Vigilon walked over to the bulletin board of Taft, the eleventh floor's primary settlement. "If what I was told is true, there's no way I can take this thing on alone... I need some allies that can fight this thing." He thought. He thought of how he could do it, and once he had something in mind, he grabbed a sheet of paper and started on something to place on the bulletin board.
