By the time Shield and his party would finish their next moves, it would likely either be depleted or very near it. His eyes shot over to the remaining Dragon Knights, still frozen in their crystalline prisons. There seemed to be three remaining, and if the pattern continued, when this bar was gone, all of them would awaken for the last surge against the players. He then checked the party health bar. Too damaged. We need a boost, or a bad rally of attacks from those knights could put us too low to recover by the end of the fight. He reached up behind him to the banners that rose from his shoulders. The first had already gone gray from being activated. It was time to use the second. He tapped the wooden rod that supported the banner and the red fabric lit up as if under direct sunlight. His health surged up a little faster than his normal healing had thus far managed, and he pointed his sword towards each of his party members, as well as Itzal and the support player, Ruby, who seemed to be the most damaged from the second group. With a little more health now on the battlefield, he began focusing his energy once again at the tip of his blade. "Zandra!" he called out. "We're about to have a lot more company! I can't control the aggro of those things, so if they wake up, we're going to have a lot of damage thrown around at players who were never designed to take it. If we don't get a little more healing out here, we might start losing people after a couple of attacks from them!" The bead of light at the tip of his sword expanded to a larger sphere, indicating that he was finished gathering energy. He swung his elbow and flicked his wrist, sending the ball of light flying towards his companion, Beat. "We're all low on energy, and a lot of us are hurting, but stay focused!" he cried, shouting out to the gathered players. "The next set of minions is going to be rough, but once they're gone, there will be nothing left to stop us!" Zandra 0 Posted January 11, 2018 #142 Share Posted January 11, 2018 (edited) The battle had went on yet another round and it was up to Zandras group again. The berserk healer red their current situation. The dragon was almost out of his third healthbar, meaning they was getting closer to victory. But if this fight going to follow its pattern it have done up til now, as soon as that healthbar disapeared, tjeu would be up against an even bigger threat then the dragon. It seemed his servants had been a bigger damage source then the dragon himself. So as soon as they breals out of their crystallized prison, they would need to be ready. Zandra closed her crimson eyes for a second, when they opened, the red was gone, and instead they shined with a sapphire glow. a golden circle appeared infront of her. She tounched the top, bottom, left and right of it. Finished off with open palm in the middle. A green aura burned around each of the members as their health refilled with a fifth. Jomei 0 Posted January 11, 2018 #143 Share Posted January 11, 2018 As Jomei pat out the rest of the flames, taking a bit more damage from their burns, his eyes shot up to Death Adder, who was charging to attack Tesseleth yet again. This time was different, however, for as his blades connected with the thick scales of the dragon, the durability of the swords gave out, rendering them useless as their pieces scattered to the floor. The legacy of Zelrius' blades gone. Jomei's eyes went wide, both shocked and relieved that the man no longer held onto such powerful weapons. Jomei was brought back to attention when he noticed his health bar jumping nearly back to max, from both Shield and Zandra's healing powers. Jomei looked to each of them with a confident smirk and a nod. Now it was his job to jump back into the fight and bring them one step closer to unlocking another floor. "Hirru, that leaves you and me." he said, looking to the green haired player with a nod before rushing forward at the large dragon. As Jomei closed the distance between himself and Tesseleth, his sword began to glow a bright gold. His initial strike met the throat of the beast, before unleashing another thirteen hits that left multiple large red lines through the scaly body. "Switch!" Jomei called out to Hirru, jumping back and giving him room to attack. Hirru 0 Posted January 12, 2018 #144 Share Posted January 12, 2018 (edited) The last blip of yellow health was flashing in the second to last health bar of the obsidian dragon. One successful strike would bring the raid into the final stretch, and the most chaotic part. Three knights were about to be unleashed, and it would be Team 1 that would initiate it. There was no doubt about it. With the current damage that the hunter could figure from each strike that everyone could manage, either Jomei, Shield, or the hunter would deal that decisive blow. The real action was, to attack and spend energy, or rely on Tesseleth's and Shield's 'magnetic bond' "Roger that!" The hunter called out to Jomei while following a distance behind. When the green clad dagger user stepped back, the jade haired hunter moved in for the strike. It would either be him, or Shield's "defenses" that would break the second to last health bar. "Switch!" "On it!" Pushing past the fleeting green blur, the Jade Hunter flashed forward before... *ping* "Huh!" Just as the blade was about to come into contact with the scales of the dragon, the sword art failed and bounced off of the creatures armor. If anything, the hunter still wasted energy, but at least the events were still playing as they should. Shield should have enough negative evasion and Tesseleth having enough accuracy to hit him regardless special factors. Though, there is always the possibility to miss. "Shield! I hope your thorns are heavy today! Cause they are going rip that last bit!" Tesseleth the Tyrant 2 Posted January 12, 2018 Author #145 Share Posted January 12, 2018 OOC: Shield remains paralyzed until 100 Damage is dealt to the crystal in order to free him. Boss and Dragon Knight damage harms Shield if it passes his mitigationTesseleth flies up onto his perch after attacking and is out of reach for Group 2's attack Just to clarify about Crystalize:There is no Auto-Hit on the crystal, you must still roll to hit the crystal around the player. You will be attacking the Crystal, not the player, so once the 100 HP is depleted, the attack will be finished. Remaining damage will not be dealt to the player inside. Treat it like a regular mob. If the boss or minions still attack a player trapped in the crystal, thorns/flames/etc will still activate, as well as their armor mitigating any damage done to them. Only two of the players of the first group had decided to try and rush Tesseleth, the orange haired on being the only one to actually land an attack on the large dragon. It seemed as though the small group decided to focus more on recovery, rather than actually dealing damage to Tesseleth; a poor decision, one that would lead to their demise. Red eyes shifted back to Shield, the tank of the group. He was becoming more and more of a nuisance to him, despite not landing a single attack. The Tyrant had ways of changing that.. Its large obsidian tail whipped around its body, a large spear-like projectile launching from its obsidian scaled body. The spine collided with shield's chest, similarly to how it had hit Ariel earlier. From the point of impact, the crystals began to grow larger, until Shield had been completely encased in the obsidian prison. With the tank out of the way, Tesseleth's red eyes turned on the green-clad duelist who seemed very quick on his feet. Bringing his large clawed hand up to the side, the dragon swiped its razor sharp claws at Jomei, making contact and taking out a quarter of the ginger's health, and knocking him to the floor. The dragon did not realize it, but after trapping Shield in his crystal prison, he had winced with pain..a cheap trick by the player no doubt. With the third of Tesseleth's health bars now depleted, he knew he would need to give it his all if he were to end these players lives. Wings spreading out to the side, he let out a large gust of air as he picked himself up into the air, flying high above the players heads and landing on his perch, out of their range. At the same time, the final three knights that had been encased in their obsidian prisons awoke, breaking the crystals from around their body. As they shook the remaining debris free, their soulless gazes locked onto Jomei before both of them rushed at him at the same time, their large blades dropped to the floor behind him. The first of the knights went to tackle the man to paralyze him, but he was too quick for them, and swiftly sidestepped to dodge. The second stopped short and swung his sword upwards to try and catch him off guard, also missing. The last of the dragon knights, looked upon Shield, who was trapped in crystal. Raising his sword up next to his head, it ran at the trapped player, slashing right across his body. The attack seemed to phase right through the crystal prison and attacked Shield directly. Hikoru 0 Posted January 12, 2018 #146 Share Posted January 12, 2018 Hikoru watched as the last of the Crystallized soldiers were freed from their prison, and not a few moments after, Shield was encapsulated in a crystal almost the same as what he had seen from the others. He saw that the shrouded figure icon in the bottom right corner of his screen had glowed a pale blue, indicating that it was ready to be used. He sheathed his dagger and used his Vanish mod, making his way around the area. He was about to get onto a perch, when one of the creatures attacked, he didn't see what but it shook the wall. Hikoru held on tightly, but a bit of rubble below his hand fell down, making his location known to all who had ears that worked. He quickly clambered up, a blush on his face as he moved from the location to another one, making his perch and preparing for his next attack against one of the soldiers. The others could worry about the dragon, but his best bet would be against the knights, where he could easily take some of them out. Beat 0 Posted January 15, 2018 #147 Share Posted January 15, 2018 (edited) "Shield!" Beat shouted as he rushed towards the other party. His voice was full of concern, but certainly not panic and as he ran towards his objective, his eyes were searching for strategic weaknesses. It took only a few moments to find his opportunity, the Dragon Knight's attack giving their secret away and making his choice easier. Only we can damage the prisons. Good thing there are three of them and only one prison. He activated his charge skill and his form blurred with the burst of speed allowing him to close the gap instantly. His left leg was already glowing dangerously as he positioned himself perfectly between the knights and Shield as his rapidly rotated in the air. His sword art kicked up a fierce twister that slashed and tore at the dragon knights and did that same to the crystal prison, shattering it completely. "Can't have you getting a break if I have to keep fighting!" Beat said, smirking at his success. Tesseleth the Tyrant 2 Posted January 16, 2018 Author #148 Share Posted January 16, 2018 OOC: Morgenstern, Ruby, and Itzal take 100 Dmg for not posting in 72 hours. Beat also takes 100 Dmg for not editing post in the 72 hours. As Tesseleth landed upon his perch high above the battle field, he could feel the stone surface his claws dug into begin to give out. The dragon let out a growl as it situated itself to not break the platform anymore while he charged his next attack. Down below, he watched as his knights began to carve into the players of the second group. The first of the obsidian coated soldiers rushed at the blonde haired tank of the ground, his large buster sword leaving a red gash across his armor, yet taking some damage from the drawbacks itself. The second knight charged at the entire group, creating a shock wave with a mighty swing of his sword, only cutting into one of the players, while the rest barely managed to avoid it. The last of the Tyrant's minions charged at Itzal, who was already taking a bit of damage from the other attack. Though he had started his attack with enough distance for Itzal to be able to read the knights approach and dodge it. Pieces of the perch Tesseleth stood on began to crumble, along with other large pieces of rock and debris. As they fell to the ground, players began to dodge out of the way to avoid being hit, save for four members of the second group. Tesseleth took that as an opportunity to strike. Lifting himself into this air with his large wings, the dragon entered a nose dive, soaring right over the players. As he flew over head, the dragon let out a powerful blast of fire, covering most of the players in roaring flames. Two of them were able to escape the burning effects, while the other two took the full front of the attack. Macradon 0 Posted January 16, 2018 #149 Share Posted January 16, 2018 (edited) Looking in near disbelief, Macradon would glare at Life_Subtractor, his sword, they shattered. “C-can this happen … wah!” he thought as he saw the “Hero” with his swords all broken up, he was nothing but useless now unless he had a backup plan with more weapons to use. He would grit his teeth and look away from the disaster that happened and would focus on trying to lock down the enemies in front of him. Quickly rushing around the group of knights, Macradon would pull his sword up over his shoulder with the pommel of his sword pointing towards one of the knights, going for a <Tempest> sword art. With a strike so hard, Macradon smacked into the head of the knight, looking a very fractured everything as the pommel seemed to phase right through the armor of the knight, dealing not that much damage, but staggering him with a lot of power. The shockwave escaping from behind the knight’s helmet would strike one of the other knights, but Macradon had miscalculated and wasn’t able to hit the last knight nor reach Tesseleth with his <Tempest>. Death_Adder 1 Posted January 17, 2018 #150 Share Posted January 17, 2018 Looking down upon his broken blades as it had exploded out of his hands, he was just in shock. He had growled, he couldn't believe he was given such horrific weapons for such a godsend skill that could take him one step closer to controlling all these low life's. However, he couldn't stay, he had looked over to the other players who may have seen him lose his weapons just then, and he didn't want to leave an opening. Death_Adder had stood up straight and pulled a Teleport Crystal from his cloak and said out saluting away Calrex and Macradon "Well its been fun, however I appreciate my life more than I appreciate trying to help pathetic players make it through this boss. Tootles." then he had exclaimed out "Floor 21, Tomokia." as he laughed, he knew he could make it out of the town in time before any guards could get him. However he was sure that he was going to need to talk to Abel Rose to fix this... problem he currently has. Death_Adder has left the thread.
Calrex 0 Posted January 17, 2018 #151 Share Posted January 17, 2018 ID: 94253 Battle Dice: 6 (Accuracy +3) Sword Art: All Might (17 Energy Used / 1 Recovered / 108 Remaining) (18x15) - 135 = 135 DMG to Tesseleth As three more knights were freed and set upon the raid teams, Calrex gave a small sigh, letting his mind continue to remain focused. For the most part, it still seemed like the teams were holding up in terms of health and defenses. The tanks were still high enough to endure incoming blows, and the damage dealers were not completely spent on energy. Healers were making sure to do their part as well, although from what the bluenette could tell dedicated healers were becoming fewer and far between. Macradon took the first strike of the group as he charged forward and managed to Stun or Paralyze two of the knights, with one remaining and able to act, "Right now they're not out priority, especially with one team member..." Before he could finish his thought the Ultramarine Knight turned to see that their third party member, the one who possessed Dual Blades and in turn the highest damage, had pulled out a teleport crystal while still spouting whatever nonsense the man had continued to state throughout the entirety of the fight. Such types were maybe at best entertaining, and while Calrex wanted to say something he could understand why Death_Adder decided to back out. His weapons had shattered, something he had never seen previously throughout the entirety of Aincrad, which meant that he could no longer fight. "Likely didn't bring any backups either." "Whelp, guess that's what happens with one-trick ponies. Looks like it's just you and me now Mac. If those knights aren't down by the time our team comes round again I'll leave them to you. Meanwhile I'll see if I can break a tooth off of this dragon's mouth." Clenching his right hand into a fist for the first time in this fight he could feel the energy steadily building before reaching its most powerful, the shining blue aura surrounding his fists while smaller lights emanated from the back of his gauntlet like an afterburner, "There we go." Stepping forward he let his avatar become taken over by the assisted system as he guided him upwards, maneuvering past the knights and straight to Tesseleth's face. Bringing his arm back the Ultramarine Knight pushed forward with his shoulder, then arm in one fluid motion, unleashing <<All Might>> square into the dragon's jaw. Tesseleth the Tyrant 2 Posted January 17, 2018 Author #152 Share Posted January 17, 2018 OOC: Ruby here, my HP was not updated when my character took damage, @Jomei please fix in your post, and @Shield @Hirru @Zandra keep in mind it wasnt updated. Thanks for understanding. Piercing red eyes locked onto the dual wielding player, who's blades had shattered against the rough skin of the Tyrant. Before the gargantuan had a chance to tear into the skin of the unarmed player, he had vanished without a trace using a crystal..the coward. Another puny player scared away from the fight by Tesseleth's might. The dragon's large obsidian head swung around to face the other two players of the group, lips stretching to expose its many rows of sharp teeth, a deep growl pushing up from its lungs. As if responding to some sort of call, the knights charged into action at the Ultramarine Knight. The obsidian soldier who led the charge swung his blade to strike Calrex, but was immediately interrupted by a pommel to the head by Macradon. Where damage was not plenty, it was enough to send a shock through his body, and crash into one of the other knights, stunning them both for the time being. Tesseleth growled again in anger at the incompetence of his minions.. if he wanted something done, he'd have to do it himself. Looking to the blue armored player yet again, Tesseleth charged forward, swiping its clawed hand at the player, dealing a bit of damage. Jomei 0 Posted January 17, 2018 #153 Share Posted January 17, 2018 Jomei watched in shock as Tesseleth shot an obsidian spine straight into Shield, encasing him in a prison of crystal. "Dammit." Jomei cursed to himself under his breath before turning his attention back to the battle.. soon realizing that Tesseleth's piercing red eyes were locked on him, and his clawed attack was already swiping at the ginger. Jomei quickly threw his arms in front of his body in an X shape to try and block some of the damage, but the devastating attack knocked him back onto his ass, hitting the ground a few times before skidding to a stop. "I envy tanks like you Shield.." he said in a grunt as he rose to his feet, trying to shake off the discomfort left by the large clawmarks across his body. As he rose to his feet, two of the dragon knights had began their approach to attack Jomei as well. Eyes wide, Jomei quickly switched into a reverse grip and stood on the balls of his feet. As the charge of the first knight drew near, Jomei quickly swept his front foot around to dodge the attack. The second's sword swung up at Jomei, leaving him to jump back into a backwards handspring to escape being sliced wide open. "Jeez.. you guys don't mess around." As the battle progressed through the other groups, the ginger's eyes locked with those of Death Adder, who pulled out a teleport crystal after his swords had broken. Jomei sucked his teeth, "Coward!!" he shouted across to Beatbox's killed, before he disappeared with a smirk. Dammit.. this isn't good.. Jomei thought to himself, before realizing these knights would tear into them if they did not focus their attacks on them for the time being. "Lets focus on these Knights! If you have any AoE attacks, let'em have it!" he shouted before rushing at one of the knights Macradon had stunned with his <Over Radiation> sword art. [censored].. starting to wear a bit thin on energy.. he thought to himself as he looked at the small bar under his health. He shook crystal shards off of his body and squared up with the dragon, giving Beat a slight nod in thanks. He knew it wasn't necessary. He had already done his part to watch out for his companion in the fight and would likely have to continue to do so. Still, with one fewer tank on the field, the fight would be a nasty one. The blade in his hand glowed with a dim light, though not from activating a sword art. Instead, his energy flowed through the weapon, gathering at the very tip. The light formed into the familiar light blue sphere which he tossed to Beat to replenish his stores. As Jomei called out to focus on the knights, Shield nodded his acknowledgement. "This fight is designed to undermine tanks," Shield called out. "Either by ignoring them or eliminating them altogether. Those knights are a problem." Now free to move about, he strode along the floor of the cavern to stand before his party. Holding his shield aloft, he brought his sword against it like a gong, taunting the dragon with his newly gained freedom. "You're on your last legs, lizard!" Zandra 0 Posted January 18, 2018 #155 Share Posted January 18, 2018 (edited) After Zandras heal, the two dps players in her group had charged towards the dragon and at least one of them dealt damage to him. But on the bright side, thanks to that, the dragon still had two healthbars left, saving them from an attack from those crystalised knights. But there she was wrong, as the dragon retaliate, his health dropped from the status effects enough for him to summon his minions. ‘’Goddamnit.’’ She cursed to herself. The knights have turned out to be a much greater threat then the dragon itself, and Zandra didn’t wanted to waste more energy on healing, even if that was her actual purpose here. Whats even worse, their tank also got crystalised and unable to act. Luckily thou his wife came and saved him. From all the energy recover he have done to him he probably deserved that. The healer thougth. ‘’Jomei!’’ Zandra shouted out with panic in her eyes when she saw the huge hand slashed into the man she once shared her love with. She got frozen in place as she saw his health drop almost a third. Just a few players acted after this. One player even left. ‘’Slacker.’’ She mumbled to herself. So now it was the first groups turn to take command. Jomei charged one of the knights and dealt a great amount of damage on him. ‘’Nice one there lo… Jomei!’’ Zandra let out louder then intended. Right before he hand landed the he had mentioned that if they had any AoE, time to use them. ‘’Hmm…’’ the alchemist said and scratched her chin. ‘’Do I have any AoE?’’ she said ironically.’’Oh right I do.’’ The Berserk Healer lowered her stance and smirked, taking a steady grip of her black and burning axe. ‘’Hehe, you dragon knights think you are something huh? I will show you who the power of a real dragon.’’ Next second she bursted forward, leaving a dustcloud behind her as her charge skill activated. When she was in range of all the dragon knights she swung her doublesided axe twice, cleaving thru two of them, leaving red stripes across their virtual bodies. But she had miscalculated the range, and the third knight went unharmed. ‘’Damnit!’’ she said and slammed the weapon into the ground, sending a shockwave against the two damaged target, reducing their health a bit more. As she returned to the rest of her group, she had an irritated look on her face because of her miss. Even thou the two that have been hit had lost almost a third of their health. Hirru 0 Posted January 20, 2018 #156 Share Posted January 20, 2018 (edited) The wasn't much time to think on the matter now. The three knights were out and were hitting as hard as they could. A huge chunk of Jomei's health was cascaded away from only one attack, but he was fast enough to get away from the others. With that and the dual wielder unknown losing both of their blades and dipping out of the raid as fast as he could, that left them with a sizable amount of Tesseleth's health remaining, and the remainder of what the knights had. All was well that could end well, it seemed. Mac and Calrex would have the time of their lives for a while, but Mac had the Ancient blade, so they could fend off for some stuns and paralysis attempts. In the meanwhile, the hunter didn't know what to fully do at this point. With half of his energy already depleted, using an AOE would be risky, however, it would be beneficial to all. Shield didn't howl, so nearly all attention was on Zandra and Jomei for their own attacks. However, that wasn't how the knights worked. They attack "the other target" instead. Which meant that whoever had the secondary hate between all of the party was going to get hit the most. Zandra may be fine with her mitigation, and Jomei with his evasion, but one of them is a sitting duck if all three go after them. If the hunter decided to stun one, that may give some leeway for them... but... The hunter burst forward towards the group of knights, with a readied red hue of AOE damage. When he reached the second knight, however, he stopped with stances changing, sword art changing from a red AOE, to an orange Stun. The nine hit combination attack to weaken ones arms and knock them over the head with a stunning pommel strike, <<Nova Ascension>>. "Let's see your blade go through this!" He called out before bracing himself against any onslaught from the other two. He didn't know how they would work against "other targets" without hate. "Careful with your AOE attacks! Measure if you think you can take all three hits or not! Plan your attacks from there." The hunter would shout out to the other teams, although, he didn't know if they would listen or not. Tesseleth the Tyrant 2 Posted January 20, 2018 Author #157 Share Posted January 20, 2018 Just as Tesseleth had suspected, all of the players of the first group's attention turned on the knights. The dragon merely took a step back, letting his minions do the fighting for him, watching.. waiting for the moment to strike. Rows of sharp teeth emerged from behind the dragons lips, as he let out a low growl. Red, piercing eyes locked on the player who had been freed of the crystal prison, preparing for the right moment to strike. The first of the knights charged at Shield, raising its large broadsword over its head, before dragging it through the man's heavy armor. The single strike had been mostly mitigated by the tank's armor, dealing even more damage back to the knight with the thorns attached to it. Tesseleth took this as the right opportunity to strike. Launching himself from the shadows, he charged at the wounded player, slashing its large claw at the man. The damage he had dealt was much more than that of the knight, yet Tesseleth felt the same sting from Shield's thorns. Hikoru 0 Posted January 22, 2018 #158 Share Posted January 22, 2018 Hikoru prepared his attack as he watched Death_Adder leave the battlefield as his weapons broke. His face was full of confusion. Did weapons have durability? He looked at Limbo's Fang and he knew that there was a chance it could break on him as well. He had this weapon for a long long time. If durability was truly a thing, this weapon would be starting to run dry no doubt. He watched the Dragon knights as their health went down. He targeted the lowest one out of the three and jumped, doing a backflip as he landed behind him, his Shadowed Path Sword Art activated, stabbing the dragon knight through the heart, then stabbing repeatedly. He soon landed below and stabbed his dagger within him, grabbing a grip on his armor and twirling him, throwing him up in the air. He looked over at his team. "ITZAL! SHADOW-!" He called out, then questioned whether or not he would understand what he meant when he called out to him. He just hoped it made sense. ID: 94619 BD: 6+3=9 Hit! Itzal 0 Posted January 22, 2018 #159 Share Posted January 22, 2018 This fight was dragging on, and on, and on. Itzal saw this boss not as dangerous, but as a tedious one if he was being honest. Especially since three more dragon knights had been freed, though he felt that this would be the last time given the amount of health left on the dragon. Massive amounts of health, massive amounts of mitigation. And now three dragon knights. Kayaba really wanted them to take their time didn't he? While it was true that Itzal had half his health remaining, it was mainly due to him dropping his guard previously. That wouldn't be happening a second time. He was about to activate Meteor Break when Hikoru attacked and called out to Itzal. Itzal was very confused at first before Velnia spun around and around in front of him. He connected the dots. Shadow Whirlwind. That was a combo he and Itzal came up with... Well, during one of the very rare and few times they actually interacted. Itzal rushed over and launched into the air, Velnia giving him a boost. He then activated the sword art and, with Velnia's help, struck him over and over again by dashing at him from all sides, pushing off of Velnia when he passed the monster in order to strike again. The final strike was from above the knight, smashing down at it into the ground below before rolling safely and dashing back to the others. Beat 0 Posted January 22, 2018 #160 Share Posted January 22, 2018 (edited) "Thanks!" Beat said to Shield as he moved around the battlefield, his eyes darting from the giant dragon to the knights swarming his party and himself. Though he knew the damage would be minimal, his weapon would make up the difference by hopefully stopping at least one of them. Beat leapt into the air, his body becoming a blur as he began spinning around quickly, his glowing leg outstretched, giving him the appearance of a top. "Eat this!" Beat released his sword air, a tornado spawning from his technique and hurtling towards the group of enemies. With a loud boom, the artificial disaster struck its target, cutting and slashing the dragon knights and their charge. As he had hoped, the Dragon and one of the knights gradually became encrusted with ice and wreathed in an electric effect, holding them completely still. "Gotcha!" Beat landed softly and bent over as he struggled to catch his breath. His energy bar had been dancing in the red for a while, but it was now getting to the point that he found himself winded. This needs to end soon...I can't keep this up...
