Profile
Username: Mordecai
Real name: Malcom Blake
Age: 18 - 20
Gender: Male
Height: 5’10”

About: History/personality
Malcom was never considered spoiled. He played around with everybody and when it would go south, his friends or siblings would step in and have his back. He wasn’t heartless, as he would always have their back too, but he was still rude. His father was a rich businessman and his mom was a trophy wife, so his life was never normal. Especially considering he was the only kid of three that was adopted into a family he didn’t know in a country he didn’t know. He never knew his real parents and never had any intention to meet them, cause to him, they obviously didn’t want to meet him. He had taken the name of a family who had fostered him until he was adopted into another family, and then they moved back to Japan.

He had asked for a small video system for his birthday, so his parents pre-ordered the nerve gear. After that, his parents split up and while the boy waited for his new family to fall apart, he also watched as his old mom had taken all the money and gambled it away.

He went out to get a job a month before the game started, and when he finally got one and started making friends, the Nerve Gear arrived. He placed it on his head and said those fateful words, sending him to be trapped in a world of swords and monsters. His first order of business was training. Going out into the field to practice, he spent a few hours walking and looking for a quiet place to chop down the monsters by his lonesome, but people were all doing the same thing. That is, until they were all teleported into the main plaza and given that message they all tried to forget.

Virtues:

Outgoing- There isn’t much you can do to keep Mordecai from introducing himself. He had spent years being the center of attention, and would bask in the glory of being a rich man’s son. He was especially good at making friends with people who were quiet and getting them to open up.

Flirtatious- Mordecai was never shy when it came to expressing attraction, especially not when it was mostly in the form of jokes. He always made his intentions known through subtle innuendos and sometimes innocent physical contact. It was one of the first rules of business, to know how to persuade someone.

Patient- Mordecai was good at waiting for things, he was always calm and easy going when he wanted something. He would smile and sit down, ready for whatever happens, but not too ready. He was always happy to take a while, sit back and watch things progress naturally.

Flaws

Flirtatious- Mordecai has no filter, and as such never learned to stop flirting. He’s not very good at taking things seriously either, it was part of his charm in the real world but here it just gets annoying to most people. He doesn’t let this affect him however, he always tries to have a good time.

Distrusting- While he seems open and friendly, he never truly trusts anyone. He had grown up in a world of fake people and shady business tactics. Everyone would lie to you to make you want what they’re selling, and Mordecai saw right through their crap, eventually turning it against them.

Conniving- The boy was always trying to get what he wants, and with his dad running a business in the cut throat modern business world, it took a lot of convincing. He learned that with the right words and the right charm, you could have anything. He went to the various restaurants and built up a knack for lying and convincing, making him a dangerous businessman and even more dangerous conman.
