Pisces 0 Posted August 19, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 19, 2019 (edited) Profile Username: Pisces Real name: Alexander Pine Age: 20 -22 Gender: Male Height: 5’8” Appearance: An average height for a man makes it much easier to be muscular, so Xander took advantage of that and got as fit as he could be while trying to be able to hide it. Some people can get so annoying when they find out you are of a certain body type. His medium blonde hair has been compared to that of a king, and his green eyes hint at his Irish Heritage. Spoiler About: History/personality Alexander wasn’t an outgoing person in his early years. In elementary school he just sat in the corner and would draw funny comics making fun of his teacher. Every now and then he would show his stories to the girl who sat next to him in class, but after a few months their teacher switched up seats and the two barely spoke after that. Xander would still draw every day, refining his art skills and mastering his shading to draw incredibly realistic pictures. He would often sketch the people in his class to practice, but would often be disappointed by the outcome. His art was never bad, but to him it was horrible and he would throw it away, crumpled up to the point that it would fill the trash can in his class. His art teacher found his drawings and spoke to him after school, admiring his work and telling him to keep practicing and maybe join the art club. After a week of thinking Xander told his teacher no, and that he had other things to do. Alone and having no friends meant to different thing to the boy. He was happy being the only one at his table during lunch, not playing tag on the play ground. Not having anyone to ask him what he’s drawing, interrupting him and throwing him off. But having no one to talk to meant no distractions from the world around him. He always felt like he was on the outside, like he would never truly know anything about anyone unless he changed who he was entirely. The loneliness soon set in for the boy. He would watch on the playground every day as some kids would play tag, some would play red rover. The monkey bars had some kid on top thinking he was king of the world, and then there was one group. This group stuck out and made him wonder why the people in this world were free to do as they please. Would people always test the limits of others? After months of watching her get treated like crap, Xander had seen enough. He stood up and made his way across the playground, grabbing the biggest kid and head butting him right in the jaw, and he went out like a light. However, the boys who didn’t run, the biggest kid’s friends, wouldn’t be taken by surprise after that, and they started beating Xander senseless. Between the blood and the fists, he could see her just watching, she didn’t even try to get help while he was beaten to a pulp before her eyes. Fast forward a few years and Xander had made it to high school. Not much had changed except some kids from his old school called him hammerhead Xander every now and again. He was still a lonely guy, practicing drawing and avoiding the girls he thought were pretty. He barely spoke to Alexandria, knowing not much more about her than her name, but he actually eventually busted out of his shell Junior year. He had gotten a girlfriend, that went sour. He made a group of friends that decided he wasn’t really a part of. Through all of this he would just smile and take the hits, just like that day. He would suffer through and keep trying to make friends as the world went on, his pain was just a temporary setback to him. Fast forward a few more years and Xander’s in college now. He went all the way to Japan to study in electrical engineering. He wanted to invent something new, so he could make a lot of money and help his family through some of the tougher spots. After about two years of being in college, he heard of one of the most magnificent feats of Engineering out there, and wanted one to see if he could maybe replicate it to make a similar device. Upon entering the game, he made an avatar with an edgy look to him, but he kept his luscious blonde hair and his muscular build. Soon after though, his hair turned back into it’s short form and he was just like he was from the real world, and everyone was panicking. He just looked at the mirror in his hands and smiled. Just another hit. As everyone rushed out to level up and find new gear, Xander walked through the town taking it easy and noticing a familiar face. One he hadn’t wanted to see since that day in school. Alexandria... Virtues: Kind - After he was beat down by those kids in the school, he quickly learned that even though you might get hurt, being nice is the best route. After her saved her, the teachers gave him tons of snacks and suspended the kids who beat him to a pulp while she watched. He did however, get detention for knocking a kid out in school, and that stung a bit, but he managed to get over it. Loyal - Despite being left by so many people, Xander will still stick around and even stand up for someone he likes. He stood up for the girl because she made his day every time she laughed at his comics and he would stand up for her again. Of course, this time he might be a little more reluctant to stand against a group of people so much bigger than him again, but he would do it. Brave - There’s a reason he was called hammerhead Xander, mostly because he would use a signature headbutt at the beginning of every fight he was in, but also because he would fight people even twice his size, like the sharks where he got his name from. He would see someone being a prick and walk up and pull his same stunt every time. Sometimes he got suspended, sometimes he only got detention. Usually though, he would get in tons of trouble but still come out the hero. Flaws: Audacious - Being Brave has it’s boundaries though, before it becomes a problem. Nothing like rules or fear stop the boy, especially not the latter. There are a few rules he would never break, but they usually have to do with loyalty rather than the safety of others or himself. Had he not been so audacious, he wouldn’t have gotten beaten so mercilessly that day, but he doesn’t regret his decision in the slightest either. Childish - Xander has a tough time taking things seriously, mostly due to the fact that he’s a boy. Just like his ilk, growing up happens at slower rates than most, but they all learn to be adults at some point, just hasn’t happened for Xander yet. Of course, there are limits to his immaturity, but he still will make jokes and try to break the tension before it gets there as best he can. Perverted - Every boy makes dirty jokes, and a lot of the time they can be made in poor taste, Xander is an expert at both. He is known to take said jokes a step too far, but not far enough to be creepy, just enough to enjoy a little shouting. Often making these jokes towards women, the shouting can be heard through the alleys and streets they walk down, and he knows exactly what he’s doing. Why live in a world where you can’t tell such jokes? That’s a worse hell than being trapped in a game and risking dying. Profession: (Leave blank until the Earning a Living quest has been completed.)
