It was a good way to pass the time, but in probably not the best method for boosting self esteem. Having something like a house would place him a step above most players, so having one in a sleepy, country town like Ralberg was bound to only make him seem of a higher status than the average person. It would probably impress her as well, only driving his desire to get one more. *** The street lights were turning on as he passed through the gate for the settlement so it was only early on in the evening. Still, all the excitement from the fighting wore him out in a bad way. He needed the night to recover and start fresh in the morning.
