Kityuisa was waiting for the NPC, Zakariah to finish talking so she could accept his quest. A few more seconds passed of his dialog and when the quest window popped up, Kityuisa pressed the big circle, accepting the quest. Moving out from his own workshop, the quest seemed easy enough. It had three parts to it, two of them hidden. Her first task would be obtaining five tier one materials for Zakariah. She would fetch them and deliver them, what happened from there, Kityuisa only based on the rumors. She had been told of this quest from an info broker, it was an easy gain of levels and skill points. Something that Kityuisa wanted for herself. The edge of town passed her field of vision, she had been lost in her thoughts on her way out. Now that she was out of the town she would be able to begin her search for materials for Zakariah.

The first thing in Kityuisa's line of vision was a bush. Easy enough, I think? Kityuisa was in no hurry to complete the quest, as it had no time limit. She casually strolled over to the bush, her eyes alert, looking to see if there were any monsters. With a small shrug, Kityuisa had seen nothing. She bent down and began her search in the rather small bush. Despite how small the bush was, Kityuisa thought that it might have something useful to her. At first, it seemed she would come out, empty handed. However as she continued her search she spotted something rather... Shiny, picking it up, she grinned. Even the smallest things have value. Placing the material into her inventory she stood to her feet. She had found one out of five materials so far! Kityuisa scanned, once again checking for any monsters that might hinder her search.

Upon spotting no monsters nearby, Kityuisa scanned for the next area she could search from. Her eyes falling on a clump of grass that seemed taller than the rest of the grass nearby. Curiously tilting her head, Kityuisa walked closer. Her fingers plucking grass, looking to see the reason for the way it was taller. Her eyes befell a rather strange device. It seemed to be water? But it was hard like a rock. Picking it up, she fiddled with it in her fingers. It was really rather strange. Shrugging it off, she figured that it had some use to Zakariah and put it in her inventory as well. This quest seems too easy.. What's the catch? Kityuisa stood away from the grass, her curiosity had bared fruitfull. With two materials on hand for the NPC that had asked for her help, Kityuisa couldn't believe how easy the quest seemed to be.

Kityuisa was now standing and searching for monsters yet again, No sign of anything this close to town, that's a good thing I think.. Kityuisa walked to the next area for her goal. A set of mid-sized rocks. Crouching down, Kityuisa began her search. Something seemed to glow in the sun and Kityuisa wanted whatever was glowing. Moving her fingers towards the glow, she finally arrived. Seeing it, it seemed to be shaped into the rock. Kityuisa angled her fingers in such a way to try and pull it from the rock. Pulling as hard as she could, it fruited no result. You really need a pickaxe for this, huh.. Kityuisa suddenly had an idea and pulled her dagger out. Placing it perfectly aligned, she began to try and pry the shiny thing out from the rock. This kept going on for about a minute and a small sweat drop fell from Kityuisa's face. At last, her dagger that had been working to pry the glowing object from the rock had succeeded! The object fell from the rock as Kityuisa fell to her bottom. However when the material dropped to the ground it burst into pixels. Ugh.. way to go Yui! Kityuisa silently beat herself up.

Kityuisa had no luck with the rock and was hoping to find some luck with her next search. Spotting a tree a few feet away, Kityuisa sauntered on over to the tree's base. Her fingers moving forward to feel the bark. Nothing of interest seemed to pop her mind, minus the fruit above. Looking for some way to climb the tree, Kityuisa began to climb, stopping at a small nook that she had found. She could do with a mid-day snack, even if she had to eat it instead of giving it to Zakariah, she'd still feel good about herself and could easily search for more after her snack. Reaching for the closest apple, Kityuisa leaned as far as she could. When she was within a fingertip, her footing slipped and Kityuisa fell from the tree, Fuuuuudge! What the heck tree! Kityuisa in a fit of anger stood to her feet and kicked the tree, only falling once more to her bum.

Kityuisa shook off her defeat before standing back to her feet, she turned away from the tree, not very happy with it. But a slight breeze made the leaves seem to whistle at her. Turning back around, Kityuisa saw a small breakaway in the bark from where she had kicked, and ledge in the middle of it seemed to be some sort of sappy liquid. With a grin on her face, Kityuisa pulled out an empty bottle that Zakariah had given her just in case and collected as much as the bottle could hold. Placing it in her inventory, Kityuisa stretched, Good work, Yui! Another one down, only two more to go! Barely any time had passed and Kityuisa groaned. I would love an excuse to go sleep after this tree deposited me on my bum. Kityuisa rolled her eyes, the time in this quest seemed to go by slower than the time she spent in the garden.

Kityuisa couldn't help but feel exasperated, WHY CANT IT BE NIGHT ALREADY? Kityuisa had never wished for it to be night once in the entire two years that she had been in the game. She had always wanted more daylight to keep up her search for her sister, or to continue quests. But for once, Kityuisa had no real care in the world about experiencing as much daylight as she could. She had gone out rather late for the quest, and it was only about mid-day. A small groan encased her thoughts as she shrugged her shoulders. Might as well keep up the search.. Kityuisa went to another nearby bush and began her search once again. Her fingers clinking over a rather large branch, "Allow me to take from what you have provided." After she spoke her piece, she snapped the branch off and stored it in her inventory, "Thank you for providing." She bowed down to the bush and stood back up straight, her eyes scanning for monsters, once again.

Kityuisa wanted to take a break from searching, so that was what she did. Her feet brought her right back up to the tree that had deposited her onto the soil beneath her feet. Finding a nice, soft patch of grass, Kityuisa sat her bum down. Leaning her body against the tree's body, she looked up at the sky. Today was a rather cloud day, and one would be unable to see the sun. Lifting her fingers up to the sky, she began to trace shapes in the sky. Shapes that the clouds provided her with. Doing these kinds of things solo, its rather fun.. I don't have to deal with anyone and no one has to know that I am not spending most of my time trying to find my sister... I really do miss her... The clouds moved a little bit, and a small ray of sunlight shone down onto the grassy fields before disappearing as fast as it had appeared.

The sun that had appeared for a second had shown Kityuisa a rather interesting spot, she stood to her feet and walked there, recalling from memory the exact location that the sun had hit. By the time she got there, Kityuisa was ready for another search. She bent down, looking down the rabbit hole it had shown her to see a rather fuzzy looking plant. Reaching down, hoping not to be bitten by any rabbits, remembering her previous experience with fighting a rabbit, Kityuisa carefully and easily plucked the fuzzy thing from the earth. She looked it over, her mind being filled with the wishing flowers that her sister and her used to blow. The dandelions, everyone knew they were weeds... But they always felt so magical to Kityuisa. Placing the item in her inventory she checked her quest progress. She had all the mats that she had needed and it was time to go hand them over to Zakariah.

Kityuisa looked at the plains around her, it had yielded her good replies, at least that's what she felt. Walking away from the fields, Kityuisa entered the town of Beginnings. The usual hustle and bustle of players that had never left town and NPCs going about their day, filled Kityuisa's heart up. She loved the Town of Beginnings, but she also had mixed feelings for it. Making her way to Zakariah's shop seemed to be no hard-ship at all. Kityuisa saw Zakariah and he offered her a wide, warm smile, "You got all the materials Kityuisa?" Kityuisa gave a small nod and accepted the NPC's trade request. She looked at her inventory and scrolled until she found the five materials marked [Quest] T1 Materials. She put all five in the trade window and pressed her own confirm button. When Zakariah pressed his confirm button, Kityuisa's quest log got updated and Zakariah went into another predetermined dialog.

Kityuisa tuned the NPC out and looked at her quest log, Craft one healing potion in Zakariah's workshop, easy enough i think... Kityuisa moved her mind back to the present to hear the tail-end of Zakariah's dialog. "Anyways, follow me Kityuisa, I'll lead you to my workshop!" Kityuisa followed Zakariah to the back, and she saw all the bottles lining the shelves. "I like your workshop, you must have spent a lot of time in here." Zakariah seemed taken back, as if no one had ever said that before, "Thank you Kityuisa, you're a real charm, y'know that?" Kityuisa smiled, "So are you!" Zakariah grinned, "All you gotta do is take this here, and that there and combine em in this tool here." Kityuisa nodded her head, heeding his instructions she did just what he had told her to do. Combining the materials that Zakariah had given her she began her craft. By the time it was done, Kityuisa held a perfect vial of healing.

Kityuisa offered the potion to Zakariah and he took it in his hands, "What... A-a Perfect quality on the first try? I've never seen anything like this.. You might just be a protege!" Kityuisa blushed as she took the compliment, "I wasn't sure what to do at first but you're directions are the reason I succeeded! Thank you for helping me Zakariah.." Kityuisa placed a gentle hand on the right shoulder of the NPC, "You helped me learn a lot!" Zakariah smiled, "Well, with that success you can come and help me any time that you want to!" Kityuisa smiled, "I'd be happy to keep helping you Zak.." Kityuisa watched as Zakariah began to cry, "You even gave me a nickname.. No one has ever given me a nickname." Kityuisa gave Zakariah a look of friendliness and embraced him in a hug. Zakariah hugged her back, holding as long as possible until a ping sounded.

As Zakariah checked the message he had received, Kityuisa checked her own inventory and began to sort all of the contents. Zakariah had finished reading the message and replying by the time Kityuisa finished sorting her inventory. "I got a message from a friend of mine, he needs a couple of items... Would you be okay with delivering the items to him? I have to hold the shop down.." Kityuisa gave the man a gentle nod, and watched as he began gathering the items into a single parcel. A few minutes passed and as the sound of the bell, meaning a customer had come into the shop sounded, Zakariah was holding the parcel in front of Kityuisa. "Here's the package.." Kityuisa nodded and listened as Zakariah gave her directions to his friend's Lyle's workshop, "Thanks again, Kityuisa. You can stop by any time!" Kityuisa grinned and waved, making her way out the door of Zak's shop.

Kityuisa looked up at the sky, the parcel still in her grasp. It really was a cloudy day... Kityuisa groaned internally, it made her want to just sleep! At least it isn't raining... Kityuisa thought of how much worse it would be if it were raining. Her delivery was all the way across the town, seemed easy enough. She just had to keep walking. As Kityuisa walked, she heard the voice of a woman, turning her face she saw it was an NPC being cornered by a.. player? Kityuisa couldn't tell if it was a player or another NPC. She dropped the parcel and ran towards the two of them, pulling out her dagger What the fudge are you doing, you don't care about others, what the crap! Kityuisa skidded to a halt in between the two of them, "Leave her alone." Kityuisa's thoughts fought her own mind, as the man who looked at Kityuisa spat. She felt her face grow wet, her eyes turning callous and cruel. "I said. Leave her. Alone." Kityuisa took her dagger, and pointed towards the man. "If you hurt me, you'll turn orange!" Kityuisa pulled herself closer, "You think I care?" Kityuisa pushed her dagger closer to the man, "Uh... uh... I should go.." Kityuisa nodded, and watched as the man who had been harassing the woman fled the scene. Putting her dagger back in its sheath she looked at the woman. She held out her hand to help her to her feet.

As the woman thanked Kityuisa for her help, it began to rain. Kityuisa groaned internally. This day cannot get any worse... With a frown, Kityuisa bowed. "I still have an errand to run, so I should get going..." Kityuisa turned to go and pick up the parcel she had dropped. But to her horror it was not there! Kityuisa scanned the floor around where she had sworn she had dropped it. Turning around, she turned to face the NPC but she was no where to be found. Kityuisa looked back to the floor, something smelled fishy... Kityuisa thought back to the man she had threatened. Her attention had been elsewhere when he was leaving... She had been looking at the woman. Thinking back to where the woman's attention was, Kityuisa thought long and hard. HER ATTENTION WAS ON THE SPOT I PUT THE PACKAGE... Kityuisa's eyes widened in horror, they were teaming up? Kityuisa had to find them...

Kityuisa must make an LD search to find the couple. If she rolls LD 15+ she finds them, if she does not she must keep searching until she gets a roll 15+. Upon finding them, she must make a BD roll of 7+ in order to persuade them to give it to her. If she fails, she must keep trying. After five fails, Kityuisa must research for the couple.

Kityuisa groaned internally. Getting an idea on how to find the couple. Kityuisa climbed her way to the nearest roof. Glancing downwards, she looked. Every now and then she would move to another rooftop. She seemed to be lucky, because as she glanced at an inn, she caught sight of the woman she had "helped" walking inside. Kityuisa leaped across the rooftops, until she slid down to the front of the inn, scaring an NPC that was walking towards the entrance. Kityuisa apologized and continued, racing inside to catch sight of them going upstairs. Kityuisa kept heading towards them. She walked up the stairs, and waited until they went into the room they wanted to go into. Kityuisa rushed to the door and opened it. Thankfully it wasn't locked. The couple looked up in surprise, "Ahahah you found us, eh?" Kityuisa narrowed her eyes, "You have something that belongs to me. Give it back or else." The man looked her over, "Hmm I don't think so. Finders keepers."

Kityuisa narrowed her eyes. "Give. It. Back." She withdrew her dagger once more. "I'm not scared of you, y'know." Kityuisa walked closer, "I would rethink that statement." The man stood up straight, now towering over her. "I'm taller and probably stronger." Kityuisa tilted her head, "I don't need height to take you down." Kityuisa decided to fudge a little lie, telling the man that she killed something that she hadn't killed and showed him the "fake loot" for it. "Keep it if you want. That will get you some nice col. Nicer col than this crappy parcel will give you." The man raised his eyebrows, "How do I know you're telling the truth?" Kityuisa flicked her dagger, rotating it by tossing it in the air and instantly climbing on the bed at the same time, now standing behind him she drew her dagger to his neck, "Do you really want to test me?" The man shook his head no and the woman who Kityuisa had thought was an NPC (She really wasn't) handed her the parcel of goods.

Now that Kityuisa had the parcel of goods that she had to deliver to the NPC Lyle Tealeaf. His shop was still a ways away. Kityuisa placed the parcel in her inventory this time so that it wouldn't get stolen again. She left the room that she had been in but on her way out of the inn she stopped by the front. "Can I get a quick meal to go?" The NPC nodded and Kityuisa exchanged some col for some food to go. Taking a bite, she began to head towards the door. "Thanks for dealing with those two by the way." Kityuisa looked back and winked at the NPC that had said it, "No problem. They got what's coming for them. When I find my sister, i'll be back." Kityuisa turned back to where the door was located. She exited the building while taking a bite from the hearty meal the NPC had made for her.

Kityuisa was now out of the inn but the rain was still dropping from the sky. Kityuisa grimaced, Might as well get this dumb quest over with... She walked out into the rain and began her trek towards the local blacksmith's. A while passed before she got there, and by the time she was there she was drenched. At least the parcel is dry... When she got inside, her eyes lit up at the sight of a warm fire going in the back. She walked up and rang the small bell that was set up on the edge of the counter. "Hello? I come from Zakariah's he has some stuff for you?" She took the parcel out of her inventory and placed it on the counter. She heard some mumbling coming from the back and some movement here and there. "One moment please!" Kityuisa took the time that the guy gave her to look around.

There were swords all around the place, armor hanging from the walls. Kityuisa grinned widely but it turned to a frown when she looked down at her dress. The NPC finally walked out from the back. When he caught sight of her drenched figure he laughed, "Come on back, i'll let ya warm yourself by the fire." Kityuisa nodded her thanks and followed the man to the back. He led her to the fire before telling her to wait. Kityuisa put her hands out towards the fire until the man came back holding a plain white garment in his hands. "Here, change into this and we can get that dress of yours dried in no time at all!" The older man left the room, and closed the door to the back. Kityuisa thankfully changed into the white dress. The man knocked after a few seconds, "You all good in there?" Kityuisa shouted back that she was all changed. He came in and hung her dress up near the heat of the fire for her.
