boundaries of the Horunka village. She could have been seeking for materials but that simply did not flavor her tastes. She was as thirsty for adventures as she was for blood. As she walked into the Horunka village, she realized that she had made a mistake. She had assumed that the village would be deserted outside because it was late at night but she had not seen the NPC man who was sitting on the bench in the shadows, hiding unintentionally from plain sight. The man looked to be a hunter but his reasons for being up so late is unknown - so far.
Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #6 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) As soon as Aryuna saw the man, she began to turn around and walk away because she assumed that the man had seen her face. If that was the case, it was another man who would be added to her death list. These people simply cannot survive after seeing her face plain in the open sight. Before she could leave and get out of the place, though, she was rejected of the chance when the man began to speak. "Wait, adventurer! Why do you turn away so quickly? I have a task for you, for I am not from around here. I come here to hunt but I have lost a bear trap in the woods. If you find it for me, you shall be awarded with a price that you will appreciate. Plus, you may keep the bear trap because I only want it out of the forest." Edited January 7, 2017 by Aryuna
Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #7 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) Aryuna now assumed that the man had not seen her face. "I shall accept this quest. However, I have a question," she began, "Did you see my face as I walked in to this town?" The man's response was what Aryuna wanted to hear, "No." The answer was simple and it was the truth for an NPC had no reason to lie to her. Killing an NPC is not worth the status of obtaining player killer. "I shall get it to you as soon as possible." She continued the conversation, leaving. "Please get it to me within twelve hours." Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #8 Share Posted January 7, 2017 4:40am - Forests outside of Horunka Village - Wilderness Aryuna cringed and sighed. The night was ending and morning was finally arising. This is when she would get tired. She needed to get as much materials as she possibly can outside. She also needed to get that bear trap and since this is a low-leveled quest, finding the bear trap should not be very difficult at all. The sun as yet to arise but it was obviously that soon, the sun shall replace her beloved dim moon. Alright, let's get this thing started, the woman thought, remembering that there was a strange pile of rotten apples here from the previous day's quest. She would go back to that later but she feels as if the time was not right.
Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #9 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) ID: 73920 LD: 2 Aryuna walked around. That was all she could do to search for this material really. The random generating quest giver did not give that great of a description for the quest and as a a result, she was forced to wander around aimlessly without any factor to influence where she goes. Whether she finds this bear trap was based completely on evidence and so she would need to try her hardest in order to find this trap as fast as she possibly can. When she does that, she will look for her own materials - materials that she can use in her own shop. Materials: 0 Edited January 7, 2017 by Aryuna
Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #10 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) ID: 73921 LD: 14 As she continued to walk, she suddenly heard a sound in the distance. A snapping sound, to be exact, a sound that seemed... Like a bear trap. It was the sound that a bear trap makes when it is activated and following the sound as best as she can, she walked in the distance of the sound, which was precisely to the west of her current location. Aryuna sighed, however, when she realized that she was led to a goose chase. It was not a bear trap but simply a branch snapping off of a tree due to a bird's force. Sometimes, a sensitive ear is not the greatest thing to have. Materials: 0 Edited January 7, 2017 by Aryuna
Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #11 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) ID: 73922 LD: 19 Just as she turned to the left, she realized that she had not been hearing things. Indeed, the trap was activated but the prey was not there. It made the job easier for her because now she can pick it up without damaging herself or disabling the bear trap before hand. The quest had been complete, and she will be receiving her little skill boost as soon as she returns with the bear trap for the hunter that had given her the quest to begin with. Aryuna picked up the trap and looked at the sky. I have until seven, Aryuna thought, let me gather some materials. Materials: 1 Edited January 7, 2017 by Aryuna
Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #12 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) ID: 73923 LD: 14 Aryuna continued to walk in the shelter of the trees that blocked the sunlight overhead. She would have to grab some sleep tonight because she needs the sleep. It had been about twenty four hours since she had last slept and she was feeling the toll of it. Still, this game was grind-based and the less she sleeps, the more she will be able to achieve. Aryuna sighed, this was what she gets for being unconscious for the start of the game. Now, she will need to work extra hard... Much harder than everyone else in order to achieve what she wants in this game - power and dominance. Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #13 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) ID: 73924 LD: 1 Aryuna looked around. She needed to get this quest completed and another one before she would be able to receive a skill called "Sneak and Hide". The skill would allow her to hide and become undetected to anyone she wants as soon as physically can. With it, she would also have a damage boost when she attacks from the shadows. This is what this game needs to do, however, she feels as if the damage simply was not enough. She needed a more damage boost if she was going to invest so many skill points into the skill and grand mastering it eventually. That needs to come later. She was thinking way too ahead for a level three player. Materials: 1 Edited January 7, 2017 by Aryuna
Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #14 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) ID: 73925 LD: 4 Aryuna sighed. She had yet to find a mushroom despite searching for numerous corners and shadows for it. She was quite disappointed that her efficiency in finding these mushrooms had decreased since the <<Earning the Living>> quest when she was able to obtain three mushrooms and use some for crafting that night... Or this morning, depending on how one looked at it. Aryuna soon blamed the fact that she hadn't really slept at all and that was what was affecting her efficiency in finding mushrooms and gathering materials. Perhaps if she grabbed some rest... No, she must continue to search for there is no time to waste. Materials: 1 Edited January 7, 2017 by Aryuna
Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #15 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) ID: 73941 LD: 18 The material gathering session had been a disappointing one so far. All she had was a bear trap inside her inventory which can turn into material for her to craft with and perhaps she will even be able to buy some things with it. However, she needed more. Yesterday, she had spent some materials on crafting and she expects at least to be able to recover some of that material. Aryuna sighed, walking sneakingly and paying more attention to her path now that day had arrived. During the day, she was easier to spot and she certainly did not want that. It was then that she realized that she had stepped over a mushroom. As soon as she realized this, she turned around and bent down, snatching up the mushrooms and adding one more material to her inventory. Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #16 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) ID: 73942 LD: 18 After not being able to find any material for the longest time, she kind of expected herself to hit a jackpot when she did find a material. Indeed, she had just managed to recover two materials, breaking even the materials that she had used in crafting just that morning. And right next to the mushrooms that she had found was another patch of mushrooms, completely untouched by other players and perfectly fine for her to pick up and use in potion creation. She needed the materials and now she had gotten them. There were still some time left before day breaks though, so she shall carry on with her search of materials. Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #17 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) ID: 73942 LD: 6 Aryuna smiled, expecting more mushrooms around but her excitement was greeted by nothing. For there were no materials left around for her to [censored] up. She would need to switch up her location and then hopefully, the materials would slowly come to her. If she was to grab up one more material, that would be enough for two day's crafting. She was coming along with her plan nicely, soon, she shall be able to unlock potions... No, potions have already been unlocked. Next, she will be able to craft status update potions. Aryuna sighed, carrying on with her aimless walking. Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #18 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) ID: 73944 LD: 8 Aryuna carried on, her eyes were slowly dripping as she felt the need to sleep. Although one is weakest during her sleep hours, she knows that without sleep, her body simply cannot function. It didn't mean that she liked sleep though, because sleep takes way too much time away from grinding. At maximum, she would only sleep just a bit more than five hours so she can hurry up and carry on with her current grind. She was going solo, as long as she can keep it that way and as long as the quests would allow her to do so. Indeed, she did not welcome the help of others for she is independent. And an assassin. And an assassin always acts alone. Materials: 3 Edited January 7, 2017 by Aryuna
Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #19 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) ID: 73945 LD: 11 As Aryuna was walking through the darkness of the forest, all that was on her mind were the same words repeating over and over again. One more material... One more material... That was the only thing on her mind and she was going to try her hardest to achieve it. At this point, her tiredness was unbearable and she would need to rest as soon as she possibly can. Aryuna looked around, seeing that there were no materials around these parts either. I need to return to claim my rewards, Aryuna decided, turning around and walking to the quest giver so she can fully complete this quest and claim the rewards that she deserves. Aryuna 0 Posted January 7, 2017 Author #20 Share Posted January 7, 2017 8:24am - Horunka Village Aryuna arrives right behind the hunter and hides in the shadow behind the building that the hunter was residing against. "I have the item that you have asked of me to obtain from the forests outside of the Horunka Village. Now, I desire the awards that I should be able to obtain upon completion of this quest. Here is the bear trap." Aryuna said, beginning to pull it out from within her inventory when the man interrupted her with his words. "There is no need. You may keep the bear trap for I only want it out of the forest in case an unlucky adventurer was caught by it. I do not want to harm anyone so I requested you to take it away. You may have it as a material if you wish." "So be it." Were Aryuna's words as she saw the QUEST COMPLETE! icon pop up and that was the signal for her to return to her shop, craft, and rest.
