It was only available during a beta test that ended not so long ago. you will have to keep track of your transactions (col/items/mats) by yourself in a "transaction" section of your journal. You will need to update it every time you get or lose/use something as staff usually checks the transactions for players during certain events. Link to post Share on other sites

This system was in a open beta months ago and will be used in 3.0, simply put its to easily track how much col and materials a player truly has without cheating, however for now do not worry about updating it ;) oh. didnt see the answer, whoops.
