Sky jumped up, catching the bird as it grabbed the leather, dragging it straight down to the ground and taking the leather out from under it. He pumped his fist in the air, watching as the bird flew away. He had a lot of bad luck trying to get materials recently, but his luck was slowly getting better!!! Slowly.... but surely getting better. He had just managed to get his first one for the day!!! He was stocking up, and soon, he would have enough to keep crafting. Before he could do anything else though, out of a bush he heard a rustle, looking towards it, he saw.... a cloaked NPC, though it had no name? It came up to him, asking about dueling him, and if he won, it would mean he would be greatly rewarded. It was a friendly duel request, so he thought nothing of it. It was his first duel, and it was just with an NPC!!! HOW HARD WOULD THAT BE!!!

Before he could react, and just moments after hitting the accept for the duel request, Sky looks up, seeing the duel icon, just like he had guessed. Except.... it said to the death. He looked straight at the NPC, who suddenly transformed into him, HIM!!!. He had HIS gloves, Starlit Waves, he had HIS SUIT, the gentleman's suit, He had HIS NECKLACE!!! That pissed Sky off, that was a memory from someone he truely cared about, its why he got it requestition. It may look girly, but it meant more to him, than ANYTHING ELSE that existed. Sky squared up, watching the NPC, which now had a name, the Gemini, do the same. It was an exact replica of him, he hoped it wasn't anything like him though.

"Heheh, you see this necklace? Its YOURS, i like it... I think Im going to keep it" The Gemini taunted him, and the taunt worked beautifully. Sky saw this more then just a battle, this was him fighting HIMSELF. From the sound of the voice, it seemed to have somehow taken the personality of his other side... His.... nasty side, the one he had been fighting to keep at bay for years. He was going to kill this thing!

The timer finished, and within that second, Sky's mindset had switched. He was now in a fight, he wanted to survive... HE WAS going to survive. He dashed in, full speed and with a flowing movement, he used his first martial arts sword art, the first he had ever used. He thrust his leg forwards, kicking the Gemini in the knee, the stomach, and the shoulder, his body flowing with the movements, his hand coming down right on the neck, chopping it as hard as he could, and he watched as the Gemini's health bar went right down, taking nearly a quarter of its health away.

"Is that all you got ya punk" It calls out, before dashing in, and, surprisingly, doing the EXACT same attack he had just done!!! He tried to parry, but before he could do anything, he felt himself being stunned, not literally as in he had a stun status, but he couldn't doge it!!! He felt the kicks hit him, all three before a chop hit his neck, dropping him straight into the ground.

Sky quickly rolled, leaping up off the ground. The Gemini quickly dashed in, delivering once again three deadly kicks, smashing him backwards before the chop came by, hitting his neck, Though this time Sky resisted, managing to stay on his feet. His HP bar went down a lot more then normal, taking a bit of damage, still nothing that worried him. 

"I'm going to enjoy breaking this chain, im going to enjoy ending your life" The Gemini taunted once again, only for Sky to dash in, delivering three power kicks right to its stomach, before chopping his neck as hard as he could, delivering such a blow tht the Gemini flew backwards, though he flipped himself over and managed not to fall over, grinning back towards him. His hit had done a whole heap of damage, the Gemini was already nearly at half health....

The Gemini grinned, dashing in quickly for another attack, but Sky was ready this time, the Gemini going for three kicks. The first kick, Sky kicked back, smashing his leg, the second kick from the Gemini, he did the same. As the third kick from the Gemini came, Sky managed to weave out of the way, and delivered such a power kick that he saw the HP bar go down, and with his next motion, he dashed in and smashed the neck of the Gemini, knocking him straight to the ground. The Gemini was quick however, to leap up, nearly hitting Sky, though he managed to doge it.

"I'm going to kill you, your not going to make it home, im going to take away everything you love!!!" The Gemini started saying, licking his lips. This guy was a creep, Sky no longer saw himself in him... sort of..... He saw way to much in himself of this though....

Sky's anger was slowly slipping out of control, he needed to end this before he flipped for real... If he flipped.... He didn't want to think of that... Sky rushed in as fast as he could, delivering three kicks again, before chopping his neck. The Gemini was down so low, that one more real hit, and it was dead. It had less then a quarter of its health left... So he could kill it. 

"LEAVE ME ALONE!!!" Sky yells at the Gemini, his anger still getting higher. The Gemini used this to rush in and try and attack him, only to get pushed away into a nearby tree. The Gemini's health was almost gone, it was nearly dead, but so was his anger. His anger was peaking, he didn't know what was going to happen if this thing kept gloating him.

"Heh, you would like that wouldn't you? You would like to just be left alone, you have gone through it your whole life haven't you!"

The Gemini launched back at him, punching and kicking as hard and fast as he could, a flurry of fists and kicks coming at Sky, though with ease, he managed to either doge or block each hit, taking no damage to his health. His anger was at peaking point, he was about to flip.

"Your family didn't want you, it never di-" Before it could even FINISH, Sky's anger flipped. With a raging personality, he flipped, delivering three powerful kicks to its gut, sending it off the ground and launched into a tree. He dashed up, landing behind it and delivering the killing blow, snapping its neck with a chop right there, and the power from the chop sent it right into the ground, dust going everywhere.

"HEH.... You win..... you concentrated.... and won..... go..d... jo.b....." The gemini said, before falling silent, and it exploding into billions of different pixels. He had won... he looked up, seeing the win icon above him, which meant it was over.... He killed his other side...... He had managed to win against his old, evil personality... the one he had forced down all those years ago. Though it was just a copy... He felt like he had won his own battle. He opened his menu, seeing a new Skill, concentration. He shrugged, deciding to spec into it later.

Sky fell down, relaxing and exausted after that fight. He looked around, not seeing any materials in the area. He groaned, wishing he could just find some. He knew he had made a lot of noise in that fight, and most likely, there could be some very nasty mobs coming to him, he had never fought on floor six before, and he had NO idea what he should expect. For all he knew there could be lions on this floor!!! Though he highly doubted it. He knew he should move, get out of the way, but he was exausted, and needed time to recover. He didn't need that long, but he needed it, he just had to hope that he didn't get attacked WHILE regenerating. Afterwards, hell yeah, bit not while he was resting, that wouldn't end well at all. He stared up at the sky, hoping to see something that reminded him of his life.

Sky continued looking around for some materials, seeing birds flying overhead with what looked like leather, and cotton, but he couldn't get to them, he was still stuck laying on the ground without purpose. He was exausted, though he had gotten something called concentration.... He wondered what that was. He opened his skill list to look. It was a skill that seemed to increase his accuracy once every.... dam this cool down was a little brutal for a skill use, though he shrugged it out of the way. He had a feeling it would come in handy, and might save his ass eventually. He yawned, deciding to fall asleep for a little. He couldn't help but dream of his old life, his family... the few friends he did have... he missed them a lot, and he would do anything to see them.... But he couldn't until this game was over.... and he didn't think that was going to be any time soon...

Sky woke up, his instincts telling him to move his ass, which he did quickly, and right as he did, a giant snake bite the ground right where he had been!!! It was deadly miss, if that had hit.... it would have hurt. He looked up, seeing the massive snake. It was about his size in height, but it was long, and fat. He knew this thing would smash him if he got hit!!! Sky quickly leaped up, turning and kicking the snake three times as hard as he could before smashing it on the head, well, neckish head, delivering nearly half its health in one hit. He was glad he could do that kind of damage now, he remembered trying to fight weak ass boars with his one handed sword, the sword itself was amazing, but...... The damage was weak, he only did around nine with his best hit!!! It was weak, and now, he was doing dozens! He felt like he could finally protect people, by ending the fights before they began.

The snake went to restrict Sky, but with his speed, he managed to doge it, launching himself out of the way of the grab. In mid air, he delivered his three power kicks, then choped it in the neck, dealing once again over a quarter of its health, nearly killing it. It would die in one more hit, and he hadn't even been HIT yet!!! He was loving these martial art sword arts, they madeh im feel like he could actually help people now. He always felt useless, like he couldn't do anything. He was just in the way, but right now, he was doing a lot of damage, and he felt like he could actually be of use to people now!!! He grinned, proud of himself and ready to destroy this giant snake. He had just beaten his other side, a manifestation of his other side, he was now himself. He felt like he had cleansed himself of that past, and now.... he could and would move forwards.

Sky was about to finish it when the snake's tail smashed him as hard as it could, it sent Sky right into a tree!!! And it wasn't a light hit, that did no damage, it was a heavy hit, it took out thirty hit points!!! He just grasped that he was in real danger right now, not like normal, now he was in real danger! He could actually be KILLED here. He was quick to take in the realization, and to react. He responded by dashing in, using his Delayed Sword to deal three kicks and a chop, killing the snake. He gained 300 Col from it, meaning it was his level for loot. He sighed, glad that fight was over. It was a hard fight, and he had gotten hit, HARD. He slumped back down, laying down, begging another wouldn't come. But he knew better than that... He knew that within a little another might come.... He begged it wouldn't though.

Sky looked around for another material, failing to find any. He hated this, he had such BAD luck when it came to material searching. He had just killed a loot mob, and it had done a number on his health. He was genuinely scared about that, it had done real damage. If his luck had been bad, and he had missed a lot, he would have died. And if that happened, he wouldn't just 'respawn', he would be dead. Gone, never to come back. Ever. He would lose all his friends.... he would lose everyone....

He shivered, now worried. If he died out here, no one would know. No one would know if he died out here, no one would get a message, or know if he was going to die.... He stuck his head up, making a choice. He was not going to die alone... Ever. If he was to die, it was going to be WITH his friends, but he refused to die alone. Ever. He was determined to make it back to his friends, not in the real world, but here, in this world.

Sky continued to think for a good half and hour, before searching again for a material, and once again, failing to find one. He groaned, getting up, hearing rustling. He couldn't help but feel on his toes, after that last snake thing, he had to be careful. He knew he could die from it, and he didn't want to die. He didn't want another snake thing to come, he knew it would mean probable death. He shrugged his mind off it, he was strong, he could survive it if he had to. Sky decided to head back towards the spot he had fought the Gemini, deciding to just relax there for a bit. He had killed his other side, a job..... not many liked to do. But he had done it, he had chosen his path. And nothing was going to stop him from following it. Nothing at all was going to stop him.

Sky couldn't help but yell as loud as he could when he once again FAILED to find himself a material. He just wanted to find at least TWO MATERIALS, AND GET THE HELL OUT OF THIS HOLE. Sky was starting to get a little pissed, wanting to just get the hell out of here. He sighed, laying down. He started wondering about what others were doing. He didn't know to many people, but those he knew.... Eatos was probably in her forge, trying to well, forge new items. Mist.... he had no idea what she would be doing. Vigilon was probably trying to stop being a bit of boar bait... He still owed him some armor, which he made a mental note to make for him once he got out of here, since he did at least have one material. He planned to use it wisely.... Maybe make himself something that didn't look so formal.

Sky searched around for another material, failing to actually find one....... AGAIN.... He groaned, thinking about others he knew. Hei.... he didn't actually know anything about Hei, only that he was in his guild... He started wondering about Atzo. He hadn't seen the guy in ages, it has been at least a month since he had seen the guy. The guy he hadn't seen in ages. He wondered where he had gone, he hadn't seen his guild master.... He started to wonder if he was still alive, he knew he was though. Atzo was a great warrior, and he knew that guy would be fine. He couldn't help but groan as he wished he wasn't alone. It was hard and annoying adventuring alone.... He hated it more than anything else in the entire game, even how ridiculously tough enemies could be!!! He was only level ten, WHY COULD MOBS DO SO MUCH DAMAGE IN ONE HIT!!!

Sky groaned as he once again failed to find anything. He started wondering something else. How was the guild going. They hadn't gotten anywhere with any real objectives, from what he knew they had just really been recruiting and meeting. He hadn't met most of the guild, only a few, namely Atzo, Eatos and Hei. He hadn't met any others for real yet. It sucks, he wanted a real objecive... But he wasn't high enough in level yet. Soon he would be, but right now, he needed to be in more quests and get more experience to actually level and become a strong warrior. 

I'm going to win... I'm going to save everyone... I'm going to get STRONGER.... Im going to do my job.... I have to.... So many people are counting on us.... There are so many people counting on us players to get ourselves back to the real world... So many people waiting for us on the other side....

Sky looked around again, about to give up when he saw something.... He grinned, getting up and grabbing it. It was a bit of leather!!! He pumped in joy, glad he had finally gotten another. He started thinking about what kind of armor he would make for Vigilon. He was a boar bait, so he needed something.... protective. Maybe a jacket with damage mitigation.... That was the best thing to protect yourself from damage. He shrugged, before laughing at his own idea, He wanted to put a boar patch on it as a joke, but he knew he would be pissed. He was going to do it though. No matter what, he wanted to mess with Boar Bait a little bit. He sighed, getting ready to leave the forest. He had his quota, he was ready to leave and go home. He needed to buy himself a home.... But they are so expensive!!! He couldn't afford it any time soon....

Sky's luck went bad again, as he exited the forest. He failed once AGAIN to find a material, though as he had managed to find two, he wasn't to annoyed. He broke the tree line, looking around. He was about an hour or two away from Krycim, the main settlement of this floor. He shrugged, deciding to head that way. The walk is long and boring. He wanted to see his friends... He wanted to see Olivia, Atzo... He wanted to see his pets from the real world... He wanted to see Lucky... He sighed, shedding a single tear before breaking out of the tree line, seeing the settlement before him. He didn't go in yet, feeling something was watching.... What, he didn't know. He looked around, seeing a rustling in the bush. He had almost recovered, and was ready to fight if he had to, he was ready to survive.

Instead of fighting whatever was there waiting for him, Sky bolted back towards the main settlement. Once he was at the gate, he went in, heading towards the teleport gate. This adventure had been hell for him. He had fought himself, he had fought a snake that was as strong as him!!! His health had almost regenerated, but he had survived it. He had survived it, and he was now well on his way to reaching the front lines. He was well on his way to SAVE everyone. He was on his way to actually surviving... He wanted to help keep people safe and sound, only way to do that, was to make sure that they never had a reason to go to the front lines. If someone was pressured into it, they might die. If someone chose it, it would stop the people who didn't want to from feeling like they were forced to fight.
