ChaseR 0 Posted August 22, 2020 #206 Share Posted August 22, 2020 House Name: Sanctuary Location: Floor 21; Near the Hotsprings Description: An estate surrounded by a fairly big courtyard. One part of it has been closed off, held as a slime farm for the household members to use as they may please in order to train their levels. There are a few lights that can be manually turned on or off, and just in front of the door, a fountain sounds with water trickling all over, making the sight that much more incredibly and rich, quite literally. The interior is split into four stories, various rooms spread throughout as it has a rather simple and boring look, in contrast with the house's exterior. The estate has been built on the edge of the safezone near the floor's Hotsprings, allowing quick trips over for better rest. Plot Size: Estate Rooms: Mega Slime Farm (ChaseR), Living Room (ChaseR and Shay), Basic Kitchen (Shay), Attic (Bedroom) (ChaseR), Basement (ChaseR), Basic Bedroom (Shay), Basic Kitchen (ChaseR) Mega Slime Farm A small house in a shut-off part of the garden. It's used as a small shelter for slimes, and when some grow too aggressive, the household members take care of them so they don't break free and start wreaking havoc. It's an effective way to gain SP every so often, and rush through the ranks a little bit faster. They check on it every so often, making sure to never let more than two days pass without doing so. Living Room A living room on Sanctuary's first floor. It's not quite as small as it is, and the way it's been decorated inside gives off a really cozy feeling. Opposite to the couch lies a fireplace for days when the underground gets too cold, and there's various things to do; a coffee table just in front of a couch, a small selection of guides and books that Chase has gathered through his adventures and a notebook that he sometimes writes on by the small couch near the fireplace. The living room is on the first floor. Basic Kitchen The kitchen was made to have all the right tools for proper meals and additions to the household members' lunches; every utensil necessary to eat is here, plentiful dishes, an oven, and a lot of cupboards for storage room. There's also a counter with stools that one can sit on to eat at ease, and a small closet lays near the counter with all sorts of seasonings for food or experimenting with new tastes- if they have a chef at hand, of course. This kitchen is on the first floor. Basic Kitchen Although not quite as packed with the various requirements for what makes a good kitchen perfect, it's still on par with the first, bar the lack of some seasonings and more niche materials for foods and recipes. This is just in case that the other kitchen is already occupied, so whoever wants can prepare their meals in the one over by the second floor. Attic (Bedroom) Chase's bedroom is over in the estate's attic, with the bed right next to the stairs and a small railing to keep anybody asleep from rolling out and into a painful drop. An armor and weapon stand with vanity copies of his equipment have been left right next to a desk where he usually writes on his notebook, decorating the room just slightly more with this fantasy-touch that the world has inspired him. A few drawers with more vanity sets of clothing can be seen near a window, where the cave's dim light shines in from the crystals. The room is overall cozy and rather heartwarmingly innocent, almost child-like in its simplicity and design. Basement The true 'library' of the house. Down here, Chase has copied most of the basics from game menus and simple knowledge onto vanity books and decorated the plentiful shelves. He paid mind to decorate the room with a few more sofas for an easy reading place, alongside some stools to rest one's legs on or temporarily place the books. They've been organised carefully, as tedious as the process was. A few books here do however include more than one would know from just the basics, so maybe some are to be paid attention to. Due to this being the basement, there are no windows so a bright lamp has been placed on the ceiling, lighting the entire room fairly well. Its brightness can always be operated through a slider however. Bedroom The final room that Chase bought the house out with, intended for Shay to sleep and rest in whenever she wished to be on her own. A few shelves decorate the wall, alongside some basic vanity paintings he found at a cheap cost. A drawer has been placed next to the bed with a lamp on it, as well as a wardrobe further ahead with flowers in a vase on top of it to decorate and add a sweet scent to the room. As this is on the second floor, a window allows for a nice view of the estate's courtyard and an even better one of the slime farm. As a personal touch, a black, wooden piano has also been added to the room for Shay to practice if she so pleased. Room Upgrade(s): n/A Total Cost: 209,000 Col
