About: History/personality
History: Her family being one of the wealthiest ones on her area she lives on the Eastern Coast of Japan. Her parents were very strict about her grades and her intelligence to the point where if she didn't bring home good grades she would not be allowed to leave the house that weekend to go to watch the performances at the local theatre. She was a very introverted girl and didn't get to go out much as it was not her type of crowd. She preferred to stay inside with a good book or a good documentary on the television. Since her family was so rich there was no need to go to public school however she learned that most rich families are stuck up or snobby and she vowed to herself to never become that way. A pen pal of hers in Kyoto was a huge gamer and he talked about a brand new release coming out aiming to be a big deal. She spoke to her parents thinking that video games would be something to keep her in the house to study, they agreed reluctantly however she was told she would be limited to one hour of play per day. What she didn't know was how her world was about to be turned upside-down. 

Personality: One of the most introverted people you will ever meet Yurei would top them in a heart beat. She is highly intellectual when it comes to book smarts but has no real knowledge of street smarts. She is seeker of that which she does not completely understand. She prefers to be the smartest person of the group but also the kindest. When she used to go to the theatre she used to stop by a homeless shelter and donate an exponential amount of money because she felt bad for those less fortunate than herself. She was also always quick to defend someone if they didn't understand something and anyone bullied them.

Virtues:

Kind - One of her biggest virtues is how kinda she truly is. No matter what her situation is she she is always nice to other people. She would rather make everyone happy before herself.

Modesty - Yurei is a really reserved girl and prefers not to stand out in a crowd. She prefers a fair fight but in a world where it's a numbers game she's more open to change. Yurei also doesn't take compliments too well.

Courage - Being trapped inside of a death game make one have to make decisions Yurei chose to tend to the front instead of hand back. Yurei made the changes to herself and was willing to disregard her past for a brighter future. She intends to lead or at least be close to the front as long as she can be.

Flaws:

Phobic - Arachnophobia has plagued her for years. Something about a small creature with several eyes and eight legs with the power to kill someone is frightening. Sometimes her phobia gets so bad that she freezes and refuses to move or cannot move.

Rigorous - The rules are set in place for a reason and they should be followed. If you don't follow the rules, you should be punished to the fullest extent. This is how Yurei feels about laws as well as video game rules.

Soft-Hearted - Sometimes her kindness is mistaken for weakness, and they would be correct. Some times she is too nice to people and it puts her into strange predicaments. However she isn't gullible and fall for the obvious however she will go over board with kind gestures.
