Embers wanted to hit Pinball, so badly. And even his guild leader giving her a warning made the girls anger start to flare up. She hated orders, and that was one. She snarled at the boy, but backed away. While she didn’t like Pinball, he wasn’t worth killing, yet.

Standing off to the side, the girl made a single, clear whistle, and Rowan, her familiar, finally joined. She often allowed the White-Tailed Hawk to do his own thing, after all, he had the freedom of wings. She would love to fly, but he knew his place. With her. It was their dynamic, he belonged to her, and she, in turn, belonged to him. That was their nature. She made a single, inhuman growl at the bird, before pulling out her scythe, her familiar hanging out on her armour-plated shoulder.

The girl watched the others attack the, somewhat, cute drake, but cute meant nothing to the girl as she charged forwards, her Hawk showing her where to strike and distracting her target long enough to land a clean series of blows, before taking a step back. While she didn’t care for protecting the others, she wanted the drake to target her. After all, she was worth the attention.

The battle had started. Now admittantly it was 8 against one, however, that wasn’t’ what Eatos reminded herself as she watched Stryder make the first attack. What was important to remember was that this was practice for the future, that the higher floors dragons would be threats and their groups would been to be able to work well together. So far, it hadn’t honestly gone too badly. Stryder had coped the return damage, but he was tanky enough to survive the encounter. Out of her own team, which hadn’t been striked again, the girl knew there was little point trying to heal. You couldn’t overheal an ally, and none of them were injured. She would simply have to wait, and held her position in the backlines.

The girl glanced at her side, and saw the Katana sitting there, waiting, almost begging, to be used. But she knew she couldn’t, there were so many reasons why she couldn’t hold that weapon, not any time soon however. So instead, she watched and waited for when she would be needed.

Sky simply watched as one by one, his guild attacked and participated in the combat. He was glad that everyone got a hit in, and he planned to let everyone else get the final hits. He quickly dashed in, his right leg glowing a bright yellow as he backflipped, attempting to use his Cresent Moon sword art, but his momentum was way off, the force of the flip sent him to far, his foot smashing into a tree when he tried to connect the kick, a large 'immortal object' icon appearing, bouncing him WAY off and smashing into the ground. He leaped up, looking at the hatchling. Well, he failed, so what. The others could get the kill like he wanted, and besides, he wouldn't have dne that muh with the weak attack he had just attempted to use. He looked at Hei, nodding at him, then saw Eatos taking it easy, and not drawing her weapon. He was glad about that... It wouldn't go well if she did.

Hei had followed up after Stryders first attack, and the fight had started. After his attack, the rest of his team had stayed away from the dragon, as Tsu had healed Stryder and Pin had just not done anything really. Hei wasn't sure what it meant, but probably Pin had gotten way stronger and hadn't wanted to kill the dragon. When the dragon tried to move and leap at the second team, it was hindered by the stun Stryder had applied to it. Saphira was the first one of the second team to attack the dragon and even though her attack didn't deal more that a sliver of damage, he saw the bleeding symbol appearing right next to it's HP bar.
Hydra and shortly after Stryder missed their attacks, not only not damaging it, but also showing how hard fighting could be from time to time. Embers using her scythe actually damaged the dragon and Hei was happy that she hadn't attacked Pinball. He didn't knew her that well, but from the little he knew, he was sure that she could be driven by anger and so maybe even able to kill someone. Eatos was just waiting, but what should she do, as no one had been hurt in her team. As it was his turn again, Hei charged forth, his spear beginning to glow, as he jumped into the air and used the spears tip to hit the dragon from above. The dragons scaled didn't let much damage go through, but at least he did a little, so the others would have it more easy to end the fight.

Tsu watched as Pin had apparently decided not to kill the dragon instantly. She knew that he was strong, but he had gotten stronger than she thought if simply attacking would most likely kill the dragon. Saph had done a little bit of damage, and got the dragon bleeding too, which was good. Hei did a little bit of damage, and Stryder had missed hitting the ground after kicking a tree. He still had some missing HP, so Tsu decided to try and heal more of it back up. Tsu could hardly do damage, so healing was her only real option for helping out. She ran up to Stryder and licked him on the cheek with her glowing tongue again, and some of Stryder's HP returned, with it getting back into the 600s. Looking at the dragon's health, it was nearly dead and it could be finished off by one good attack. Tsu took a few steps back again just to stay out of everyone's way, as well get a little bit further away from the dragon.

First Aid 1 used, healing 24 HP to Stryder

Pinball watched the battle unfold around him, watching everything happen in a daze. He was consumed by negative feelings at this point, every heartbeat feeling as if it were a numb throb. The dragon was nearly defeated. Finish it, he thought. Do something. As if in a trance, Pinball gave his spear a twirl, and charged the dragon. His spear glowed three colors, alternating between themselves: Purple, from the Sword Art he was activating; blue, from Freeze activating; and a pure white, from Phase activating. His attack hit the dragon full force, and in a brilliant display of flashy lights and scattering shards of ice, Pinball stood where the dragon once was, spear in hand. This is terrible. You shouldn't be here. Pinball gave the group a thumbs up, and began to walk away, his job done. "Catch ya on the flip side, nerds." He didn't want to be a part of any more of these guild quests. He wanted to be alone.

The second dragon was never the threat. As each member took their turn, if it wasn’t clear before, it was now. The only dragons that would prove threats would be from Floor 5 and higher, possibly. And even then, they would have plans to deal with it. Eatos watched as the dragon was slain, by Pin of all people. Not only was he unexpected, but he seemed to have a decent level. But of all things, there was something else that bothered her. Something she would need to sak him personally….

“Well, that seems to conclude this” She said to the gathered group “I’ll let you know when the third dragon becomes available. Also, please make sure you upgrade your equipment. It won’t be long until these drakes start proving a risk…” She didn’t want to spell it out, but if someone died under her own watch? She’d never forgive herself.
