Hestia 0 Posted July 20, 2020 #123 Share Posted July 20, 2020 I walk into the shop and find myself rather surprised at how different the outside is from inside with how clean everything is within it. Compared to the outside that looks like a abandoned dump in the worst part of the town, the inside is something that i could only think would belong in something like a 1980 or 1990s teen movie. The old style eateries they showed in the movies where the main cast of characters would go to the local "diner" to grab a bite of food while saying exposition to the film. Walking over towards the counter i shout out. Hey is anybody here! Once the owner would step out i would take out from my inventory a hand sized scale that is of a blue and silver coloring to it that reflects the light within the establishment. This is a drop you could only get from killing the twenty fourth floor boss. i want to use this to cover the expenses of 4 raid level buffs for any upcoming raids that will be happening. think you can do that for me? I ask the man as i then hand him the scale in question to evaluate it and look it over before hearing that he will take the deal as i the just nod and give a wave. Send a message to me when you're done the name is Hestia if you need the name! I shout over to him as i then leave the establishment with not a word more and a smile upon my face. The other part was that even in the event he was hit with a large order, he would be able to fulfill it much more easily. Between items he'd taken off of his shelves and what he'd managed to make fresh over the past couple of days, Oscar was proud to say that Hestia's order had been completely met. The promptness was motivated by the Frontliner sweetening the deal with a drop from the last boss raid. He wasn't ashamed to admit that he wanted it purely to make his loadout - already filled with powerful items - that much more powerful. Deft fingers opened up a sequence of interfaces. A message field propagated into the space in front of him. Oscar typed deftly with his right hand while his left made sure the order was absolutely ready to go. 'Well i guess some people just like that feeling of doing a good job, or maybe he just likes cooking that much that he just does it for fun and had things already on hand?' i think to myself with a small smile upon my face at the thought as i make my way over towards the counter and once more shout the name of the owner. Hey oscar i'm here for my order! When i receive the list of items i double check it to make sure nothing was forgotten from the order nodding my head after giving it a second order with a soft whisper underneath my breathe. yep that's four of each of them. Glancing back up to the owner of the shop i offer a simple smile and a wave of my hand. I'll be back here if i ever need buffs from a cook again. Stay safe. She didn't want them to have a tack on every movement she made. The white-haired girl pushed open the aged door to the hotdog shop and deactivated her hiding skill. Out of sight from the guards, she'd now be able to make her purchase. Stepping forward, Hidden would display an awkward smile. "Hey umm... can I get a protein item p-please?" That last word felt almost wrong as it escaped her mouth. Manners were almost difficult for her after the couple of years just demanding things. Desired Items: 1x T1 Rare Protein Item. The confusion was expected and Crozeph just wanted to buy something when he saw that the stand is actually a place. As he entered, he saw how clean the place was and polished to perfection. "Even my breath would slip on these" he thought. He went to the counter and did his business, buy some items. The last hotdog he saw was Cerberus and its evolved form. This time a food that he always ate when he runs out of money from his paycheck. "I-I'd like a..." Watching somebody with a hot dog stand taking himself as seriously as possible was... incredibly refreshing, actually. The smell on its own reminded him all the way back to trips that he and Lily had gone on around town, countless times as children. Always going by the hot dog stand right next to the park and running down the highway's pavement to get to downtown and look around, maybe play tag or go to the movies. All the sweet memories... By the time that he'd snapped out of it, the foods were ready. He quickly passed the Col over to Oscar and grinned, taking the foods and dipping his head in. "I can't explain how grateful I am.
